Im thinking it just wasnt their best day. They were out of lots of ingredients. The soup had been rewarming for ages that it had turned. Yet they still served it without checking. They forgot to add the side to my husbands order, yet charged us. The bread was stale, and they completely skimped on the ingredients inside the sandwich so it was like just eating nothing but days old sourdough bread. We fed it to the birds. I had heard great things about this place, but was sadly disappointed. Staff was friendly, just food was terrible.

I got their Philly cheese steak. It is a bit tight for parking, might have to park at gas station next door but great sandwiches and selection.

Rest In Peace Elaine Red Rock. She was the original owner. Sadly she passed recently(cancer)

Great food, always fresh. Convenient location, small parking lot. They always seem to have enough people working to satisfy demand;even with a line it always moves quickly. Way better than other sub places, good option for cold and hot subs. Not as good as Tubs Subs in Lynnwood, but better than anything else.

They never disappoint. My favorite is the pot roast.

I would love to give a higher rating but considering every time Ive ordered here, EVERY TIME, my order has been wrong in at least one way but usually multiple. I am lactose intolerant so a simple order excluding cheese or dairy products being made wrong makes me upset to say the least. Usually the ingredients seem fresh and the bread is tasty, so if they can follow instructions for me one day I will happily give 5 stars! :-)

Made the extra effort to get there before they closed, and happy I did. One of those secret hideaways with amazing sandwiches. The pot roast was mouth watering. Will be back again soon.

Great spot. I got the Swiss mushroom my god it was so good. Highly recommend. The staff is awesome too. Definitely worth the stop when you just need a sun you will not be disappointed!

I ordered the Grecian, but what I got was turkey, Mayo, avocado, tomato and I think maybe it was havarti. Dont know what this sandwich is but it was delicious. They serve stubborn soda which Im guessing is a healthy alternative to soda because I havent had a flavor that tastes good. The wait was long at lunch rush but the sandwich I didnt order was good enough to make up for everything so I give this place 5 stars.Definitely going back for a second attempt at the Grecian.

This place was recommended to us and we are so glad we went! They have gluten free for our son that has celiac! And the value for the size is really good. They were delicious too!

Food was phenomenal and the costumer service was excellent even though it was peak with door dash, online orders and in shop orders. Dion went out of their way to make sure the orders where filled fast and accurately while making sure to acknowledge everyone that entered the shop and make sure they didn’t feel ignored. Will visit again.

Fresh, delicious sub. Sourdough sub bread was soft and easy to chew. First time ordering here, they dont have the Tuna Salad Sub on the menu, but apparently if you ask, they can make it-as long as they have some Tuna Salad made that day. It was fresh and worth the price. It was tough ordering though since Ive never been in and didnt know how their menu works. So had to ask for each thing, do you have tuna salad? What comes on it? Their reply: what do you want on it? Me: well I dont know what you have, do you have pickles, jalapenos or hot peppers? Ordering should be easier and making the subs isnt as fast as going to other sub shops, so be prepared to wait about 15minutes.When Im at Everett Station again and have time to walk down, Ill definitely order the Tuna Salad Sub again. I dont eat meats, so the only other option is the Veggie Sub. And they highly recommend the blondie (brownie), Im sorry to say I didnt like it. But they said all their baked goods are made in house daily.

Closed in the middle of normal business hours with no message except a note on the door. Called and called and called and it just said they were busy due to high volume. After a 30 minute drive to get there I see a note on the door saying they closed 30 minutes before I got there for mantanice. Sure would have been nice to know that from a simple voice mail message.

The sandwiches are really pretty tasty here but don’t even bother trying to order online during their lunch rush!! Each of the four recent times I have tried to order online for pick-up, my order has not even been looked at until I walk up to the counter and give them my name and order information. Today I ended up waiting about 25 minutes in the establishment for my ONE turkey/Swiss sandwich that I ordered an hour and a half prior. Their tardiness has caused me to be late for appointments and miss my lunch entirely.I’m going to stick with Jimmy Johns, Sub Shop off 19th or Jersey Mikes from now on.

