Great place for a large selection of practical shoes. They offer everything from casual to business and work shoes. They took the time to find out what I was looking for and gave great service!

Quality shoe selection. Although both employees told me On Cloud men’s don’t start until size 9 to persuade me to another brand of shoe that was in the 8.5 that I needed. On clouds don’t start at 9. They start at 7. Blatant dishonesty is a poor strategy for business

After my husband purchasing a pair of Sperrys and wearing them 1 time, we attempted to return them due to a defect in the top edge of the sole color rubbing/peeling off. The manager would not refund the money for the shoe because they were worn which I typically understand. But in the case of a product defect that I felt that it was a design flaw I believe an exception should be made. My husband attempted to explain this and asked can they not be sent back to the company for the reimbursement? To which he replied yeah maybe $20 bucks. $20 for $110 shoe?! Which I dont quite understand his reasoning for that comment and estimate (maybe that is their cost but seems low). We never used any foul language and were not disrespectful in the long conversation. After about 20 minutes of trying to explain why we did not just want a replacement (other online reviews site the same issue so no use in getting other pair) he reluctantly gave a refund and instructed us to never come to the store again. Situation could have been handled completely differently and not lost good customers. Apparently customer service is not a priority for this business.

I bought a $200 pair of Remonte winter boots, when I was checking out the man who helped me and the manager told me I should also buy some cleaner to go with these boots so without checking the label and just trusting them I bought what they recommended for those boots... come to find out when I get home they sold me boot cleaner that can only be used on leather, not the suede that the boots I purchased are made of. Very unimpressed with this management, trying to get the most out of people is a disgusting attribute and shows how untrustworthy they are.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I went in to buy some chacos and was helped instantly. They even helped me get them adjusted to my feet the way I want which admittedly took quite a while

Manager was fantastic and spent more then enough time helping me pick the right pair of shoes.

This shoe store has high end dress shoes for men and women. They carry Pikalinos, Brooks, Asics, Hoka One One, Ecco, Chacos, Keens, Merrells, Oboz, Dansko, Allegria and Birkenstocks.The service was amazing and the sales staff were informative and professional. I was surprised at how knowledgeable they were about different parts of the shoes and also medical issues affecting feet.
