Took my Cadillac Escalade ESV in and had the oil changed, a/c worked on. And then they called and said it need brakes, roters and calipers. They had my truck a week. Tore the inside of my truck apart looking for the tire tool... instead of calling.Drove my truck to discount tire and looks like they backed into something.They always wash and vacuum truck and that didn’t even get done!
