Hello everyone, I am gonna to share with you my astonishing experience of visiting that awesome place. The day before yesterday I came there to have a dinner, service was great and food as well. Thanks all stuff.

We still asked to make concessions and prepare pizza for our arrival, since the time was limited, which was refused. I had to go in, place an order and wait for it to be ready. I would like to note that many restaurants in Mariupol, fighting for their guests, make such small concessions as accepting an order by phone, without requiring the personal presence of the guest. The administrator of this establishment does not consider it necessary to be customer-oriented, hospitable and reduces the revenue of the establishment due to the unwillingness of the guests to return. There are no questions about the kitchen and the work of the waiters, the guys are great fellows. The waiters are very smiling and friendly. The kitchen is decent.
The establishment is conveniently located and has its own parking. Stylish and entourage interior, which I liked - the tirassa and the inner hall have different styles, but still look harmoniously like morning and evening. I was pleased with the kitchen, everything was prepared quickly, tasty and kind.What I was disappointed with was the service, at first glance, the waiters are young nimble lads, but ... it all started with the fact that the waiter brought the menu and disappeared; the ordered beer was delivered a couple of minutes before the main order; the final - I waited almost half an hour when they calculated.As a result, the overall positive impression was greatly marred by the lack of service.

Celebrated husbands birthday in the bowling VIP room on 24.04.21. The place is excellent, a lot of seating, spacious and next to the paths, the kitchen also impressed, everything is very tasty and the branded ribs and the most standard Greek salad managed to cook excellently, the serving of the dishes is chic, the waiters are polite and pleasant. It would seem that everything would be fine, but the sediment remained from the administrator who took our order, not well-mannered Hamka, bale, fukala, did not really explain anything, every second she rolled her eyes showing that we were tired of her ... there was a desire to get up and leave the institution. Fortunately, we celebrated and did not regret it, but the administrator, please instruct and teach how to communicate with customers.
We have been waiting for an order for a long time !!! Ordered fried tulle for beer, boiled shrimp and a burger - after bringing drinks, the dishes were moved in 40 minutes! After they finished eating, they offered a promotional beer - 1 + 1 = 1 ... And waited for it for another 35 minutes ... And after 35 minutes the waiter came up and apologized that the promotion did not apply to us !!!But they did not forget to include 10 percent for service!
The Brewery Restaurant is very stylishly decorated with antique antiques at the entrance, a Harley Davidson with which you can take great pictures. The establishment has two halls, a regular indoor one and a terrace on which we sat. We ordered signature beer and pizza (which was brought very quickly). The beer itself is immediately clear that it is real, and not some kind of cheap draft. The pizza is also delicious and crispy on a thin crust. The service is excellent, everything is very efficient. It is also possible to smoke hookah in the restaurant, the ventilation allows it. Prices are reasonable in the city, average. I recommend this place to meet friends and colleagues.

Despite the good surroundings, I was faced with the fact that when our company invited a waiter, a girl administrator came up to us and offered a beer promotion, for a fixed amount, an unlimited amount of beer.And when my friends gladly accepted the terms of the promotion and made large orders, as a result, they were given a huge invoice, because according to the administrators words, something did not turn on or someone did not understand.The way the waiters and the administrator bred our company for money 💰 looked terrible from the outside. Considering that I saw it with sober eyes, it looked like good old thimbles 🤔Judging by the reviews, I see that this is far from an isolated case.In general, there is a strange wording - there is an action, but it somehow did not turn on. The action is either there or not, but here it seems to be there, but right there, like magic honey in Winnie the Pooh, it disappeared ...And the kitchen was terrible. The hall was extremely smoky. Probably they save money on electricity when ventilation works .... 😔
For the first time in recent years, we visited the Vintage restaurant, the summer terrace! impressions are very positive, very pleasant atmosphere. We ordered pizza, salads and hot dishes. the waiter Danil placed our order very quickly and throughout the evening he came up every 20-15 minutes, wondering if everything was fine with us. offered us various novelties and dishes from the chef. At the end of the evening, the administrator came up to us and asked how we spent our evening and as a compliment from the establishment We were presented with desserts on the table. very pleasant experience, we will come back more than once!

We celebrated the birthday of the child with relatives, in the amount of 10 people. The order was made in advance, based on the vintage or the shabby Geese-Swans option, because priority was a childrens room. In the vintage, the kids room is new and clean, not far from the hall, unlike the geese-swans, where you need to climb the spiral staircase to where the kids need to go. Moreover, this room is free in vintage! I also liked that in the vintage, the minimum order for a person is 250 UAH (to come with your own alcohol). Well and most importantly - it was delicious, serving hot was just a bomb (on the dish under which 🔥 glowed). Guests were delighted. But this time, apparently, something went wrong! we arrived and when we started to make an order I asked for champagne, to which your waiter with a grin and replied that: there is no champagne because everyone was drinking yesterday, of course I said young man Please, excuse me, but today is March 8th, a holiday for girls and we we mark it with you, so you can walk 2 minutes to walk to ATB buy a bottle of champagne there Sorry for UAH 100 and sell it to us for UAH 300, and we will not mind! To which also your waiter answered me with a grin that: we cannot do this because we buy it even cheaper than at ATB !!! well, for me personally it was up to the ignorance on the part of the waiter! in general, we had to drink wine, although there was no choice of wine either, that is, we had to drink what was available, again referring to the fact that yesterday, March 7, everyone walked around celebrating the upcoming holiday, and drank all the alcohol !!!!!!I really want to turn to the management or rather the manager of the establishment and just ask, how would you like it if you have been celebrating all the holidays for regular customers who have been celebrating all the holidays with you for many years, there would be such a relationship, I would even call bestial ?? Im just shocked and furious as they did with my husband! Now I will describe the situation that happened specifically with him! A fight started near our table, my husband tried to separate them, it seems everyone calmed down and we went out. A fight broke out on the stairs again, my husband began to separate them, and then I see how all your guards flocked and one of them began to strangle my husband from the back, and threw him to the floor! The man who wanted to help break the fight! He communicated with them absolutely adequately even when the first conflict occurred! There was no aggression on his part! Is this generally normal behavior? So the guards do it? To my question why they strangled my husband, she received the answer “what should I do?” If we hit, then take off the beatings and write a statement ”it doesn’t fit in my head, they don’t care whom to beat, whom to strangle, it doesn’t matter who is right, who is to blame. Are adequate guards in good places behaving this way? Under the arms and carried. Why strangle? Sorry, but this is some kind of herd, not the guards! I received my water after 20-30 minutes. Our second premise took place today, 09/29/2020, the situation happened a little more interesting, the water was also carried for at least half an hour, so after ordering desserts, the waiter completely forgot to add them to the order and bring this order, we already found out when we asked to speed up the order 50 minutes after ordering making cheesecake and chocolate fondant or bring us an invoice, the invoice was brought and announced that most likely the waiter forgot about our order, neither excuse me, nor any suggestion to resolve this issue. I am more than satisfied with the work of the waiters, the cook, and the whole restaurant. We were lucky to get to the show - program, where the chef gave a master class on cooking pasta. I’ll be happy to spend more than one evening there.
