Poor management, not good place to get loaded. My appointment was ar 7 pm, I came at 6.30 pm. Ive been told there are 10 trucks in front of me, for each truck it usually takes 1 hour. So, my waiting time will be 10 F hours? Definitely canceling this load. Not a serious company to work with. If I could leave with no star, I would..

Lost of space for parking, lady’s at Guard shack..... something wrong with them. They have all kinds of attitude, now for the best part, the waiting. 4 hr wait to get a door and 2.5 hrs to get loaded. People in office are actually nice, they try to explain the lack of professionalism from the company at there best. The loaders are cool just not sure what’s going on at this company! Not to mention had to wait 30 minutes for paper work due to system being down total of 7hrs... yea definitely last time coming here

I worked at Azteca through a temp agency. I really enjoyed the job and the people until one of them decided to scare me at the smoking area. Im an army veteran who was hit by a bomb in Iraq and explained to that maintenance worker how that affects my heart and mental state. He just laughed which was a strange reaction. Ive worked in a lot of factories. Employees play around and scare each other all the time. Not everyone knows my military history but no one has laughed at me when I explained what that does to a veteran. Even though my heart rate was going crazy, I went back to work. A little while later I saw the supervisor and asked if he could inform the small night shift of my condition. He laughed more than the maintenance worker.

Avoid this place if possible. My biggest mistake was to get my driver into it. 20 hours to load and after that, they loaded us overweight. Took another 6 hours to rework the load. And technically its only 1 lay over so they will do whatever they want there and will drop you sympathy lay over compensation. NEVER AGAIN

Arrived @ 1330. Writing this review @ 2031 and I still have a red light.

**TRUCKERS**Avoid at all cost, company doesn’t have respect for drivers or their time. Been onsite over 5 hours and haven’t even been started on yet. Will never come back to this place. Woman in shipping has been extremely rude as well. Avoid coming here

Nobody knows whats going on hope you plenty of time to waste

Ok so writing people over here seem to have two totally different experiences. The ones who get loaded within an hour and the other ones like me who had bad luck. Currently waiting with a green light on more than two hours (that’s 7 hours of total) and no signs of being loaded soon.. just glad I had stopped for a skillet at Denny’s so I won’t starve to death with these “gentlemen”...

Very nice, clean facility. Checked in at the gate, got a door as soon as we got there. Got loaded. Checked out. Took about an hour. People at the guard house were super nice. All the employees we encountered were very helpful and professional.

Professional drivers avoid this place. I came 6:18 PM on July 07.2021. They gave me door 2 at 2:32 AM and started to load 7::30 AM and finished at 8:34 AM.

They gave me a door right away 6 hrs before my appointment and fast loading thank you 😊

I don’t know why, but 3 fellas came with me at the same time, not sure if they were loading or unloading, but they were gone in 1-2 hours, and I am still here, for 3 hours now. They haven’t even started.

This is the worst place ever for pick up a load. It took me a 10 hours for pick up. My appointment was at 2:00pm, checked in at 1:20pm. They put me to the dock at 4:10pm. And load me until 11:10pm. Lost my appointment for delivery. I will never come here again

Waited on appointment time 10 hours.Showed up 1 hour before appointment.Got in door 1 hour after appointment time got loaded and out 6 and 1/2 hours later.The people were great but it took way too long to get loaded.Total time to get load 18 &1/2 hours

6/22/21 Horrible place to get unloaded. Checked in hours before my appt time and now going on 12 hours waiting.**Update: Finally unloaded (next day 6/23) Called to a door at 5am. Unloaded at 9am. Total of 14 hours spent here.

Not sure what problems other people have had, but I had a great experience here. Showed up for a live load 3 hours ahead of appointment, put in door right away, and loaded in about an hour and a half. Guards were nice, shipping clerk was nice, loafers were polite. All around a pretty good experience.

