Donna was awesome to work with for our mothers funeral. She even delivered the flowers to Mountain View. She made sure everything was super fresh, beautiful and just what we envisioned. She even did a last minute order and had it ready first thing the following morning in time for the coroner to bring them over. Her pricing was on point and we felt like we definitely got our money’s worth. She was patient about payment as we had to gather funds from multiple people. This helped with the stresses that come with saying goodbye to loved ones. She also did a great job on individual arrangements everything was beautiful! I highly recommend country cottage for all your floral and gift needs, especially funerals.

Country Cottage made it easy to send my grandmother some flowers for her birthday. Their customer service was amazing very refreshing. They sent me a picture of the flower arrangement that was going to be delivered and WOW was it a beauty! They delivered the flowers in an extremely timely manner so my grandma could enjoy them all day. I loved the personal phone call to discuss what flower/plant arrangement would be good for my dear cousin who passed away too soon. The price was fair and delivery free to a local Evanston funeral home. The owner even sent a text with pictures of my receipt and the beautiful arrangement. I wasnt sure I would be able to attend the funeral in person but was able to. Seeing that the arrangement was delivered to the funeral home in a timely matter meant a lot. I highly recommend this business!

When ordering flowers long distance, I much prefer talking to the actual shopkeeper rather than an 800-flowers operator. I’m so very happy I contacted this florist. I chose it because it happened to be on the same street as the recipient. I called my man Al and we worked together to order the perfect arrangement for a 50th wedding anniversary. I had occasion to call back between the order and delivery date, to revise the accompanying card.Come delivery date and because of MY mistake, delivery proved challenging, several phone calls, and a re-delivery. Al handled the problem with patience and a smile under his mask.
