The owner and/or manager is such a nice guy! I got a wonderful big area rug and lovely blanket for my new home. I was buying such an expensive rug that he cut me a deal. I absolutely still love my area rug to this day. My 🐈 cat loves it too! Shes always napping on it. Especially when the 🌞 sun is beaming on it

Sold us a 5x7 when they’re nowhere advertised. We specifically wanted a 5x8 as advertised on their tags. He was sure it was a 5x7 but it wasn’t. Bring a tape measurer. Not the most organized size wise. Good selection though.

Great place to buy rugs! Large variety with different sizes. Blankets are great and soft as well. A must have for winter.

I am writing a review for this business because I had an absolutely pleasant experience and I dont believe the reviews truly reflect the business and its owners. This business is local and family-owned which is one reason I decided to check it out. It is run by a man and his two sons. They have been serving the Lynnwood-Everett area for over 10 years, and from the referrals I received from my friends to check it out, it seems they have successfully built a solid reputation in the community. Their prices are competitive and they have quality inventory, not the cheap plastic stuff I found at Sears, Target or Macys that I would have to replace every couple years. I dont think Ive seen another business with as vast of a collection of quality area rugs (AND blankets) in the North Seattle area. I was lucky enough to have come in at a time when they were offering a promotion for the holidays, something like an additional 20% off the listed sale price. They even offered me another discount because I purchased a few blankets as gifts for family along with the 2 rugs I decided on. THIS is why I love family owned businesses, you help them out and they help you out!I was looking to purchase a couple rugs for my dining and living rooms, but wasnt sure whether the colors and modern design would go with the color scheme of our walls/furniture. The owner was patient enough to wait with me and offer honest input while I texted photos back and forth with my wife trying to see if it would be a good fit. The owner assured me that if we didnt end up liking the rugs, they had a 3-day no hassle return policy if you bring back the rug with the receipt (in its original condition of course). My wife and I decided to give it the rugs a try, but the one for the dining room just didnt seem to be working. I brought the rug back and received a full refund as promised, and happened to notice a catalog sitting on the counter. My wife and I immediately found a rug that we fell in love with, and the owner made a special order for us. All the rugs sold by the business are imported from overseas, places including Turkey, Russia, Iran, Egypt and Pakistan, meaning it takes a while to get them in. We waited around 4 weeks before receiving our order, but the wait was WELL worth it. Our handmade rug from Turkey is perfect and you can literally feel the difference in quality between this and rugs we previously had from Target.Im actually writing this review while sitting on the rug (lol). We will definitely be coming back to furnish the rest of our home after the holidays.

I had a bad experience with the seller there, I tried to return a rug after 3 days after buying it, we didn’t open it at all, the seller said according to the store policy it’s totally not applicable to return any item even if it’s still closed. So, before buying from there think about this.The other thing that I didn’t like it, he asked me to pay cash instead of credit card and he told me he will not let me pay sales TAX if I pay cash, I rejected that.

We purchased a rug from them. Very happy with the service and rug.
