My old iPhone 6 was dying, really dying. I really dreaded going to the store to get a new phone. I was so worried they were going to pressure me to upgrade to something I didn’t want, need, or was technically beyond me. Ended up at the store and Henrry helped me. Got a nice phone I understand for a good price! It was actually very pleasant!
Went to get the new iPhone and it was busy, Joe helped us getting our new phones and transferring from T-Mobile to At&t. Great experience and customer service and I will recommend this store to my friends and family.
Josh helped us get our son a new iPhone. The new phone did not want to transfer the data, and he spent an hour plus to troubleshoot and finally get it to work!
Joe was awesome and very knowledgeable. He helped me switch to At&t and also sold me At&t TV with no contract. He asked me how much I paid with xfinity cable and offered me a great deal saving me atleast $110 per month. I will recommend Joe to my friends and family and I appreciate the great experience and customer service.

Made an appointment for 10:00 am, Ed opened the door for us promptly at 10:00. I just wanted to my son to my existing family plan. Easy, right? Ed took the time to look into my account, found a way to add a line, get my son a new phone, upgrade our plan and add the streaming service ALL WHILE SAVING US MONEY!! Are you kidding?!? SIGN ME UP! I’ve been into AT&T at the Everett mall several times since COVID-19 and the employees have always been very helpful and understanding. Carlos speaks Spanish and has always helped me with my needs! He’s very nice and kind (deserves a raise if you ask me!) and does his job to the fullest!
Upgraded here acouple of times now. They are always polite and professional. They are good at explaining things to customers. They have always had the phones in stock we are looking for. Parking can be tough cause its at the mall.
I used to work at Verizon and not that long ago however after I switched careers I went back to AT&T because my mother who is on my plan wanted me to.I have never spoken with representatives who care less about their customers than here. I have been consistently overcharged on a monthly basis and the only answer from Brian the manager is to call AT&T over the phone when I had already called twice and still see existing charges.When I worked at Verizon I would troubleshoot however long it took or call a department myself and speak to that department to help the customer. Brian said he could basically “do nothing because the point of sale did not start with him.”Many times I have spoken with AT&T who are completely okay with overcharging and under serving their customers. Because of Brian and many other representatives I will be taking my business account elsewhere.It’s a shame because I was going to expand 10 more lines this year as my business grows. However if they cannot handle helping me find solutions or even pretending to care I will not provide my hard earned money to this company.I recommend you look elsewhere as well. I will be following up co sisterly to report on the complete lack of customer service. Every month I am consistently being overcharged for something...LOOKELSEWHERE!
Wanted to share my experience. I tried calling AT&T to find out about an upgrade. After three agents could not find my account, after giving them my information and being on hold for 45 minutes, I drove to AT&T corporate store in Everett Mall. Within a minute, Carlos found my account. He then spoke with Nester to determine the best upgrade for me. All was done within less than five minutes!!!!! I needed to buy a new phone protective shield and Carlos had it installed in less than three minutes!!!I would highly recommend this location to ANY and EVERYONE who needs help with their phones or account info. Everyone was helpful, polite and very courteous. Will be returning!!!

After several bad experiences with this location in the past I swore I would never go here again. Time was tight and this store was the closest location for me, so I broke my own rule and gave it another try. Big mistake. The employees there are still full of themselves and full of bad attitudes. This store has never had anything we need in stock and this visit was no different. I was told to just try the AT&T store up the road and the employee didnt even offer to call them and see if they had what I needed (they didnt), nor was I offered an address for this other location. I will NEVER break my rule again because this store sucks!
I had a great experience at the Everett Mall ATT. Nestor was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. Before leaving he made sure all of my devices were set up and working correctly. Best customer experience I’ve had, really surprised how much knowledge he had and suggestions he offered to help me get a better deal on my plan.

Nester was INCREDIBLY helpful!!! I called to make an appointment and from the very first conversation, I felt like everything was going to be ok. I was having trouble getting all of the information from my old iPhone over to my new iPhone 12 Pro. Nester explained exactly what the problem was and fixed it immediately! I have been a long time customer of at&t, for about two years I have been going to the Burlington location and would be helped by Nestor. Once I found out he had transferred to this location I have been driving the extra 40 miles to Everett for his help. I will continue to go out my way for his superior and excellent customer service.

