My husband and I came in expecting to have to work hard not to be overcharged for our mattress, and after having done our research, we came into the store ready for the uphill battle of being taken seriously as young people making a large purchase, and then we were completely surprised. Our sleep expert Anthony Delgado was completely professional and extremely knowledgeable on everything in the store from beds to pillows, to sheets and everything in between. We felt by the time we’d left that we’d gotten a great deal on a mattress that’s supportive enough for helping with my scoliosis, as well as being comfortable enough to enjoy sleeping on; We would love to come back to this store to speak with him again if there’s anything else we need in the future.

Edit to my previous review: We had a great initial experience but the delivery portion of the order was less than ideal. The excitement of having a brand new bed in our new home was quickly depleted when we were told our delivery would be delayed less than 24 hours before the previously agreed upon delivery date. When we initially made our purchase we were not advised of any potential delays, quite the opposite actually...we were told to call if we needed to move up our delivery and they could accommodate us. We based our entire move and the donation of our previous mattress around the delivery of this bed so the delay created a pretty significant frustration.While I completely understand the problems faced by retailers with our currently supply chain and port delays, the lack of communication on the possibility of these delays left us sleeping on the floor for 1.5 weeks as we waited for the mattress and base to arrive. Had we known there was a potential for delay in delivery we could have adjusted our plans appropriately to accommodate.----------------------------------------------Gerald was very helpful helping us decide on a new mattress purchase with base. We had no idea what we were doing but he made the experience easy, stress-free, and we feel like we received a great deal along with great service. Thanks Gerald!

Do not buy or order anything from these people! I ordered a mattress last Tuesday and was told 5-7 days, which coincides with me moving into my new home and needing a bed exactly 7 days later. It’s now day 10, no bed, was supposed to arrive today according to Fed Ex, and then they didn’t get it. Did nothing to resolve or help. Won’t even give me my money back until they receive the “lost” product. This will be my 3rd night sleeping on the floor! And the manager at the Lynwood location, Justin, literally just told me “I can’t help you any longer since you say you’re going to leave a review”. What customer service! Help me? They did nothing to help. Didn’t even bother to check to see where the mattress is. Didn’t care. This was a temporary mattress for my wife and I and a 3 year old to sleep on for a month or so before we picked out our real mattress. Guess where I won’t be spending my $2-3000.

The store is great, the delivery is HORRIBLE! They do delivery through a third party and it’s SO BAD! The first day they gave me a two hour window I waited the entire two hours then one and a half hours after the window they call me saying they are on there way only problem was that I had an appointment and left. Then the next booking day was two days later. We need is mattress I’m about to return it and go somewhere I can get my mattress on time honestly. Would not recommend.

My husband doesnt like it as firm as I do, so we needed to find an acceptable compromise. We probably tried every firm mattress in the showroom! And once we tried the adjustable base, we were sold! Nothing else would do! We are both side sleepers with lower back and neck arthritis. We are so excited and cant wait to sleep better with our new king mattress and adjustable base!

My experience was great! Everyone was so friendly and not pushy! We went into the Everett Mall Way location in Washington. The guy that helped us spend lots of time going over all the pros and cons of each one. When we told him we needed to go home to think about it he wasn’t annoyed at all! We called a couple days later to order one over the phone. Awesome customer service!

Honestly felt like I was at a doctor for choosing the correct mattress, we were helped by Evan he stayed patience and very very helpful the whole time, we probably tried like 15 beds until we found the right one then we tried multiple pillows on the bed after, he didnt stop until he found us the correct bed for our spines and shoulders 10 out of 5 stars.

From the moment we walked in we felt like family when we where greeted by Gavin Courtney. He was attentive and listened to all of our needs to make sure we had the perfect bed. When we went in we where not expecting to purchase an adjustable bed, but he showed us to benefits after listening to our needs. What a difference it is for my low back pain. I prefer firm but my boyfriend loves softer beds and Evan found a perfect fit for the both of us. Very friendly. Very helpful. We needed a box spring and mattress that day. They had nothing in stock everything had to be delivered. So we found the mattress and box spring we wanted, and he called another store, and they had it in stock. The mattress however they didn’t have but they had the model up in price. So he gave us the better mattress for the same price we drove over to the store and they had it already loaded in my truck and had a good nights sleep

Visited the location by the Everett Mall over Labor Day weekend. Both my mother and I are looking for new mattresses. We met with Russell and he was great. Took us around to several beds in our price range and let us try them for as long as we needed. We didnt buy that day but there was no pressure to do so. Upon my return a day or so later again Russell helped finalize my transaction quickly and efficiently. Having my bed delivered the very next day! All in all a wonderful experience at that Mattress Firm location.

Bought a $1000 bed and bought a mattress protector for 70 thinking for the price it was a zippered protector. I could of gotten the fitted version from Walmart for 25 bucks. I will be extra cautious in future with this business.
