The product was amazing but the menus are a little confusing. We got the parent trap and Charlie and they were both stellar. She also gave my toddler a free wafer because she was being super shy. Awesome employees.

You can watch them make your ice cream rolls. They also have a big variety of flavors and you can add cookies and what ever else you want I really enjoy this place i would recremend it!

Personally I have no complaints about service. I went here on a treat after a school trip, and I was hungry so I went to get a snack. Since I love sweets I waited for my Green Tea or mochi one, and when I finally got to eat it- I was in love! Very cute mascot too! I would deffinetly go again!

Visited here for my sons second birthday (he was getting a full day of being even more spoiled) and I had never seen him eat so much ice cream! The gentlemen were very nice and were great about telling me about food allergies. 100% recommend trying them out!
