I have had nothing but wonderful service at Discount Tire. I have gotten all my tires from there, good prices and they are speedy. I feel they are always honest and up front. I had a tire that kept getting low, I took it in to have them look at it. They found a nail and patched it up for free! They will always take care of you.

Weve used them for years. Excellent customer service. The last tires didnt last as long as they should have and they gave us credit. They rotate them free for life. You have to make an appointment but theyre efficient and the wait is never excessive.

These guys replaced my flat tire with my spare and repaired the flat tire in 28 minutes. We were in route from Indiana to Virginia. We are lifelong DT customers having bought 12 sets of tires in Texas. No charge but I insisted they take some money. Great whereever you get work done.

Newburgh location is having trouble hiring and keeping employees so they take a little longer than you would expect. They are very nice there and very helpful. It took me an hour and 45 minutes to get my oil changed. I was told they are working on hiring more people so that the wait time its not as long. They do a good job

We scheduled an appointment so even though it was insanely busy we were able to get in and out. They also were great with their timing and we didn’t have to wait long for our vehicle to be ready. Will absolutely never return!! I have purchased three new tires from them and returned twice for flats. Today when I showed up with a flat tire, the guy who apparently checked me in... was extremely rude in explaining to me which tires were and were not theirs, and their policy on warranty. Waited an hour with my 4 year old and no one was ever sent out to obtain the flat to analyze if it could be repaired. Continued to call with no answer.

GO SEE MIKE M.!!!!!!I’m from TN, and was visiting a friend here. Had my tpms light go on after just replacing tires the day before. Called and spoke to Mike M., told me to come on down and he’d take a look at it. Already knowing that it was a bad sensor he told me he would get my car in and replace it at no cost. I was there for a total of 15 minutes, and they were busy as hell too. Great service and they got me in and out quick. Thank you Mike for your hospitality and service!

Discount Tire saved us!! We are here on a trip from Tennessee to visit family, and I made a dumb move and drove over a curb as I was parking at a local restaurant. It blew the tire and the tire came off of the rim. Car had to be towed, and the tow truck driver recommended Discount Tire after I had tried a few places that were closed, and other places that didn’t have my tire size. I called Discount Tire and talked to Kyle, and they had my tire size and brand in stock!! They were professional and courteous, and got me back on the road quickly!! Made an appt online for 1:15pm for a slow leak on a tire. Arrived and checked in 10 minutes early as advised in the email confirmation. Lobby was clean and nice and cool also had plenty of seating. Izaiah checked me in very nice gentlemen he was very respectful and had a great attitude! He explained the process of if they can plug the tire it was free to do so. Helped me chose a tire if they were unable to plug the hole. We went and checked my car he checked the tread on all the tires and took mileage down. We went back in and he finished up in his computer and said my wait time would be around an hour maybe a bit more. Samuel was the one who did the work on my car also very nice gentleman and a good attitude as well. He looked at the tire came back in and showed me a picture of a huge nail and told me the option aka needed a new tire at that time went ahead and paid for the tire that Izaiah had helped me pick out. He installed the new tire quickly and brought my car out of the bay and right by the entrance doors. Car was clean and no trace left behind that any work was done. I was in and out in under 30 minutes !! I totally did not expect that at all even with an appt. Which I highly recommend having one they are busy there. The 2 employees I encountered today were super awesome and very respectful to everyone that I saw them interact with. Highly recommend this place and these 2 employees.

I purchased 4 new tires for my 2007 Ford Focus here. I ordered them online and set up an appointment for installation. Easy as could be.I arrived at 8:50 am for my 9 am slot ... They had the car in by 8:53 and out by 9:25. Amazing!By the way, I bought their least expensive tires and youd never know it by how well they did the install. The car rides and handles better than it has in years!If your old buggy needs new tread, you should give Discount Tire a shot. Ill definitely be back!

Bought 4 new tires for my car. Purchased through the website and made an appointment. Arrived a few minutes early and they got me right in. Everything was as advertised. They serviced the tpms sensors and were done faster than i expected. Highly recommended.I came back with my truck later on when it had a slow leak. They removed the tire, found a nail. Patched it and reinstalled all again very quickly and at no charge. They keep earning my repeat business. Will be back in a couple months when i will need tires for my SUV.

We we told it would take 2 hrs to get to my friends car. She had a nail in the tire. We walked to Culvers for lunch then can back had to wait until 1.30 for her car to be done. That from 11.00 until 1.30 they were busy sunshine day! Everyone was out

Simply stated Would not recommend. Quality management is lacking at this store. I bought a set of tires online, within 24 hours they called me stating they had my tires in stock and could get me in next day. The next day I got the wrong set of tires and did not realize until I got home.I paid more for the tires I ordered online compared to what they put on. Similar thing happened to my father in law at the same store a month prior. After it happened to my father in law, I thought simple mistake and does not happen twice. I thought wrong and should have avoided this place.After waiting a week from not hearing from them to see if they had my tires in stock, I finally decided to call to find out they had them in stock. Tough to trust if they truly ever had my tires in stock, so I decided to keep the wrong tires they put on. Went to go back for a simple refund today and pay for the correct price of the wrong tires I decided to keep. One of the store associates was trying to cut me a deal on getting certificates for the tires that I originally did not want to buy which in the end would cost more than what I originally paid if I got the right tires. So not only a quality management issue, but out to reach for your pocket. I wont be coming back to do a free rotation and balance. I would rather pay someone to do it and avoid the hassle.