Trailer was clean and they still rejected it. They said it was glass everywhere. Looks like some employees didnt wanna work at all. Wasted a whole day plus. Check out my pictures. No dust or dirt crumbs let alone any glass

I read all reviews when came here gps could not find route but finally found and was late 15 min. Check in guys asked why am late but I explained they were ok with that.Also because or all this negative reviews I prepared very well. Even bought food for two days in case I wait longer but guess what ?They were nice and fast. They loaded me in 1 hourWell done guys

AVOID!!! Even if you already booked the load, call the broker and cancel the load. Never come here. I waited 14 hours and still not loaded. Today is Friday, this shipper ruined my paycheck for this week.

Come with breakfast lunch and dinner. Make sure you’ve taken a shower too. May be here for days. You will set a personal record on time being here. 5 and a half hours before I was put in the dock. Unbelievable.

Nice people and quick loading. Was only there 1 hour. Make sure your trailer is super clean. And they do have a bathroom to use inside the building.

Showed up at 1:30 for a 2:00 appt. Got ignored for 2hrs. Only to find out the product wouldnt be ready for 2 more days!But they wouldnt tell me that when I showed up. F this place.

AVOID this place if you can !!! They will scale yourtruck in and out. You will then be stuck for manyhours even days before they give you a door! Afterthat they may reject your trailer even with no reason !!!

Good environment in the water water department. Management is competent and cares about you. Were like a small family out in the field. Ive been working there almost a year now. Not a whole lot to complain about!

This is probably the worst company in the history of American industry. How in the world can a company be so big but lacks dignity and integrity. They do not care about peoples times and have no respect for other peoples lives. My appointment was at 6 and i was told to be there an hour ealier but waited for forever. The most painful annoying thing is that the management of this company seems to be so backward thinking that they couldnt do anything to redeem their drowning image despite all these negative feedbacks. How the world can a compnay be so backward in 2020. Stop telling drivers to come when you know you dont have the capacity to handle them. Stop wasting peoples time.

Drivers, they suck. Appt at 2030. Showed at 1730. Called to a dock at 2300. Loaded at 0230. Good things. 4 hours detention. 1 more hour and my clock reset. They dont care about the drivers here.

They loaded me fast 30 minutes, but the computers went down and I got stuck here for hours because I cannot get the paperwork. The people are nice and overall it’s an ok place!

I worked there one year. They have cut throat management. Other employees love to take credit for your hard work. One boss, who acts better than everyone, is a convicted child molester. They work you into the ground and replace you with another. High turnover rate. Would not recommend working there. The pay is decent, but it is not worth the bs. Shady business with your normal, toxic factory work environment. Not one person asked about my Achilles tendon or even care that I was hurt.

Signed documents stating I only had to run two lines or face termination. The night they tried to make me run four lines and I couldnt because of injury......I was terminated. People there act nice, but do not care. No one has your back.

-5 stars. Appointment was at 1700 arrived at 1500 and at 0100 were still here getting loaded. Stay away from this place unless youre planning to take your 10hr break here. Make sure to bring plenty of drinks and snacks when you come because they do not have any vending machines. Hope you dont mind to use a restroom because all they have is a portable potty.

Be aware of this location, 3 hours still don’t have a door, it’s sad that they make us to drive during the night . update 12 hours of waiting to be loaded.

One of the worst shipper. Our driver checked in at 1 pm, appt was at 7 pm. He got loaded at 4.40 am. They are slow, ignorant and disrespectful. If you ever decide to go there, make sure you agree to charge a good money for the detention and for the load. These people doesnt deserve to be paid even a penny,because they dont do their job and waste drivers time. BETTER DO NOT GO THERE!

Shipping department needs someone with clear communication skills. You cannot leave the truck drivers waiting with no updates for longer than 2 hours from check in. It has taken anywhere from 1 hour to 8 hours to get loaded here, there is no way to sleep or do any planning in this time if the driver does not know a driving start time or if there is time to sleep. If you try to get an update on youre load, as a driver, you will get a robotic response from a human being of wait in your truck Over and over, no matter what you ask. Not to mention this has got to be a multi million dollar facility, drop a little more money on a bathroom. I feel like a pilgrim in that port a john with no paper or soap or a/c. Security guards are nice ish on a positive note.

