A very poor customer and warranty services. I bought a new home from MainVue Home Builders and Western Pacific was the supplier of “high quality doors “ to match the quality requirements established by this high end builder . I asked the builder, within warranty terms, to replace only one door of many, as it had a defective finish in the bottom part. Western Pacific denied such replacement saying “all their doors are up to standard “. Which standard it maybe? I keep asking myself...
