I had the best experience here! I went in for my first ever spray tan and I was very nervous. The ladies working talked me through the process and made me feel comfortable! The salon was clean, the ladies were super friendly, and I got an amazing spray tan done by Ray! I’ll absolutely be back & I highly recommend this boutique!

My experience there was phenomenal. Lovely ladies, Iris did my eyebrow and lash tint and she was efficient, explained the whole process because it was my first time getting lashes tinted and made me feel comfortable. Definitely, would recommend and visit again and again.

Got waxed by Alyssa— specifically eyebrows, lip, chin, & sideburns. She did an amazing job! She made sure to keep things fun, that I was comfortable, & paid attention to detail. By far the worst Benefit I have ever been to across multiple cities. Jessica, the manager, ruined the entire experience. My appointment was at 1pm. I was running behind and she called me at 1:07 to tell me my appointment was cancelled. I walked in at 1:08 while on the phone with her and she wouldn’t make a concession. They have a policy and she could NOT bend the rules. I explained that I took 2 trains to get there (because they do actually do great brows! The trio is life changing). She made it clear that I should turn right back around and get back on the train because she will not make an exception- even though I’ve been a loyal customer since 2008. Awful customer service. If you must go, go when Jessica isn’t there. She’s rude, on a power trip, and ruins the whole vibe of the store. Switching to a location with better service.

I have been coming to Benefit for years. I get my brows threaded and usually always saw Kayla but not am going to Ray and I have to say, she KILLED it! My brows look so good, maybe the best they’ve ever looked? Truly. I loved them so much I felt compelled to write this review lol. It can be hard to get in for services since I think they’re a little short staffed but I always know I’m in good hands.

I got a arm put wax, brow wax, and eye lash tint done her a couple weeks ago for my Birthday. It was very good and fast and professional. Alyssa performed these procedures. She was fun and professional to work with. I will definitely be going back.

Absolutely love all these girls, they do great service also very clean and has a great atmosphere. My favorite brow arch expert is Ray! she literally kills it every time and shes so knowledgeable on skin care and products. Every time I walk out of there with a spray tan, brow wax, or tint.. Jessica is AMAZING!! She made us so comfortable, she was so patient with my teenage daughter, she really listened and provided great tips and products for youthful & natural make up for a young teen. Also worth noting: there were great safety protocols in place and I noticed the customer service was outstanding for all of the other customers that came in while we were there, with just 2 people working in the store. It was a really fun appointment to get make up done and such a happy atmosphere. Bravo!

I have been getting my brows waxed at this specific Benefit for 10 years. I walk in and it feels like I’ve walked into Cheers - everybody knows my name. My brows always look stunning. I have slightly sensitive skin but the blend of wax used at Benefit never irritates my skin.There are products for purchase but never have I felt pressured to buy anything. I do end up buying something every now and then because the Benefit products are great.The store is always clean, the staff is on top of their game with sanitizing and asking clients to sanitize as well.

I’ve been very happy going to Benefit here in Evanston. Kayla does a great job in keeping my brows very natural looking from shaping to tinting. She’s got a great eye and always checks in throughout process to ensure she’s on the right track. I’ve left pleased each time. The best brows ever! This was my first time receiving services at Benefit. But it wont be my last! I had a brow wax, brow tint and lash tint with Kayla. Kayla did a great job of listening to what I wanted (natural brows, not too dark), and then showing me what she was going to do. They turned out exactly how I wanted them! Also had fun trying some new products after the services. Services were professional, efficient and felt COVID safe. I will not let anyone else do my brows again!

I’m so late with this review. Every morning when I look at my brows I’m so happy and satisfied. I got my brows waxed and tinted by Erin at the Evanston location and her hands are magic. I explained to her that I am looking for a less femme presentation and wanted a not so dramatic tint and arch. She explained that she understood and talked me through the whole process as she did my brows. I’m super thankful for the experience and will be back for my next appt. thanks, Erin! Also, I didn’t feel pressured to buy a bunch of make up that I don’t actually use or want. They just met me where I was at and I appreciated that.

Stopped in for brow waxing and had an excellent experience. Jess and Angelia were incredibly nice and super helpful, working with me to schedule a brow appt as well as showing me how to use the brow products properly. Also, they practiced excellent COVID precautions by everyone wearing a mask, constantly wiping areas down, and wearing gloves.

Very professional and economic, I love it

This is the only place I go anymore for waxing, lash tinting and brow tinting and shaping. Both Anna and Erin are excellent, and their judgement on choosing the right brow tint shades is spot on (this is hugely important given that I change my hair color frequently, so how light or dark my brows will look best changes too). We talk about it first so they know what Im looking for, and their advice is never wrong. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Ray is the best!

I have visited this place several times over the past few years. Some times the service is good and sometimes it is not. Dont dare be late for an appointment. I was 5 mins late on my wedding date, and the eyebrow technician was very rude. I get it, however Im still a customer, who spends on average $100 bucks when I visit. I have since gone back and recently had a great experience with the makeup artist. Wish you could feel comfortable shopping there, now it is like a salon, everyone is booked and the product is placed strangely in the store. You dont feel comfortable browsing.

Anna is great for eyebrows and services, love the feel of this location, all the girls are so sweet, fun and nice. Also good knowledge of the product.

This without a doubt the best in servive, welcoming staff in Evanston or Chicago. Im ALWAYS looking forward to seeing Kayla, and all the rezt of the staff there.
