I love love love this seller. My only complaint…I wish they were in NY, because I would be there every week!!! Their products are A+ and the shipping is fast. Their fragrance oils are on point. Prices are great too.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I ordered wicks on Friday right around their closing time and I received them today- MONDAY! Not to mention they are in WA and Im all the way on the other side of the US. I was expecting it to take a day or so to process my order and then about a week for shipping. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING company and I will be a return customer. Thank you!

I ordered supplies online, & one of my liquid candle dyes leaked & got all over two more of my candle dyes. I emailed the company & they sent me all three candle dyes again & it came in within like 2 or 3 days. I am very pleased with the products, the colors are lovely & their customer service is exceptional! Definitely will be ordering more supplies from here again!

So happy there’s a candle supply shop I can go to with a large selection and variety. They have a lot of soap supplies, so I’ll be going here in the future if I ever plan on making soap!They offer pick up options that you can order online and pick up, which is convenient but I always love to browse around.There’s also instruction sheets on how to make candles that was very helpful.

Wonderful little store with lots of goodies!

I ordered curbside pickup for the first time and am super happy with everything I purchased! So great to have a shop like this so close to where I live. Im looking forward to when I can actually visit the shop post-COVID!

Clean they now have common waxes that i normally have to order from back east. For about the same price. But i can buy local.

Ok lets get serious here friends, this is not a candle retail store by any stretch. The owners (Im guessing) were unbelievably pushy and rude to me today. I would venture to say they do not want people in the store due to the current situation (covid). And thats beside the point, this store has very little selection for candles. Your not allowed to smell the fragrance oils. I found this odd being that you would want to smell the fragrance oil before you bought it lol. I asked the owner how that would work. Im not kidding... she rudely told me to buy a sample, go outside, and smell it. What a joke. This store is not worth taking the time to visit. Everything they sell is available online for way cheaper. There was nothing unique about the products they offer at all, 0. Given the times you would think customer service would be a priority at most businesses, apparently not here.

Love this place!! They are the absolute go to for candle and soap making. They are always so very kind and helpful, will always try to answer any questions you have. Great variety, and they try to get you what you need to get started!

What a delicious place. Hundreds of bottles of all kinds of scents. Plus candle making and soap making supplies and equipment for people at every level, from beginners to people who make a living selling soap or candles. And even a woodworking store in the back, mostly hand tools. Ive been on their website lots of times, but Im glad I went so I could actually smell the scents and decide what to get. Reasonable prices too.

I liked this place, not exactly big and thats okay. The gentleman was very helpful and they had a good selection of fragrant oils. And a variety of kits to purchase. I will definitely go back

We use to live close, but have moved to Cali, we now order for delivery but seem to always run into issues with the amount of containers we are allowed to order......need to figure out a better shipping method for larger orders.

Theyre the best! Wax is awesome and they ship so fast! I wish they were a little closer to me and I would drive to them. Awesome customer service!!

Customer service was amazing. The owner,Dana, greeted me and gave me a tour of the shop. She has a large array of product for soap, candle, bathbomb, lip balm making and more..And also found out her husband has a woodworking section of the shop where you can buy chisels and stuff for wood carving. I found my new obsession.

I called their toll free number, but I got the fax beep. Then I drove to their store around 11am on a Saturday. They were closed. I looked on the the website again to see if I got hours wrong but it says opens at 10. The door sign also says the same. For a business store hours is very important to keep updated all the time.
