I am impressed I must say. I quit going to this store for many reasons and recently found myself taken back at the changes that have been made here. Organized, clean, stocked shelves, employees working with genuine smiles on their faces, the inventory wasnt so overstocked so you couldnt budge a single piece of clothing but enough to fill proper spaces and easy to look at. Heather is the manager there now and its obvious she takes pride in her store and understands how to thrift shop properly. Again, I was impressed. Its a enjoyable experience despite being in downtown Everett.

For a second hand store they have a lot very nice things such as clothes, hardware, appliances, kitchen supplies and much more to discover. The staff is friendly, and knowledgeable. So if you you are out to explore and find a great deal add this store to your list. Who knows what you might find!

Hu

Decently stocked, but some of the prices are ridiculous. A thrift store shouldnt have shoes priced almost at the same price as new elsewhere!

Ch
Review №5

Great selection, fair prices, needs better organisation. The selection of this second hand shop is great as all goodwills are, and the prices are fine as it’s a place that sells the things you don’t want and sells them then uses the proceeds to help families and individuals who can’t find jobs. However unlike the Goodwill location in Edmonds this location needs better organisation of the products that they sell, when I was last in there there was items scattered about the floor carelessly by patrons, while that’s not the employees fault there should at least be one or two attendants walking the floor of this small location picking up so people don’t step on things or trip/fall due to something being strewn about on the floor.Overall I would shop here and help support the good that Goodwill does, plus VCR’s and old technology is where it’s at.

Hands down the best Goodwill Ive been to. They always seem to have things I like and the sales are so much fun. The staff is great, my daughter started giving me a hard time and in the chaos of defending myself from tyrant toddlers I had forgotten some of my cash in the vehicle, the manager helped me out by cutting some of my items 50% off so I could make the bill. To the parents of two emotional beings it was a break and thank you for being human.

I am a big fan of thrifty stores like Goodwill. Goodwill of Everett has one of the best selections of discount items in a store: they have a large selection of men & women as clothing, baby & childrens clothing, kitchen decor, bathroom decor, household items, books and much much more. Check out Everett Goodwill and youll see why the are one of my favorite discount thrifty stores.

This is definitely one of the better Goodwill locations, although they are all good. Wide selection of high quality new and used merchandise. I found new Mens leather belts at 5.99 and 6.99. These would have been $15 - 20, at least, at Kohls.

Sometimes good bargains can be found. I selected three pair of pants to try, but gave up due to how busy the two dressing rooms were. I then dug through electronics in search of a USB charger. I selected one that had no price and got it for $1.00. Win some, loose some.

Its a good place to donate stuff when youre cleaning out your house or storage. You can pull right up to the donation door on the side of the building and unload. Obviously they dont take trash or broken things so take those to the dump. Inside they have a surprising amount of designer items on sale for cheap. Lots of clothes with original tags. And they serve the community by making them available at affordable prices.

I love this good will and visit often although at times they are overpriced. One time i saw a dress with the store tag still on. It was from Ross and Ross priced it at 12.99 whereas Goodwill had it priced at 16.99 ... Why would they charge more then it originally cost? And why would they leave the store tag on so it was easy to see they overcharging people?

Goodwill has taken to selling all the old donated goods at full market value. But even if you dont find a good deal at this haberdashery, the drugged out vagrants talking to themselves and skulking around the isles offers free, quality entertainment.

Ca
Review №48

Just make sure your cashier doesnt:1. Forget an item, items, or a whole bag of what you bought. (They hide it behind the counter or on the floor.) This happens all the time to me, and I either have to walk all the way back to the Goodwill, or I ask for my bag or item(s). It will usually be there, but sometimes One of the managers is rude and he snaps Thats why you need to look at the receipt before you leave. This little hiding habit happens all the time! I dont know if its the companys trick to make extra money this way, or if these cashiers are crafty just because theyve learned the trick of the trade a little too well, but Im sick of it.2. Add mysterious items to your receipt you didnt want to buy and usually never see.3. Add item without a price to your receipt when everything you bought had a price tag.Ive been a regular for many years, and I find most of the people working there are nice, but theres always one or two cashiers that will be sneaky and throw in more cost. In most cases, its the ones that seem... enthusiastically friendly. My daughter was aware of one cashier (Cheyenne, a black-haired lady who brags about owning horses) back in September 2018 and watched her in the corner of her eye as she pretended to be distracted by something, then the cashier glanced quickly between her and something she was doing behind the counter as she did something. Knowing Ive had problems with the same woman forgetting things many times before, after paying, she asked the cashier, gesturing at the bag, Now... is that everything? The cashier said yes, but something about the way she acted before and sounded unsettled my daughter, so she stopped outside and looked over the receipt numbers and the items tags, and realized a pair of soft work gloves was missing: Gloves she was going to give me for my birthday because she knows I needed tough gloves for wood art I do. She recalled the cashier had complimented on the gloves and looked them over as though not wanting to part with them (It felt a bit long.), so she thought the woman perhaps wanted them for herself because they still had a new tag on them... or were made in Alaska... or were a pretty teal color...?Either way, there was no good reason to mess with my daughter. My daughter stormed in there and peered over the counter, and there they were in plain sight still on the bagging platform. The cashier looked a little terrified, but my daughter doesnt have much patience for a fools sneaky games that is commonly seen in children (which is why she is writing this review for me at this very moment as I am on my way to the Goodwill RIGHT NOW about a mystery Linens item after cashier Cheyenne forgot an entire bag the other day, which I picked up an hour later). My daughter pointed at the gloves and glared at her, but otherwise smiled (perhaps why she looked scary?) and spoke in a sweet tone, You forgot my moms birthday present. It certainly made her next customers look at her peculiarly. The cashier paled and quickly grabbed the gloves and, perhaps eager to get her out of there quickly or disgusted, shoved the gloves into her hands without a word.By now, Im at the Goodwill for that cashiers umpteenth mistake, which will hopefully be her last after somebody who cares about the reputation of Goodwill reads this.Suggestion? Counters with nothing strewn or displaying near it so cashiers have more room to keep bags in plain sight of customers. Grocery stores have counters where they can put all bagged items to one side, and be ringing up items on the main counter. If space is an issue, take a look at Dollar Trees tiny version.Thank you for reading this! Im exhausted from work, and my daughter knows it. Thus this review.Edit: Were you able to pick up your bag? I was TERRIBLY WORRIED! -- Cashier Cheyenne tonight. :/ Terribly, huh? And whats with the huge worry? And I didnt feel like talking to the manager over the mysterious $2.99 Linens item. ...So my daughter will. >:D Nobody messes with my mom!

It was terrible. They made an announcement saying that all regular priced items with the yellow tag or 50% off so I chose several items that I would not have bought at the ticket price. Selection is decent, but at least one of the staff is very rude. Didnt get her name, but it was an older blonde lady with glasses.I just got done having a colonoscopy procedure and I had to use a restroom URGENTLY. Apparently the restrooms are now employee only and refused to make an exception, ask the manager, or even show a modicum of sympathy for my situation.I ended up having to throw all the clothes i was about to purchase onto the register counter and run a block and a half away to the nearest restaurant so i wouldnt have a BM all over the floor.Very frustrating and embarrassing.
