This was my first time going here. They have alot of really nice things, but im giving it only two stars because of the game they play where they increase the price and then say its on sale, making you believe that you are getting the item cheaper. For example they have life size skeletons for $99, and its 40% off, so it would be around $60. The same exact skeleton is at Walmart for only $28! Everything I looked at for Halloween was just so expensive. I will not be going back.

I love to paint, and crochet. plus other artsy things. From beginners to pros most any hobby can be at least mostly supplied here. And they have a good rewards prog if you go more than once

I own my own business so I purchase things from here, Hobby Lobby and Michaels often.The online order process wasnt working correctly so I called the store to ask if they have the items so I can just come in and get them. The gentleman on the phone was extremely rude, interrupting me when trying to speak and then told me he couldnt help me that I needed to contact the help line.This is the second time an employee has been completely rude and acted like it was a bother to help with anything.I will no longer be shopping at this store, I will stick to Michaels where everyone is polite and happy to have all of my business

Not a fabric guy, as a husband who frequents these places for obvious reasons Id like to see something other than fabrics, I know its a durn fabric store just giving a little insight. Something me and my daughter could look at while the wife shops for quilt materials and things. Aisle full of junk would go a long way

Amazing craft store! With a large selection of fabrics, patterns, and home decor. The store was well laid out and kept very clean. The staff were friendly and quick to checkout.

Jordan just checked me out at the register and I must say she is the absolute nicest cashier Ive ever had at this location. Extremely friendly, helpful, and customer service oriented

I can always count on Joanns to have the craft item that I need. They promptly opened more registers when more than 3 people were in line. The store is clean and bright. The employees always seems helpful. It is the largest craft store in Evansville.

Found so much of cute items for Christmas decorations and lots of great sales. The staff was very helpful mandy helped me understand the pricing due to different locations and different prices. The cashiers work hard to maintain the lines yes coupons are are great deal the cashiers are always willing to help you out with your app. My cashier was very friendly and helpful.

JOANNs always has what I need. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I love this place.I place ALOT of value on customer service and I am never disappointed at JOANNs. If you ask where an item is, they dont just point you in a general direction. The staff walks you where the item is and they helped me find the exact options that I needed for that item. In this case it was a seam ripper that worked well for my arthritic hands.

They had every fabric under the sun, and then some. They had way more than just fabric as well. They were very helpful and super nice. Id recommend them to anyone.

Needed to make some more cloth face masks for our wedding. Great selection even during the pandemic with everybody making their own masks. The staff are always helpful when I need anything. They’re a little higher pricewise than the other fabric stores in town but they always have the biggest selection by far and mail out pretty good coupons.

They had the item I was looking for but it was 3 times the price. Cashier was very nice

Service is lacking consistent friendly support and guidance. Bathroom isnt cleaned consistent with clientele.

Came to pick up an order. Waited outside for 20 minutes, then stood in front of the store another 10. When the workers came out they told me they “closed 3 hours early due to bad weather” which made no sense because the weather was bad the night before. They also had no signs posted anywhere saying they were closing early. Very inconsiderate. If you’re going to close early you need to post something for your customers

25 percent Coupon is deceiving in the wording. Should say online order with in store or curbside pickup.

I love this store. They have some of the best crafting materials in town and always have some sales going on. I really appreciate that I am able to get a teachers discount on my purchases and all of the coupons that they send me in the mail. The only negative is that their fabric can be on the high end price wise for certain materials

They have a wonderful selection of not only crafts but home decor. I go in for one project (usually yarn for crochet) and walk out with 6 other projects to do. They also have classes, but I havent gotten to take one of those yet.

Went to Evansville store tonight in search of bridesmaid fabric. I’ve never been treated as rudely as I was by the clerks and I guess the manager. We were told fabric couldn’t be ordered—it was all on the shelf— which it wasn’t—and they didn’t have time to mess with us. Not another customer in the fabric department. I won’t ever go back. Let’s see...fabric for wedding dress, bridesmaids, flower girls, decorations, tablecloths.....Evansville your attitude cost you quite a sale. Very unhappy

They used to have quite a bit of different products that were perfect for your every day crafter. It seems like products have gone downhill. Losing the sewing machine vendor was very sad as those were some of the nicest and most helpful ladies. Most of the employees are very helpful and friendly.

This Joanns is larger than the one in Clarksville, IN. The staff is always helpful and nice. I like to purchase fabric from here as there is always a sale on something it seems and the selection is huge! Their artificial flower section is quite large too!

This is a superstore, so the selection is larger than most joanns. You can take advantage of coupons from the app, text, and email combined to achieve maximum savings, because prices arent cheep. Staff are lovely. Spacious, handicap accessible, and quiet facility. Good location and satisfactory customer service. Still a Lot of polyester, as opposed to renewable selections.

Agree with another review completely. They have a great selection, but service is terrible. The staff dont want to help unless they have to & usually do the minimum at that. Last time I asked for something, the told me it could be in 2 different areas, didnt bother to ask over the radio; it wasnt in either area & was half way across the store in completely separate section. I do like their remnant rack; I always get a good deal there.

The only genuine fabric store around now a days and not just a fabric store. The have crafting items, stationary, holiday decor, and more. They have a huge variety of fabric, patterns, and yarn. There are tables to sit at so that you can take your time to find just the right thing. And the staff are great!

Store is clean, except for the restrooms. Low staffing, which makes it hard for them to keep up, I think.

Not hardly worth the aggravation that comes from waiting in line for 20 minutes. 7 checkouts and only 3 in operation. POOR MANAGEMENT AT ITS FINEST!!!!!!!!Hopefully some other company will come to town and give them some real competition.Would award them with zero stars if possible.
