Polite and clear. Easy to understand on phone. These people know their products and provide good customer service. Not a 5 only because my 1st order didnt make it on time. The way they resolved it was definitely a 5.

Not much inventory and what really surprised me was that the woman working there (she wasnt wearing a name tag) had no product knowledge. We were asking questions about the various frying pans and all she could do was read the label on the pan, we had already done that. My son has researched the pans and manufacturers and he knew waaay more than she did. We asked her for a recommendation and I was shocked at her answer as it wasnt even a product that Bargreen Ellingson sells. Yes, she actually Googled it to tell us to buy what she uses at home - Gotham Steel! Needless to say, we didnt purchase any pans and I put everything else in my cart back on the shelf and only bought a $1 shaker with a lid big enough for crushed red peppers to go through. I dont think we will ever go back.

The cashier was very friendly and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. He also knew other customers by name. A really great selection of restaurant supplies. Clean and very large. The outside parking lot is dirty and worn, but doesnt reflect what is inside.

Awsum store Needs more attention To customer service 🛎. I visited this store for the first time by referral . I was acknowledge. But They seemed to busy to address my questions. Not a good experience for a first time guest. I would recommende more employees on the floor so this type of situation could be avoided in the future.I will try again to see if I will get a different results.

I pulled up to the drive thru window and the Be right back sign was up. I waited 5 min. Then a girl who finally came looked like she just rolled out of bed and I ordered a simple vanilla mocha. It was disgusting. The coffee tasted bitter and Ive never had an experience this bad.
