I wish I knew about this gem sooner! Such a friendly staff! Took my boys and found each of them a set of sparing gloves. We also found a pair of blue wrestling shoes that were in great shape. I highly recommend stopping by! You will find something great!

It helps to call ahead if youre looking for anything specific, but this is a very nice store with friendly people (and a friendly doggo) working, and very well stocked. I got rollerblades here a few months back and I love them. Hopefully Ill be ableto get my ice skates here soon too.

Very good place for some used and new cross country skiing equipment.They have often in store special skiing items that you cannot get other places or online . Easy large parking in front. A lot of bikes to choose from.

The manager is great...has helped us a bunch of times sizing gear for our crew.

This place is Awesome! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The Owner (mike) is 1 of the best and honest guys around. Love just browsing through and always leaving with something I dont need.

Tons of good equipment with reasonable prices, and super helpful and knowledgeable staff.

So we took our bike and they sold it for $75 and only gave us $25 can someone explain why? But other than that the staff are nice🙂

Amazing selection. I walked in looking for a new baseball bag and came out with 2 kids bikes, batting tee, batting helmet, rollerblades and finally my baseball bag. The staff are super friendly and helped us loading the car. I love this store and so does my wallet.

Dropped off a bunch of roller blades, pads, ski boots and ice skates. They took almost everything and gave me what I thought was a fair price for my used equipment. Nice guys working there, busy place with huge selection of sports equipment.

The staff at this location was very knowledgeable of all questions I had. trade in value of my baseball equipment was better than I thought however the golf equipment was kind of on the cheap side. The store was very crowded not with people but as if they bought too much stuff.

Very helpful! We came in to purchase a bike for my daughter, and the gentleman that helped us was so patient with us (shes 3.5 years old, so there was a lot of back and forth in the decision making process). He even put the training wheels on it for us! I definitely recommend this place if you need sporting goods. Ill remember to come back for ice skates in the future. They seem to have a great selection and the prices are good.

Recent Visit 4/ 15/ 2021They have a new four legged furry staff. Greeted me with such a sweet calm approach. Best service I have had in a long time since this pandemic.3YRS AGOGood staff, came there to ask if they could help me air my bike tires, helped me regardless. Turns out my tire is leaking, I ended up buying..Good friendly service turns into a sale.Sadly the items for sale are not cheap, but not too expensive either.Being in the area with a goodwill, dollar store, vallis, you would expect a less costly list of products. oh well, my item wasnt too expensive so Ill take it ...

Great sporting goods shop. Fare and honest. Does a great job with skate sharpening as well. Just what Evanston needed.

I bought new bike grips. They said they woild install them. They cut my old grops off,ruining them, then they cut off the ends the new grips, making them too small - not even big enough for me to put my hands on. I complained and they argued that the installation was fine. They refused to fix the mess that they made or to replace my grips that they destroyed. I finaly had to insist a refund. I left without any grips at all - worse than when I came in.

Play it again sports in Evanston is outstanding the deals that they have make you wanna come back everyday And mike the owner is so nice and always helpful and patient. The selection is always really good!

We are another buisness that had to help close down a store nearby. This buisness owner did more than just help. He let us use his power outlets, offered a ladder if we needed one. Also let us park in front of his store when we had to load up our truck. If I had any place to go for my sports goods, it would be this store hands down!

The entire store is a fall hazard and the fact that they sell used bikes for prices that you could buy a brand new bike is ridiculous! Your just making a huge profit! Some of those bikes are not even worth the price, I’m mind blown that somebody would even have the audacity to put those kind of prices on them.
