Pretty good experience overall. Quick turnaround impressed me most. I had my iPhone battery replaced with one they had in stock. I was able to make an appointment online easily. It was swapped out quickly. Plus, they offered 20% off anything in the store, so I bought a spare charging cable. Friendly, fast & informed adults working there. Excellent! Id go back for sure.

The gentleman that helped us knew exactly what kind of bulb we need to get. We had a bulb that burnt out in our ceiling fan one we have never seen before either. With our combined age of 87 mind you 😉. The weird part was he said dont touch the bulb the oils from fingers will make it burn out fast. Found it odd quite frankly but this bulb was weird enough that just maybe. Havent done our own research yet but we were still careful nonetheless.

This is the place to go for everything lights related. Forget the big box stores. Sorry Home Depot. But yall suck compared to Batteries Plus Bulbs. Joel was very helpful and great to talk to. I went in to get LED tube lights, and ended up getting those AND a sweet pen flashlight. This NEBO pen light never leaves my side.

Knowledge and good sales skills. You folks have just about anything I have ever needed to the normal and strange electronics. I carried some of your pocket flashlights with me for years. I like having a specific store that is focused on a quick turnaround. Never had to wait for a salesman to go ask someone which shows good training.

The store is clean and over-all well stocked but the clerk was extremely rude from the moment my partner and I walked in. We were looking for other led bulb options for out track lighting and the clerk made it very clear that this was not a browsing kind of store and followed us around the entire time. We did not make a purchase but may order online in the future.

I ordered a replacement battery online for my somewhat obselete LG G4 cell phone. They had it in stock and ready in minutes after I submitted the order. I was then able to pick it up from the store on my way home from work. Battery is reasonable quality, and using it as I write this using my LG phone.

I the tech who replaced my phone battery was knowledgeable, friendly, and fast with the replacement. He also did a great job with the whole social distancing thing and was very considerate. A good job, appreciate the service.

I had bought a better and charger from the Puyallup location and had a great service experience. But evidently they are franchises, which may explain why the service in Mukilteo was so dramatically different. I was looking for a charger to the battery I had purchased October of last year. When he was having trouble finding it, because I guess it’s a rare charger, I had said “Seriously?” a couple of times when he said they didn’t have it out of frustration. This evidently was highly offensive to the long haired gentleman who was working today. As he got upset when I said seriously again when he couldn’t find me in the system by phone number. He explained to me in an extremely rude and agitated tone that since they only owned three locations and they don’t share customer databases, they wouldn’t necessarily be able to fine me. I guess I should have known all of that? I’m not sure. Whatever the case is, I left, since the gentleman was unable to help me in at the very least, a civil manner. I won’t be returning. I’ll find my batteries and chargers online from now on.

Quite simply, the best selection of batteries, and now bulbs too, to be found anywhere. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Go in, tell them what you want and out the door and on your way in short order. Life is short enough, why waste time searching all over the drug store or worse trying to find which end cap the grocery store moved them to. Go here, get your needs and get on with things.

I made an appointment for phone repair almost 1 week in advance and got a call from the store. The call was made on the same date when I made an appointment, that’s good. He was asking color of part and said would get the right part before visiting the store. I visited the store today and an employee said he couldn’t find the part for my phone and didn’t know what was going on. They could give me a call not to WASTE my time for driving. I don’t understand why they are taking appointments since they can’t get parts by promised date. I’d recommend checking the store for parts before you head to there or just stay away from it.

This establishment just robbed me pretty much. Returned by battery that was ON A BATTERY TENDER DURING WINTER, and because it had less than 10V it wasnt covered in the warranty. What the hell is the point of the warranty then. Now I lost a battery and $90. Never buying from batteries plus again, Id rather go direct to distributor and pay more.PS. Had my tender checked by a motorcycle dealership with their batteries and worked perfectly fine. Also spoke to the original batteries plus store that sold me the battery and was told that yes my battery still was covered for the warranty even at the 3V. Never doing business with this establishment again.

It didnt fit even though the website said it would. Then I exchanged that battery for one that will fit but has been sitting on the shelf collecting dust. When I get home it becomes abundantly clear to me that the battery is completely dead even after sitting on my charger for 24-hours. It couldnt even turn the motor over. At this point batteries plus has wasted 4 hours of my time including commuting and just tells me to roll the dice on another battery. So Im trying to give this firm money for a product and when they inconvenience me not once but twice its still on me to take care of the issue? Ill go ahead and spend my money with a more customer centric business from here on out.

Great service. I know i will get the right product for my cell phone. Quick and easy. I recommend this store. When I commute from the north to Seattle it is an easy stop. Right off the freeway and easy to get back on the freeway.

I was sold the wrong battery and they were not willing to make it right, I was willing to use the battery as a core charge and make up the difference in a new battery. But they didnt want to help what so ever, so I went to the Lynnwood store and they were more than happy to help me out. I bought a new lithium battery and they gave me a core charge on the old one and nocked 20 bucks off the bill. The Everett store has lost my business for good !

I took my 2 year old iPhone 6s to Battery and Bulbs to get a new battery. I left my phone and they said to come back in an hour and 15 minutes. When I came back my phone was ready. David, the manager, explained to me a lot about my iPhone battery. He seemed to really know a lot. Now I just have to charge my phone for 16 hours with a new cord and charger - which David said I needed. I didn’t know that an old cord can actually harm a new battery. He also gave me a discount which helped. $60 for a new battery or a new phone for $800 for a new phone. I think I made the right choice.

I brought in my I-phone to replace a broken screen and also the old battery. Service was excellent and professional. Picked up headlight bulb for my car while I was there. The prices are great. A great place with a lot to offer, but dont expect to dash in and out. For some reason, no matter what time we go there, there is always somebody there chatting while monopolizing the cashier. Its always been a bit of a wait, so just plan accordingly!