I normally dont write reviews but I had such a difficult experience I want others to be prepared. I have been there twice both times with online orders. Each time the expected time was about a half an hour after order which is okay, especially during busy hours. The first time I arrived early by about five minutes and they hadnt started my order but started as soon as I walked in an asked if it was ready. It was ready within about ten minutes. A little slow for a single sandwich but not slow enough it scared me to go there again. The second time my boyfriend went to pick it up on time. They had not started It yet, and it was not ready for an additional almost half hour. He said that their was a person who had been their since eleven and got their food right before him at around 12:40. And that the restaurant was to the point they werent picking up the phone even with at least 4 employees. I got a fountain soda and it was just sparkling water with no syrup in it. The subs themselves are tasty, they have good vegan and gluten free options, and I didnt have any directly negative experiences with the employees but I shouldnt have to wait an hour for 2 sandwiches.

This little hole n the hall, has DELICIOUS SUBS & Moms Potato salad, all ROCKS.MY favorite is Philly Pot roast & price is reasonable. LOVE IT🦋

I had a regular sized Sicilian and it was fantastic. Great taste and wonderful proportion of meats. My first visit was months ago but has not be my last, just visited again today! Well worth the visit. Great lunch!

Food is good. Parking is the absolute worst, and they are literally NEVER open at convenient times. I went there at 2pm on a Saturday and we were told we couldnt order because they were closed. We also tried to order online and pick up prior to that but couldnt because it only allowed Mon-Fri. Cant pick up after work, cant pick up on a weekend. How do these guys stay in business with these hours??

I’m only giving it 2 stars cuz the salad was actually really good..after I finally got it.. however when my coworker walked in during the lunch rush and ordered a couple salads the girl 1st said how it was a longer wait cuz they were behind.. then when he was like it’s ok no problem I can wait.. she changed her story and said there wasn’t enough greens to make them when he asked ok what about just 1 she was like nah.. HOWEVER when he left he went on grub hub ordered the salads from there and WHAT do you know they ACTUALLY had enough for 3 salads that we ordered!.. I get it things get busy but if your customer doesn’t mind waiting for it..why lie?

Really great sandwiches. I was able to easily order over the phone (you can online as well). Pick up was quick and simple. The parking lot isnt ideal, but just be patient and the lights stop traffic making it a non-issue. I always look forward to getting a sandwich here!!

Been a favorite since high school! We used to come before our first games! They are still as good as they’ve ever been. You have to remember it’s a small business and they are very popular so you have to be patient. Don’t go if you are in a rush. Even when we had a mix-up, I was able to get it fixed really quickly and the staff was very nice about it! Also a review said their sodas had no flavor and was only club soda but I’m guessing the customer who wrote the review just looked at the drink and didn’t actually taste it because the sodas are meant to look clear since they have no dyes (that’s like the whole point of that specific soda brand) in them but they are very flavorful. Also don’t forget to tip your sandwich artists because without them all you would have to eat is Subway, firehouse, or Jersey Mikes and that’s never as fun as Red Rock. Have a good day everyone.

Probably the worst service I’ve had with them. Our order was over an hour late, when you try to call them, 90% of the time you get an automated message, they charged us for potato salad, l and when we called to ask where it was, we were told it was out. If something is out, why wouldn’t you remove it from the ticket or make a note or call and say it’s out??Never again.

Hot, fresh, delicious and soooooo worth it every time I order here.Honestly, I feel spoiled by the excellently prepared food and how they were attentive to asking if I had a celiac allergy due to ordering gluten free (wheat allergy).I dont know why anyone goes anywhere else for subs.

This place makes for a fantastic lunch break!! The service was friendly and efficient, I ordered a sub that was essentially a gyro, and it was delicious. They also have local soda that has unique and tasty flavors, with comfortable seating indoors. Will most definitely be back.

This sandwich shop have went down hill. I recently had a sandwich from this place it use to be good hot and fresh. Not so much recently. My sandwich was cold hardly any meat it was slathered with gross mayonnaise that wasnt the garlic mayo.the bread was definitely stale.and had the audacity to charge 14$ for that nasty sandwich.

