The store is shut down on Evergreen WayEvery time I drove by there and everything isCar and everything is gone forever I dont know why it got shut down I just want to know

I would recommend staying clear. Rent a center only will charge you double what the appliance is worth for the convenience of making payments. Not only did they flood my house because when they hooked up my washer/dryer they never connected the drainage hose, right before Christmas 2020 they showed up to our house ready to repossess our washer/dryer for being 14 days late and 4 days before payday. They let us keep the appliance after we gave them ALL of our money. I attempted to contact customer service was hung up on after being on hold for 10 minutes, called back waited another 40 MINUTES for an agent to hang up on me because I complained about the service I was receiving. All they care about is squeezing as much money as possible from their crummy products. SAVE AND PURCHASE SOMETHING BETTER FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE! It will be MUCH cheaper and well worth saving yourself from the problems.

I have never had an issue with these guys. Always friendly. They always understand if something comes up. Been a long time customer and I keep finding myself going back because of the people. Good store.

I have bought tons of things at rent a center and I have always been treated with respect, they have never asked for my payment ahead of time, they have come by my house a couple of times but have never called anyone in my contacts list or looked for me through anyone else! As a matter of fact I had a serious issue once and called to say I was having an issue and right away the manager allowed me to skip that payment that month, it was such a huge relief and so kind of them to do that, they didn’t have to! I think being able to buy when you have less than stellar credit is a very nice thing and greatly appreciated ! And yes they charge hugely but the whole point is you can get some furniture with no money down and pretty decent furniture too, so I say thank you Rent-A-Center !!

I love Rent-A-Center I am an impatient buyer I hate to save up money for things that I really want I know this is not a problem for some people but if you dont make a lot of money it can be hard to save up even a little bit of money and not try to use it on something else with Rent-A-Center I have made several large purchases over the years I am very fine with paying a little bit more than what the product is worth these people have to make money too but the staff has always been super helpful even when I was really early and starting out I fell behind in my payments and they still let me keep my product a whole extra month until I got my next payday and I continue to use my computer for school that was super awesome of them and they didnt need to do that I have gotten an Xbox 360 from them a PS4 they 45 inch LCD TV smart TV I have gotten 3 Nintendo switches from them while making low monthly payments that I can actually afford and I get to experience the joys of having the product immediately all in all I love Rent-A-Center and will continue using them in the future

Worst business ever all they do is scam and change prices all the time like for instance they had a manager they fired and he agreed on a price and then switched up after the contract was written dont go to Renta center especially this one not even with a one star hope in the wall crack shack

These people are happy to take your money, but miss a payment and they are very happy to come get that stuff, I was 2 days from payday and they wouldnt let me keep it till I could pay it. Take your business to any other store but not rent a robber. According to there contract if you have made payments on some things and you miss a payment, they can come get the stuff, but they dont have to give you back your money

My girlfriend made the horrible mistake of renting to own furniture here. They will start harassing you PRIOR to the due date as they get bonused on collecting payments early. They will drop by your home when in the area to collect payments. When asked for ledgers on payments and contracts... you will be ignored. Also, your emergency contacts will also be contacted PRIOR to due dates. God forbid you do fall behind... let the harrassment begin. EVERYONE in your contact list is game. Its not a weekly call...its 5 to 6 times a day even if you do get in contact with them. I personally made over 1200 in payments and they had the nerve to tell me ive only paid off 500 on sofas that were originally 300. That is until they deliver them and change the price then. Yes... totally unethical business practices. Avoid them... thats my advice.

I have payed off 4 items in the last 5 years,with them. Always,had great service. Paying off a tv now and am almost 2 years into my payments.. Last 3 months,Ive been late by 4 days due to school.. work.. and when Im off they are closed. (I pull 65 hours,a,week Monday through saturday) the,new management.. John and the female are just horrible. They blow,up my phone they call my family after 3 days being late . They are rude and I call to tell them to quite harassing me that,my payments in the last 5 years have been late less than 10 times and that my history is very clean and they say Im yelling. I truly despise the new management here... go to arrons or qvc. Do NOT GO HERE.. RENT FROM AARONS OR ANOTHER PLACE.. the lady manager told me I can go elsewhere but after 2 years of payments Im close to finishing. WI never go here again. Sincerely ... a long time client you have lost and I will make sure I no longer refer anyone 2 you again.
