I was visiting the area from out of town, and my car died on a Friday evening, and it had to be towed to D-Patrick at 11:00 p.m., without a prior appointment. First thing on Saturday morning, they called me and worked me in for Saturday service, despite being short-staffed, because they understood the repairs had to be done that day. They repaired it immediately. Picking my car up and paying for the repairs was the quickest, most efficient experience I have ever had with any dealership ANYWHERE. Kudos to D-Patrick! You are my ideal! Thank you!

Service was for a recall. D-Pat took care of the issue and had the vehicle ready for pickup in a timely manner. Offered a vehicle to use during service though this was not needed.

Very friendly folks. Didnt fix a minor issue I had with my windshield wiper fluid tho. And my car wasnt vacuumed WHATSOEVER when I got it back. Otherwise, everything and everybody was top notch.

I was traveling to the Evansville area from Indianapolis. Traveling down, my check engine light came on. A code check at O’Rielly’s Auto Parts diagnosed the issue as “boost pressure control range not reached. Repair immediately if drivability issues.” The “immediately” caught my eye so I immediately called D. Patrick. The service manager worked me into the schedule for further analysis. I was able to get back on the road sooner than expected. I appreciate the willingness to help me out quickly.

I needed oil change, tire rotation, front brakes replacement, had part recall replacement, and they washed my car. It was faster than estimated time, everybody I talked to was very helpful and friendly. I was given a printed copy of other potential parts that are wearing for future replacement. My car drove like a brand new one when they were done. I do recommend D-Patrick Volkswagen service and parts center. Thank you.

The service I received was very good as usual. However, no employee was wearing a mask! When I asked about it, they said they could wear one if they wanted.....nobody was. There was a woman working at a reception desk who was obviously sick with a cold....not wearing a mask. I heard her say into the phone that she wasn’t feeling well. I then asked for my car before it went to be washed, as I couldn’t risk being there any longer.

D-Patrick always provides excellent service. They communicate well with the customer, and we feel that they take great care in servicing our car. We would recommend them for any car needs.

I havent had my service yet but I did hear something that was concerning to me. The lady that takes service appointments in the BMW building was playing customer voice-mails on speaker where I could hear the customers name and phone number. This wasnt me eavesdropping, I was sitting 20 ft away and heard it all. Iwould think that customer information would be better protected then that. I dont want others to have my information.The service advisors have been friendly and helpful.

Brad got me in quick when the EPC light came on my car even though they were backed up.