This sandwich shop has a delicious menu, so far eveytime ive been there i have not been disappointed. Their pot roast sub is amazing. The pot roast is cooked perfectly and very well seasoned. If you like soft giant cookies they are delicious. My only critic this time around is to make sure you dont burn the soup if you do just re-do it. It was my first time trying their soup of the day. It was very tasty but did have a burnt smell and a burnt lingering aftertaste. Unfortunately with soup no matter how you try to fix it, if you burn it, might as well start over. Your customers thank you. Overall this place is amazing, well priced for the amount of food you get, clean, and organized. Food tase fresh and customer service is great! Hopefully the next time i get soup it will be on point like the rest of their food. I will be coming back for more again and again.

Ordered a Philly with bacon and and bacon chicken ranch sub. Super disappointed the bacon is actually bacon bits, not strips of bacon. The chicken on the one sandwich was super dry and chewy. The flavors were okay (besides bacon) but probably wont be ordering from here again.

There is not a sandwich on their menu I would not recommend. My favorite is the Pot Roast. It just melts in your mouth.

This establishment I will truly miss when we move from here in a couple of years I have never been disappointed I their kettle Turkey w/bacon or their cheese steak and you can never go wrong with one of their cookies my favirote is the amazing cookie.

The sandwiches are amazing, BUT the last three orders I’ve made have been severely messed up. I always order the exact same thing. French dip on sourdough. The last three times I have ordered, they have been short on bread. So instead of just refunding me they switch the type of bread to French bread. The most recent order I paid for extra dipping sauce and it wasn’t included even though it was paid for and on the order slip stapled to the bag. This is really getting ridiculous. Three times in a row over several weeks my sandwiches have been completely wrong. I asked them in the future to not switch the bread on my order yet they have done it twice....

Subs are really good, but is hard to find parking. The back is only for delivery people. I guess when you go to pick up 11 sub for a company that doesnt mean yr a delivery person.

This is so disappointing to write due to the fact that I dont know if theres a sub shop that tastes as good as it does here, but let me be clear this store may have the worst customer service and dependability Ive ever experienced I ordered 5 Subs for some employees at my work, when I showed up I was happy to wait since it was a big order, they informed me they didnt have ANY bread in the store and asked if I could wait a little bit longer till the truck arrived so I waited, they then told me they only had sourdough bread so we changed the order as such when I received my order I was late from my lunch and rushed back to work 3 of the 12 subs I purchased were only 6 inches one was a BBQ chicken which I didnt even order AND the last sandwich which was asked to have no bread was simply a salad with lettuce olives and cheese. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT EAT HERE.

Great subs HORRIBLE customer service! Simply asked for no bread on the veggie sandwich and got a small amount of lettuce, green peppers, and tomatoes. No cheese or dressing was included and the amount of veggies given was ridiculous for $8. When I called and asked for a replacement (on bread to simplify) they absolutely refused a replacement and said thats how it was ordered when it was not. The manager talked over me and was more worried about making excuses than fixing the problem. Also charged for extra pineapples on the other sandwich and extra pineapples were not added. Another coworker ordered her salad w/eggs and the eggs were not included. We were so angry about the experience with the no bread and how we were talked to over the phone we didnt call back and weve just decided not to order from here anymore. (We order a minimum of 7 subs every time and LOVE the taste.) Poor customer service and being disrespected overrides the flavor.

Ordered through their website for delivery, the order was confirmed. Estimated delivery time was 45 minutes. Now almost 2 hours later from when I ordered, no food, unable to reach anyone on the phone. Might be good food, but couldnt tell you because their customer service is terrible.

Been here multiple times-over 15. Havent been in about a year. My mom came here from mississippi and I ranted and raved about this place, so we went, all the way from Seattle mind you. Very very very disappointed in quality of bread, it was so hard we ended up feeding most of it to the birds at Legion Memorial Park (which I highly reccomend to any visitor). You are obvously using old bread to save money. I will not be back.

