Extremely helpful and friendly, excellent customer service. Came in for a pool cue on a low budget and was very well taken care of despite being a walk-in first time customer near closing time that didnt have a lot to spend - the gentleman at the counter (I didnt catch his name) even changed the weight on the cue I purchased on the spot. Highly recommend - Ill definitely be a repeat customer!

This place is outrageous with everything that it carries. The people there are very friendly and very helpful. They have a large selection of everything that you would need and I will definitely be going back.

Came into the store looking for a shuffleboard table that was nice but within my budget. Worked with Rob and we found the perfect board. When the guys came to deliver it they did a great, fast job installing it. Even used a laser level to make sure it was perfect. The company I used to order my shuffleboard forgot to include the silicon sand. One of the employees dropped off 2 containers later that day to make up for it. Its a great quality piece that the whole family has already enjoyed. I had a great experience with Custom Rec and will buy from them in the future.

Called well before closing time. Got someone to answer to tell me they are closed and wouldn’t help me. Funny that would mean they are there to answer the phone. Not sure why they would answer if they are closed well before their ADVERTISED closing time.
