Had a new Lennox Heat pump installed today. They did an excellent job. The install took around 5.5 hours from start to finish. I asked a lot of questions and they answered them all and explained what they were doing and why. They were very helpful and efficient. They also cleaned up after themselves and sealed all the cracks and grooves. I highly recommend this company.

Technician came out to do annual spring maintenance on AC. The technician, Devin was very knowledgable and courteous. He asked if we had heard about the air purifier system and explained how it worked to us. We had been thinking about one since my husband is a smoker and we have 2 medium to large dogs. We talked about it while he did our AC maintenance. We decided to purchase the system. Devin had one in his truck and installed it for us and answered the questions we had. We asked him to reset our thermostat and change some settings which he did. He was very helpful, personable and professional. We have had Brackett Htg & Air for at least 3 years when they installed our new furnace and air conditioner. Everyone has always been very knowledgeable and easy to work with.