Best AT&T store I’ve visited. I went to a different location and had a bad experience so I asked for the manager to assist me. Jeremy and Nestor both helped me and they were polite and took care of my issue quickly.
Went in to help welcome one of our sons into official adulthood. He jumped off our account and got hooked up with his own. A few days prior we called with some questions and were told that when we go into the store to ask for Danny. Best advice ever! Danny switched everything effortlessly and made sure our sons questions all got answered. I even overheard him tell our son that if ever he has any questions to just come in in and hed be happy to help him out. Great quality service. We all left very happy.

This is a special shout-out to Brandon Brockmeyer at the 1402 EM store. I went through a trade-in unfortunately got a wrong credit posted on the document. Brandon was helpful, steered me in right direction by placing a reminder to his store manager so that when the credit doesnt show up itself he will step in to give me store credit if the trade-in department did not offered. For the readers, in case I did not post anything on Jan 10th then please assume I got the promised credit. Kudos to the store manager who is keeping a happy team. Brandon offered me an excellent care. I like the fact that how the store handled its mistake. Without pointing finger at me or the previous sales consultant, Brandon kept my focus on fixing it. He offered ‘little extra’ above & beyond to make it more than right. He gave me appropriate time so that they can keep adequate wait to walk ins too. I stopped visiting AT&T stores since 2014 due the fact as a customer I could see the rift between employees and tussle to get a sale rather than building on service. Previously I went to Alderwood mall store, there most consultants will throw the ball on online customer service & waste my time with no help. Brandon offered a improved outlook and therefore recommend all to walk in at Everett Mall way 1402 store. I like the choice to set up appointment online.

I have recently experienced trade-in program from AT&T for iphone 12. I signed it on Novemeber4th and decided to finish trade-in physically after receiving them in mail in a store. The setting up of the appointment was easy for the store at Everett Mall Way. Hence no wait at all. The store was keeping all precautions in regards to COVID. I met Brian Baker. I highly recommend scheduling time with him. He was clear, experienced, respectful and knowledgeable. Definitely will not throw you under bus which may happen in few especially while a signing a contract like phone. I went through the first phone in that way. Since I had two phones. The virtual customer service most of times will be black and white and fail to cover the grey areas of reality. Their system is robotic and cannot do much in many cases except wait for the back end people to act. Anything that could have been simple some will make a huge chaos. Brian was amazing. This particular phone is our business phone thus highly important in respect to contacts or info on it. So far the after effects has been satisfying. No problems in the transfer of the info on new phone. He knew all and did not created something for which I have to go back. He offered the correct trade in value on the document showing that we dropped our phone at their store. I am a happy customer. If you need help on a complicated issue ask for Brian. It is a peace of mind if chose to trade-in at the store even if purchased online. Costco is next door but service does matter with things that you use on daily basis especially when rushing to buy a offer. Brian made my decision justified though it was in a bit haste. It took me long to complete my trade-in upon seeing the order summary break down. Here at this store Brian offers that little extra and will atleast save you to solve one less problems out of many you face in life.Despite the fact it was an online purchase; he offered me the necessary attention that I needed to complete that trade-in. Without him I might have cancelled my trade-in offer. Thank you for reading.

Super great experience! I came in today to see if I can upgrade my phone and I definitely did. But that wasn’t the only great experience I had! The guy that helped me I forgot his name but he had a beard and he’s was extremely nice! And explained everything about insurance on my phone and Payments ! Now I’m rockin wit an iPhone 11 boiiiiii🤪🤪🤪 he also was super nice not just because it was his job but because it’s just how he is !! A nice person ! Will definitely be coming back on my next upgrade 🤪🤪!!!

I recently purchased a new phone at the AT&T store at the Everett Mall. The staff was very courteous and professional. They made me feel as if I was the only customer in the store.
Helped me buy a new phone, and get it setup, even helped us save some money. I would definitely recommend coming here for assistance for anything.Edit: just found out that we weren’t getting features we were suppose to be getting, and overall they didn’t entirely help and they weren’t completely honest. Just call 611 for help.

