After some chilly family photos is was nice to treat everyone to some pumpkin spice lattes.

When I ordered a pour over, she seemed that I was an inconvenience to her. I know they can take a while, but she should have said she couldnt due to busyness. The floors were dirty and the tables were the whole time we were there, and we were there for over an hour. Starbucks used to be a place where they were very personable, but now it is all about getting the drinks as quickly as possible.

The staff were amazing. The wait was long. The drink was perfection. The staff could do more to call out the names for ready orders.

I really don’t want to give any stars at all. Ordered a Java chip frappe’ through Uber eats; 2% milk, no whip with mocha drizzle. What I got was a cup of ice with Java chips, with no liquid at all and no mocha drizzle. When I called I was told liquid separates from the heat. What liquid? So I said again there’s no liquid at all. Well they couldn’t help, told me to come in to get another one. Duh I used Uber eats to deliver it because of illness! So no refund, no replacement and no way to contact Uber eats to reorder. It’s been a few minutes now: as you can see there’s no liquid at all!!!

I would give less than one star if possible. This Starbucks is a joke. Makes your drink wrong half the time Ive been there, and it takes 20 minutes to get a *single* item. I know it wont matter, since people just go to Starbucks regardless of how terrible of a company they are and how many times they screw you. I definitely recommend *any other* Starbucks besides this one if you must go...

They were SO friendly. I got a large mocha cookie crumble with caramel al swirled through it on the inside the cup. My son go same minus the caramel. Hmmm umm good. I ended up giving a 8.00 tip. She was shocked she said most jus gives a little bit of change. But she deserved it she was super nice.

Made me make my own ice coffee. I’m not a barista, so it was terrible. If I wanted to make my own coffee I make it for a lot cheaper at home

I really liked the egg and sausage breakfast sandwich, the bread was so good.Crunchy on the out side soft on the inside.Full of flavor !

I go to this Starbucks almost every other day and it never fails they seem to always get my order wrong unless Margaret is there!! I order the same thing and it is never right!! The cup is usually spilling over or halfway full!! I pay over 10 dollars every time I come and leave a 5 dollar tip for the ladies! I am a server so I know that pleasing people is very hard but you could At least put a little effort into the drinks you make instead of just selling whatever you throw together especially when I never complain and usually take what they give me because I know how it is but come on I would Atleast like to drink the drink I ordered one time or another!!

We pulled in the drivethru at 8:40 PM and was in line waiting patiently. Got to the speaker literally at 8:59 and was told “sorry but we close at 9:00pm and we reopen at 5:00am tomorrow”.Ummmmm excuse me WHAT!!!!!!!!We explained we have been waiting inline for 20 minutes and he didn’t care he just repeated what he had said🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ And turned off his headset.Needless we was not very happy.I used to be manager at a fast food restaurant and I would never ever would have turned someone away especially someone that was waiting in-line ALL that time. What happened to customer service????We also live an hour so when we come to Evansville we like to get Starbucks BUT now rethinking that in the future!!!! RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Order plain vanilla coffee with egg bites. Girl couldnt get the order straight, then had to wait in the parking lot for the egg bites. Theyre microwaved, its not like youre cooking them from scratch.

Overall pretty okay store I guess but the amount of times i pick up Uber rides from here and they just continue to let me sit there is absurd. Start calling out Uber orders, don’t let the product just sit there.

I have been to ALOT of starbucks and this is the most friendliest one I have been to. We have went through drive through twice and went inside multiple times and every single time they are extremely friendly!

Greenriver Rd Starbucks is horrible! Why not tell us you are out of something when we order in drive thru instead of getting to the window and trying to give us something we didnt order. Horrible customer service!

People behind the counter were super nice. It was quicker to walk in and order than drive thru that had 6 cars.

This is absolutely my favorite Starbucks! Only problem is its also one of the busiest, likely because everyone else find it their favorite, too. Store always very clean inside and the baristas know my name and what I like. They are friendly and able to understand what I might like if something I want isnt available. Ive found some new favorites because of their recommendations.

The experience I had was an absolute pleasure. The manager there was an absolute helpful woman and really nice. She took her time out of a busy schedule to speak with me and my brother of different coffees they had. Her name is Megan.. may her qnd her co workers be fully blessed .

Obviously the hours have changed as they no longer seem to be open in the mornings. I used to stop here all the time before work. Happy to update my review the information is updated. Why the change??

I know it is in part due to COVID, but this store is frequently out of a majority of syrups. Their customer service also leaves quite a bit to be desired.

