I live in Louisville, KY and so I was a bit anxious when I realized that my husbands anniversary cookie basket was coming from Evansville, IN. In the end there was no need for concern. The basket arrived in perfect condition and my husband adored the cookies - and there are A LOT of them!! I would use Cookies & Cupcake by design anytime! The taste is delicious and the delivery was just wonderful!

The cookies don’t taste like they used to (maybe the icing)...my family thought they tasted like play doh. The decorating wasn’t like the picture I ordered (colors were really dark and the handwritten message was like a child wrote it). I won’t order again. I could get past the decorating of the taste was good. I was disappointed

Stopped in while coming through Evansville. The salted caramel cupcake was described as caramel on the middle with crushed pretzels in the frosting. There were no pretzels and no caramel in the middle and the cupcake was dry and stal . Would not recommend

I bought cupcakes and they were stale.I asked about prices for cookies and was told to look it up on the internet!Very poor service and quality!!

Wonderful customer service! Ginger was very sweet! I ordered from a different state to have cookies delivered to a hotel and needed it there before a certain time. They were incredibly helpful and sweet making sure it got there even earlier than needed. Would definitely order again!! Plus the birthday boy raved about how delicious they all were! He said hed save a few for me...but somehow none are making it back home... ;) Thanks for everything!

I ordered cookies for Christmas for my family there. I am enclosing the picture of the cookies I thought I was getting and the other picture is of the cookies they received. After almost a month of dodging me and making excuses as why the cookies looked like they were decorated by a 5 year old, I was told it was because of the pillows used in packing. That is just not true. Look at the pictures and decide for yourself. Buyer beware...I was offered a $10 credit, because the cookies taste wasnt affected. $70 for cookies that werent even decorated close to right? Shame on this owner for not trying to fix the messed up order. Never again for me. I even had our local Cookies By Design agree with me and apologize to say how they were an embarrassing product and would never have been sent out like that here in Texas. I see Im not the first one to have this problem with them. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered.

The service was fantastic and the generosity was even better. She was very polite and I was on a budget. She was generous enough to give me an extra cookie so that I could get everything I wanted and didnt have to throw out any of the items I wanted to send to a precious mother on her sons anniversary of his death. Ginger has been more than helpful from day one with my many questions and with providing estimates and designs that fit my employers needs. When I asked about doing a personal gift she was also quick to ensure me the gift could be personalized and once again showed her willingness to help. She is just so nice and easy to work with and everyone Ive spoken with has been. Not to mention the cookies are delicious and adorable. Highly recommended for business or personal and they are happy to ship/deliver, depending on location!

This is a unique idea and makes a wonderful centerpiece. I also liked the way they kept me informed about the delivery of the package. Since this was a gift I will check with the recipient of the taste of these beautiful cookies.