I was hesitant to visit here due to covid but I felt better once I saw employees had mask and I saw them sanitizing the tables after a customer left. I got a new phone and iPad! Aaron is great at this store!My brother and I had been to four different ATT stores (two in Portland, Oregon) and one in Seattle, Washington before I could get my new phone set up...Two stores didn’t even want to help me and one store was even going to charge me $80!Aaron at the Everett store spent a long time (over two hours) helping us and was so nice my brother bought a new phone (which he wasn’t initially going to) and is considering switching Internet and Cable with ATT!So....great customer service goes a long way! Nicer you are, more sales and referrals!In addition, other sales associates at the same store seemed just as nice and immediately helped customers...all this during CoVid crisis!Kudos to this store and people! 😊

The least helpful phone store I have ever visited. The one employee greated us with its gonna be a while. He was helping one customer while two others waited at a table. We waited ten minutes without another word from him so we left.
Campbell, the representatives who aided me, was extremely friendly and helpful, even through the issues with my bank.
I get that working retail isnt fun, because Ive been there. Some days it seems like theres a constant stream of unhappy people intent on making their unhappiness your problem...but youve gotta learn to just shake it off (or find another job)! This was where I went every couple years for about 6 years whenever I was ready to trade in & upgrade. Every time I went in I was willing to give the place and its constantly rotating staff the benefit of the doubt, and every time I was disappointed. I dont know if the problem is this location or AT&T Corporate in general, but Im definitely done with the former, and maybe the latter as well.

Switching from a personal account to a business account phone service with AT&T was a lot less headache than I had expected. Ed, who works in Everett Mall in Everett Washington was extremely helpful and went above and beyond in customer service. We had a small hiccup but it was resolvedWithin minutes.
Certainly not location specific here.. I never had any problems w this company, was very satisfied. If there was ever anything off w my bill they would always fix it no problem.. Until you try to cancel your account.. Nothing against at&t. At the time, my partner and I were consolidating bills so I went w his provider to save money. I had talked to 4 different reps on the customer service line all of which were not on the same page about how to pay off my installment plan AND cancel my tablet contract at the same time. Each of these reps told me I would only have to pay the early termination ($67) on my tablet because I paid off my installment on my phone already. $204 and an hour on the phone later gets at&t only 2 stars. Probably wont ever use at&t again, or recommend them.

At&t is wasting their money paying 5 people who know nothing about customer service or phones to sit around playing on company devices on a Monday afternoon! Walked in, and all employees were sitting at a table playing on various tablets and phones, wasnt greeted, and had to approach one of them for help! There was a particular phone I was interested in, but specs werent listed so I asked him if they had that information and he said NO! So my question is, what are they being paid for? Definitely not to assist customers OR sell phones! At&t, youd be better off using vending machines to sell your phone since your employees dont do anything that a vending machine cant achieve. Worst employees EVER.

I went to this store and a gentleman took my name, then asked me to wait outside in the rain. I was waiting for 1hr and 20 minutes before I went inside to ask how much longer Id have to wait. The guy said I wasnt on the list, and Id have to start at the bottom again.
I could see why others are saying bad customer service. I called and it wasnt too hard to find out why. The lady on the line wasnt professional at all saying yap, no. Come on. Train your employees! She should be saying no, i am sorry you are welcome. When I said thank you all she said was yep then hung up...really? This is a corporate store meaning all the employees should be well trained.