I made a mobile order at 7:06 I have the receipt and I showed up at like 7:15 because it said it was going to be ready at 7:16, becomes 7:25 and still not ready, I go up to the counter and the lady was kind of nice she looked for my order and everything and then she asked the girl that looked pretty busy to make my order and I had just a cold brew basically and the woman looked so mad and frustrated and she threw her headset to the side and she was mumbling stuff and it me feel bad but of course I wanted my coffee.. idk I was just upset on how things went and She didn’t even say I’m sorry

This Starbucks location is a good spot to hang out and drink coffee. The staff are friendly as well. It can sometimes get loud when it fills up with people, but its Starbucks so you should not be surprised. They have outdoor seating as well which is great in warmer weather, although it can get loud out there from Green River traffic. All in all, its a Starbucks and if you are reading this review you probably know what to expect.

Drive thru is extremely slow for some reason...drinks were made to satisfaction...its meh really....

I have gone here for years. I love this place and the people who work here are great.

Was really looking forward to my coffee from this location this morning. I pulled into the drive thru because there were other vehicles, but we all waited in line for almost 10 minutes because the first car didn’t realize no one was inside. There were no signs or anything in the drive thru and the menu and order box were both on. Had to go somewhere else to get coffee for my workday. Disappointed. ☹️

Good stuff, but kinda expensive honestly.

After placing a mobil order under tight time limits. I was told they did not have my order. They were going to remake it which was fine but after a 15 minute wait in line and told no order, they magically find my order with the mameci gave them to start with. Sad that this location has a bad reputation through prior messed up orders. They have several baristas working and on multiple occasions have messed up or lost my mobile orders. Wasted my time only to find out they never seem to improve. Obviously better training or employee scare needed and at least an apology for their mistake or miscommunication would be nice.

Total chaos. Normally Im in and out but today I waited an hour to pick up mobile order and had to remind them twice just to get it made. Very disappointed.

I ordered ahead on the mobile app at 10:50 I received my order at 11:30. And mind you; whiling waiting and watching customers that walked in to order... come and go. And the car that was 10 cars behind from making an order when pulled up... is long gone, so over all my experience today with the mobile app was definitely not an advantage.

We went on a busy night, and the barista at the window was so polite, and sweet! Very much appreciated.

Just a great atmosphere, I was able to meet with my bride and introduce her to Frances cakes. They booked for her wedding not one but 2 cakes! And to our surprise her photographer was there! So, I was able to chat with him concerning specifics for the wedding. Will use it again for future clients.

Drive Thru line was long. I went inside. There was a very short line. Only one person in front of me. They did not Prioritizes DT so i got my drive in a quick manner.

Love tring the new things, usually accompanied by my brother which every time we visit we have a good experience.

Been in the drive thru for atleast 30 min and haven’t even got to place our order. Would’ve pulled out and went somewhere else if it wasn’t for their drive thru design and the gift card we got for Christmas. Dunkin’ Donuts is a lot faster.

Line streched around the building as I pulled up and I got through it in under 10 minutes. Great service and got my order right!

I got the Carmel frappuccino grande size with 2 shots of expresso... sooo delicious!! I know its fattening but I DO NOT care! Its worth it totally! Whip cream on top is so creamy...dreamy...😁👍

I ordered the Joy Chow Fun (vegan) for $8.50 and it tasted good and came with a generous portion. I also ordered the Five Golden Stars (vegan) for $8.00 which was tasty, but which I would recommend as an appetizer to share rather than an entree. I also picked up some Curry Fried Rice (vegan) to take to work for lunch tomorrow.

Friendly staff, we got a surprise drink tonight and it was so yummy. Our surprise drink tasted like a Churro.

Do not go to this location unless you have nothing else to do that day. Drive through takes 20+ minutes if there’s 3 cars in front of you, if there is a longer line you better have 45 minutes to waste.

Busy, no inside dining, so customers can stand and wait for their drinks. Staff is friendly; its just a little hard to hear them call out the names on the drinks. The drive through was packed, this Starbucks has always been really busy.

The slowest service. This place never fails to be the slowest. I am writing this review Ast wife and I sit in the drive through lane waiting for the cars to move and it’s been 1ins with just 5 cars and I still have 2 cars ahead of me waiting to pick up their order.

She took it and sat it beside her.... It sat there for a minute or two then she gave it back to me. It was the same exact drink... I THEN went inside and again just asked for flavor added. Nope. They remade it. At least this time it had flavor

The past three times I’ve been here, I’ve waited 15+ minutes for them to even start on my order. I come inside and watch the baristas either a. moving extremely slow or b. only one person making drinks while others are intently wiping counters, reorganizing the syrups, and other small tasks. Don’t go here if you’re on a time schedule.

I like this location, but their new hires need to get it together. I understand that it takes a while to learn everything, but I went back and forth with the barista that I wanted heavy cream and she had extra cream on the menu and i explained that heavy cream and cream are not the same. Twice now me and my mom have had the same issue each time we both go. Before, our drink was always made right.