So, I broker loads out of this facility...and have for several years. If the broker does their job and calls ahead before you are dispatched to make sure the load is ready and there arent any delays from either being short of staff or coming back from a fumigation weekend, then the ONLY thing you need to worry about is coming in with a clean, dry, odor free trailer about 45 minutes before your dock time. That gives you time to check into the gate and then check in at the warehouse. And if you are there past your dock time, your broker should be calling the warehouse AGAIN (after the first precall) to find out exactly WHY. The team I work with there is VERY respectful and they do everything in their power to help my company out. I drove for years, prior to sitting in this seat, so I know what its like to wait 5 or more hours to load. My company pays detention, so ---I---make sure my drivers are taken care of. - Accord Logistics Solutions, Inc.

Loaded after 2 hours from my app time, but was there 4 hours before my app. They simply do not loading trucks before your appointment. They have portable toilet and axle scale.

Waited 5hrs for a dock door only to get trailer rejected. They couldnt hire someone to inspect the trailers before hand? Worst place Ive been to by far. At least when I wait 5hrs at other places, they would get me loaded. And trust me, every driver there was waiting 4+hrs.

Horrible place. Loading here is 8 hours minimum, thats if you get loaded at all. Trailer must be Clean no dirt nothing. clean! If you plan on being 1 second late do not go at all. Walmart and others get priority over you. And last they are always short on product, so if your there for more than 1 hour waiting for a door that normally means product not available youll leave tomorrow.

Drivers : DO NOT LOAD HERE !! Youll be here five hours minimum & maybe 24 hours at the most !! The employees are slow lazy uneducated rude morons, it took 30 minutes just to get paperwork. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST

These lazy slobs refused to load me after waiting an hour because there was a pepperoni on the floor of my trailer. A trip to the truck wash and 3 hours of its not dry yet and Im still waiting. And it always stinks like a sewage plant outside

All though all the employees i encountered were easy going the driver waiting procedures are ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.If you dont intend to dock drivers in 2 hours take there cell # and send them to the truck stop. To many drivers blocking each other in front of the docks

App. Was at 8pm. Arrived at 7:30 pm. Checked in and was assigned door 7. Load was picking up here in Evansville,IN going to wakefern in Breinigsville,PA. Been on a door since 8:10 pm . Forklift made about 7 trips into my trailer and back off loading product. At 11:45 someone comes and knocks on my door and wakes me up telling me that my trailer has been rejected because of broken glass on the trailer floor. I told the guy that I didnt carry any glass. And that why now after you have been loading me this whole time. He stated that they did not load me at all. So my question is what was all that loading and unloading heavy bouncing around going on. He said the only way I could get loaded was to get another trailer and not the one I already had. No washout/ sweep out nothing. This load was to get me home because a little one is have open heart surgery Friday and now I will not be there. 800 miles away. Miss this place by all means. They do not care to do the job they are paid to do. One less trailer to deal with and another unsatisfied customer. And believe me if I would have known about the glass they would have never seen it. But to not give me the chance to clean it up shows they didnt wanna load me anyways.

Attention Truckers- Before you come here to load be prepared to spend 5-7 hrs here waiting to load. I arrived here to load at 11am on a Wednesday. My appt was for 7am but I brokered this load at 9am so being late was not my fault. Anyway I checked in at 11am in the dock at 3pm out the gate at 6pm. Being that they held me up 7 hrs for loading I only had 4 hrs on the ELD to drive which made me 2 hrs late on my delivery for Thursday evening. The receiver was not able to make me another until noon on Saturday so basically sat for 2 days for delivery and was screwed for a weekend load. Granted I received $350 for layover and detention but didnt make up for the $1500-$2000 in lost income. I hope the CEO of this company is reading all the negative comments on this piss poor company. If I was on the board of directors someone would definitely be losing their job!

38 truck wait 15 hours later decided to leave plant still have 4 trucks in front of me no one getting loaded. Best choice of my life lol!