If I could rate this store any lower I honestly would. Been with at&t since they were cingular wireless roughly 15 years. And I was given zero service in the store worst part about it my fiance and I were the only 2 in the store. The lady working had an excuse she was fielding phone calls. But the gentleman sitting on his bottom clearly angry he had to be at work should u understand that regardless of what your day gives you when you work in customer service thats exactly what you should do make it the best possible experience for the customer. Instead let us ask for help and while he was walking towards us the alarm on the phone we were looking at began to go off so as he reached us he simply turned the alarm off and started to walk away I said so how does this differ from....... (as he continued to walk away) at this point we left. Probably wont visit this branch again.
We have never had such horrible service. We understand the need for the line up on the board, what we do not understand is why people who came in after us got helped before us, when their name was after our on the board. Larry and the intake girl were the worst. Neither of them let us know that they were going to help another and it would be just a moment. Instead Larry chose to help someone else, and when I tried to talk ith the intake girl, she started wouldnt let me finish my concerns, raised her voice, and told me i was wrong. You all just lost 2 really good customers.
My charging port broke where it would melt anything that I plugged into my phone. We called up AT&T because we knew my phone was insured because my dad was paying for insurance. We find out that the insurance he was paying for was for the old phones that we dont use which is 5 years old. They said the insurance was for the phone number line and we are thinking why are you insuring the phone line when this is a device and we want to insure the device not the phone line. and the fact that we werent asked to insure the new phone after we got them is making me question the competency of the workers there. Why would anyone be insuring their old phone when you get a brand new S7 edge when it first came out??? On to the next problem we are able to get the S8 edge but we have to pay 225 if we dont have insurance( which we do because that guy just never transferred it over..), and pay 112 if we do have insurance.... The loyalty center let us know that we need to go to the store and speak to the manager. We go there and we asked to see when the phone sim card was transferred and to see that the insurance wasnt transferred as well. The manager at this store says he doesnt have information to go back this far in time April 8th 2016. We were able to get this information online with AT&T chat support. After 5 hours with AT&T on the phone 1 hour with the insurance and 30 mins with chat. We still havent transferred the insurance and they are unwilling to admit to their mistake that they didnt switch the insurance to the new phone at the time.
I was with verizon for years. Switched to ATT Prepaid. I have been in the store once for myself and twice with others. ALWAYS very responsive. Dont have to wait forever like with verizon. Extremely happy with ATT and super happy with the savings!

After a troubling hour long conversation with the billing department on my final bill and no clear explination on how a final bill for 3 days of service totaled more than a standard bill I drove to the Everett mall store. A kind Gentleman by the name of Malcom pulled my bills and got on the phone with customer service. He was on the phone for almost 35 minutes before his manager Mary took over. They could have easily shrugged there shoulders and told me I had to pay this crazy amount. However they did not they continued to explain and explain and explain some more how there was a billing error. This is true service and why I was with At&t for almost 8 years. They both went above and beyond to help get my bill fixed.
Great customer service and they are fast with little wait. I came here when the Note 8 came out and went back for the iPhone X for my wife when they both came out and was in and out in less than 45 minutes each time.

Everett Mall store horrible experience. The assistant manager was not accountable. Nor do they take any responsibility for deleting all my 2018 pictures. I went in there and had to wait an hour on Thursday and wait again on Friday. They acted like I didnt even exist I was in the store probably three hours each day. Then a gal named Ali transferred all of my information from my old phone to my new phone but she deleted all of my 2018 pictures. Off the old phone she deleted them and the new phone and it didnt transfer into the cloud. They didnt take responsibility or offer any recourse for their mistake do not go to the store and do not let Ally touch your phone.

They are great people. Im new to the area, and the entire staff showed me so much love while I was there- this is by far the only AT&T store I go to if i have an issue with my service.
We came here for new phones & they told us we could have a free tablet & watch with them. We were told it was a Samsung promotion & totally free. Well i got my bill a month later & they had added phone numbers & all of the activation fees & monthly charges for both the free items. If told truthfully we would have just declined. Underhanded business practices here. We had to waste a day on the phone and another day at the store to get all the charges removed and return our free tablet. Just make the drive to the lake Stevens store, way better business there.
If you are looking for help, save time by cancelling your AT&T account. Here is my experience in a nut shell...walked into AT&T store located in the Everett Mall, asked for a copy of my FINAL bill (since I cancelled my account and went to T-Mobile) and was told that I need to CALL CUSTOMER SUPPORT. So, instead of helping your customers in a physical store, you just tell us to call customer service?!?!?! WHAT A JOKE OF A COMPANY! FYI, we all know Cingular has the WORST customer service. Anyway, I am glad that I left AT&T, with T-Mobile, I pay about half of what I paid with AT&T.