They only take cash so dont drive out of your way I noticed the owner responded to my review to tell me I am wrong. The printed sign above the cash register that said cash only. What did that mean if you take cards? I walked in and left. You probably shouldnt have signs that say cash only if you take multiple payment forms.

Ordered online for the first time. Actually it was the first time to Red Rock Subs ever. Had the Philly pot roast and Chicken bacon cheddar. Absolutely the best in town!!! The bread was perfect. Service was fast and friendly. Order online and make sure to tip!!!

This place killed it. We order lunch for the staff weekly, it is often challenging as half my staff is vegan and the others are not. Red Rock had wonderful options that pleased all food restrictions. Everyone enjoy there mean and we will definitely be back.

I will begin with the bad first: parking is rough. Its a small lot and hard to pull out directly onto a busy street. Try to back in if possible. Now the great stuff: they have gluten free options, dairy free options, wonderful service, and yummy sandwiches. The gluten free rolls for subs taste fresh and do not come out of a plastic bag like they do at Subway. They have vegetarian choices available and they have lovely meaty options. They have a choice of cow milk cheese and dairy free cheese. They have a choice of regular mayo and vegan mayo. They even make a delicious garlic mayo using the vegan mayo. The subs taste delicious and are warm when served. They even have a gluten free brownie available for dessert.

Man, I love Red Rock Subs! I haven’t had a bad sandwich here, it’s all good! The bread is DELICIOUS and makes the sandwiches what they are. My favorite is the California Club. I’m not a big mustard fan, but it adds a delicious flavor. My husband gets the kettle roasted turkey every time and is never disappointed. Their sides are also delicious and it’s an easy meal to eat in or take to a park on a nice day and have a little picnic. Yum yum yum!

Im a meat eater but the veggie sandwich is so loaded and delicious I have to order it every time. By far these are the best sandwiches in town. I tried a cup of soup one day and it too was superb. The huge sandwich can feed a family. The staff is always very pleasant.

Food was fine, but I ordered a regular and they accidentally made me a large. Obviously I was fine with that, but only after eating it did they try to get me to pay the difference. If they had told me before hand, I would have just asked for my correct order. A bad bit of customer service.

I used to eat here ALOT, like two-three times a week. I kept getting wrong orders, or just a mistake was being made. There was two workers who were unbelievable that were ontop of any mistakes that happened. Not to be direct but the asian guy and the black girl were the only reason Id come back. I ordered here recently and was met with a rude worker who simply didnt understand The customer is always right I had to plee for her to make it the right way because she acted as if there was nothing she could do about it, it came incorrect. Im done with the place, even the thing she said shed have fixed never got fixed. Im pretty sure I probably have some free meals with these guys, I just never know now a days because they messed up so much in the past. The quality has gone way down hill.

These sandwiches are amazing.The cheese is warm and gooey, the bread is fresh and chewy and then they toast it and oh yum.There are the perfect amount of whatever kind of fillings you choose. Not so much that every time you take a bite it all squishes out the other side, I hate that, but definitely not stingy with the meats, cheeses, veg, & sauce.If you want a sub @ lunchtime, Id recommend ordering ahead. Also, theyre so delicious and busy for lunch, make sure to check your bag before you leave just to make sure.Theyre amazing at what they do, but they get so busy every once in a while you might be missing a dipping sauce or something extra & it never hurts to double check.Because I promise, you will be sad just like my mom when I brought her lunch & there wasnt any Au Jus...The first time I ate at Red Rock was in 2002, and the food is still amazing, as are the people putting it together for you.So, Google...would I recommend???Yep, just a little bit. Shout out to Red Rock Subs who is one of the few places I can eat because they have gluten free bread. I have celiac and cannot have wheat that being said their bread is really good. I highly recommend the philly sandwich every time I come in the staff is always friendly.

Parking is absolutely terrible but the pot roast subs add avocado are excellent.

The place is great. Quality food, fantastic portions, and great customer service. The cashier Liz with half red hair was especially helpful. Will definitely be going back again :)
