Please update your hours on google. I was excited to pick my ring up tonight and hurried from to work to feed my kids and then head to the mall. I got there and apparently you close at 6pm, not 7pm like your hours show online. I work until 6pm...Had I known, I wouldn’t have gone out in this cold, windy, & rainy night! 🤷🏻♀️😣
A Zales associate,Alisha,went above and beyond on helping me return a ring that I had ordered on line. She took the time of getting the info off my phone needed to do the return . She also helped me with ordering a new ring. She made everything easy and worry free!! Thank you for all you did!!
Where very helpful and understanding when i wad picking out my gfs engagement ring. They worked with me found a wow ring in budget. They where extremely friendly. Just hope she likes the ring now
I have been trying to get my daughters class ring since 1st of March. I understand that the Covid-19 happened and things were delayed. Every time I call they keep telling me the same thing. They have no clue as to when they will open or when I will receive her ring. Once I get her ring I will not go there again. Poor management 😠😠😠
I dropped my ring off for its annual checking in on. I added in for one of my rings to be separated from my set and to be resized. I had to call to see if it came back 2-3 weeks later. The timing is fine, but having to call myself is irritating. Went in to pick up my rings, the band was completely bent. I asked for it to be resent and expedited since they screwed up. It came back AGAIN still bent and AGAIN still never called. I spoke with another person to start over and just flat out order me a new one. She said she would contact me updates or if it could even be done. Once again, did NOT contact me. They keep beating around the bush and not helping me truly and I still do not have my ring. The employees there are horrible with customer service. Maybe they could be better if they truly wanted to help people, along with getting off their phones when people are in store. Something needs to be done with this horrible place.
Went in to get my ring serviced, the guy that helped me was very unprofessional. This is the second time Ive had to deal with that behavior. It was going to take my ring 3 weeks to be served, which is fine, but it had been 4 weeks and I was waiting for my call from Zales to let me know my ring was finished. I finally called the store to find out whats taking so long and they told me my ring has been in the store for almost a week... never once did I get a call. Ive not had good customer service here.
I bought my Engagement ring in March, Ive had so many issues with sizing and diamonds falling out. First time I sent it to be sized it took 6-8 weeks, then it had to be sautered it took an additional 6-8 weeks and like a month later my sauteeing job fell out and I had to send it back for another 6-8 weeks. Then got it back and 1 week later my diamonds started falling out now I have to wait 12 weeks. I spent 4,500 on a ring for a professional jewelry store to have it more then me. Im very disappointed to be going into the new year of 2020 with no Ring.
The absolute worse experience I’ve had anywhere. The people they have working there have no clue of the store policies, lied to me, charged me without me knowing, and made a 48 month payment plan 12 months and said “the can’t change it.” Went in today to have the ring cleaned for its 6 month clean and inspection and they told me that they can’t look me up to see when I purchased it and that I need to bring in a paper log they gave me when I purchased the ring. I want to get my fiancé a new ring (from a different retailer of course) just for how much they have screwed up this for me. You’d think dishing out thousands of dollars a place would have it together a little bit more, and wouldn’t have some kids running the show.
I loved it there they were very kind and helpful. The inventory is so beautiful .