So, I went to Pep Boys originally to get a tire patched because I had a nail in my tire. They callled me and told me that I had a screw in another tire and that they couldn’t repair it, so I needed to replace it. Well, after calling around, discount tire was the cheapest. So I went to discount tire and the guy that I was dealing with said that some places just want to replace your tire to get money out of you, and he said that before we replace your tire, we’ll see if we can replace it. So, i get a text saying that my car is ready for pick up and I go inside to pay (because I really believed pep boys) and the guy at the counter told me that they fixed the patch and I didn’t need a new tire. So discount tires saved my $250ish dollars where as I would have spent that anywhere else for a new tire. They didn’t even charge me for fixing it. I was totally shocked and I can’t believe they did that! I will no longer go to anyone else besides discount. All employees were so friendly and I’m just shocked by the whole experience. Very thankful!

Went in for a low tire, the employee did a very good job explaining about the repair. When the time came for my car they were able to remove a small screw and repair the hole. They also serviced my tire air sensor with new parts. After they were done they showed me what they took out of my tire and the old air sensor parts. And all this with NO CHARGE. They just got a new customer I will be buying my tires from them !!!

Went in to get my tires rotated last time. I spoke with the sales rep about getting some 35 tires for my Jeep. Gave him my business card since it had all my contact info on it. He took down the details on the back and 2 minutes later into the conversation he ripped up my card and threw it away. I have always had incredible customer service and recommend everyone I know you bring their business here. Very unfortunate turn of events.

These guys are great. They professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and focused on making your vehicle as safe as possible for you to drive. They rotated my tires and after leaving called me to say that they were ordering a new set of lug nuts, not that they were bad, only that the new ones were a safer kind, and at a no charge to me. Got some decent tires, went on a Saturday so the line was long but they were super helpful and got me in and out in less thag the estimated time.

Suppose to get tires and they didnt have in stock even though had appointment and tires were ordered tires told wouldnt be in till Monday Saturday was my appointment

Nice plan and friendly staff. Quick to help and they work you in as soon as possible. The environment is really clean. I was impressed with the bathroom as well. It is maintained everyday and appearance is spectacular. Staff provided water to drink and coffee. I was impressed with the appearance of the site as well as the hospitality of the staff. I highly recommend this place even if all you need is air in your tire or tires. I have had several pleasant experiences at this site.

Even though they were very busy we were able to get a tire replaced with balancing with in 90 minutes.

Awesome group of guys. Very helpful and quick. They found a problem with a wheel that was losing air. Firestone couldnt find the leak in two visits. The guys at Discount Tire found it in about 60 seconds. Fixed and out the door in 30 minutes. Great guys.

I went in to check out a screw that was in my tire to possibly get it plugged. As it turned out it hadnt punctured the tire and everything was fine. No charge for it and they were extremely helpful. I will need to replace all 4 tires very soon needless to say I will be going there for this service as well.

Discount Tire is amazing. I took my car in to get three new tires (the fourth had been replaced recently due to going flat) and the staff was very kind and courteous. They got the tires replaced in only 45 minutes, and put a warranty on all four tires, even though they had only replaced three of them. A couple months later, I drove over a nail and so one of the tires needed replaced. They fixed it for free, thanks to my warranty, and I again received the same great service I received when I first took my car in.

Lets start off and say how good of a selection they have. The store was extremely clean and inviting. I called every place within a hundred miles l. This store was the only one that had my unique tire size.Now for the customer service side: wow is the only way to describe it. Unbelievable attention to detail and service. They go above and beyond for the for the customer. Ian was the person I dealt with. He was very knowledgeable and helped out in every single way possible. They have my business for life.

I was out of town on business and had a nail in my tire. Had to get it towed to Discount Tire and they were closed for the night but stayed open for me to fix my flat so I could return home and didnt have to stay the night. I was so impressed with their staff being so friendly and for the quick service. And to top it all off, they repaired my flat for free. The first thing the guy says to me is so, are you planning on spending the day with us ma’am? My back tire losing air. He proceeds to tell me how much stopping distance I have with each tire. I tell him I’m in no position to buy all new tired today but need back one fixed or replaced. Then he says because it does need replaced that now warranty is void. I said because it needs replaced my warranty is no Good? Correct. I will never go back. I’m a single nurse/woman and just needed it fixed.

Only place i get tires anymore. They price match if you find a place lower and they have amazingly timely service. Even when they are super busy! Be easy on yourself though because you can make appointments!
