Its a great place to shop the lady working money services was very polite and helpful! Id give her 5 stars. Only problem which is common in large stores the few carry mist of the employees because they lack either training or ambition!
I booked appointments for my COVID shot at this location. The pharmacy staff was so nice and helpful... from when I called due to having issues online, to checking in, and then getting the shots. Each person I encountered was genuinely friendly. You walk away feeling they really cared. The store is nicely stocked and merchandised well and the produce department is beautiful. Its an easy stop after work, just off of 526.
Compared to their television commercials the service absolutely sucks... They will only open two registers leaving self check out as the only other option, if you have liquor or a lot of bulk items e.g. vegetables etc, that can be a difficult o. Sure they will take back a rotten watermelon that you paid $9 for, as long as you are willing to stand in line for an hour to do it. Do to the fact that its location is on Casino rd, you are not exactly shopping at the best Fred Meyer.
Exceptional customer service! The cashier put a rubber band around my egg carton! :) Always a friendly face. Masks are required but you can feel the smiles on the associates faces. A full service grocery/department store for all your needs. Cash and cards are accepted. Wheelchair and scooter accessible. Lots of Free and convenient parking. I love Fred Meyer!
The lady that works customer service in evenings is the worst she talks to everyone about nothing for ever and is so slow, many times you will see 10 or more people in line and waiting over an hour just to do western union its so slow people have to hold spots to go to the restroom. The customer service is the worst ever and I hate going here if I need help with their services. Why management cant see the huge line and help out is beyond me.
The Fred Meyer on Evergreen has been doing business as long as I can remember; (over 45 years). If youre having trouble making ends meet, this might not be a good financial choice for you. I like this store for the broad range of products they carry. A full grocery store with a nice selection of everything you can possibly think of, from deli, bakery, and organic products to fresh sushi and a Starbucks located on the south side of the store. They have an extensive range of cosmetics, but the anti-theft devices in those aisles can be very annoying. Clothing and shoes, furniture, sporting goods, seasonal items, office supplies, and everything in between. Theres round the clock police presence at this location because of the high amount of crime in this area; exercise caution when leaving and returning to your car.
I bought a humidifier TODAY. I didnt like it, I decided to return it. By law, we, as customers, have the right to do this. I carefully put everything in the packaging as it was and returned to the store. And then the horror began !!! The seller did not want to return the money, and began to accuse me of bringing an OLD humidifier! Old? I bought it TODAY! Terrible, humiliating, offensive, disrespectful and unprofessional service! My money was not returned, they only gave me a Kroger card. I always liked this store, I recommended it to everyone before, But today there was a horror! What happened to you, my favorite store?
First reviewFred Meyer was my perfect choice for buying my home needs, but in this store, I have a different experience. I am not feeling safe at this store at all. You can find so many homeless, and presumably store manager is sleeping.Second review at 1/2/21Kroger should train a store manager about customer service or bring the new store manager to this store. In this store, if you need to talk with customer service, you have to stay near 30 minutes or more stay at line. That isnt very pleasant.
Always few or no carts and very long lines.
Everytime we have gotten produce from here it has been moldy in the middle. We went this morning because its close and we needed some breakfast items. I went through self checkout and there were no paper bags at the one I was using but there were some at others. I asked the attendant if he had more bags and his response was does it look like it? A simple no wouldve sufficed.
Convenient and usually has everything Im looking for. Good place for plants and garden supplies. Almost always find good something on a decent to great sale. Downside is how crowded Freddies gets.
I’ve been shopping here for as long as I can remember. My parents would always take me here as a baby, and I have grown to love coming to Fred Meyer. Every time I come to the store, I feel at home. Would love to work here - the friendly environment is amazing !
This pharmacy sucks. I have a bum foot so I went to the drive thru. 30 minutes later i finally get to the speaker and have to wait 2 mins to get acknowledged. And then 5 more mins to even receive assistance. There needs to be better service than this. At least acknowledge the customer.
Pair of Jeans marked on sale for $25 and still paid full price. Staff didnt even do a price check or go see if it was. Even though the big yellow sign said they were. Staff lazy. Need better pricing signs or include fine print for supposed sale items.
Great deals, clean store, friendly staff
Why dont we have this company in the down south?!
Cant make fresh chicken because they closed the grill early 😩
This store is operating in open defiance of the state mask mandate. They do not check for masks at the door, they do not speak to customers in the store who arent wearing a mask, and they do not refuse service to customers who dont wear a mask. When asked directly about this, both workers and store management admit plainly that they have disregarded the state mask mandate and instead follow Krogers corporate policy which is to allow customers to do businesses with or without a mask.
Every time I come to Everett this is my go-to market. you name it they got it stores always clean customer service is good and the food is always fresh.
I’ve been shopping here for over a year and honestly never had a problem until recently. Whoever that chick is with the straight red hair is RUDE AF as is her coworker friend. I was having issues with my gift card on my phone and instead of helping me at all they just acted extremely irritated and put out. Finally I said, “Well can /anyone/ help me??” and she called for a manager. Before the manager got there the Red Headed lady came over and they both -turned their backs to me and started talking in hushed tones-, a foot away from me. Amber, the manager, was fine. Helped me, was direct and didn’t act like I was the burden for not knowing how their machines work.I hadn’t seen these women before so I’m guessing they’re pretty new
Got in and out with no PTSD..... Im alright
Worst place to shop EVER. They close the main doors at 9:00 so you have to exit through the doors near produce. I walked back to the main doors, passing at least a dozen employees who didnt say anything, before arriving at the closed main doors with no signs indicating an early close of them. I had to walk the whole length of the store twice to get out and to my car which was 15ft from the MAIN doors.About a week later I went in again and they earned the second and third strike at one time. There was NO ATTEMPT to control the crowds at the self-checkout. The lines went back through the aisles so nobody could shop those aisles without crowding. I was confronted with at least half a dozen people with their noses hanging out of their masks. I had a panic attack when I was crashed into by an unmasked peraon, dropped my basket and walked out. All of this in less than five minutes (I only needed two things for supper.)This Fred Meyer location has lost my business Forever. Ill shop at Safeway. They are actually protecting customers and employees.
So I used to love this store I know where everything is and most of the staff are awesome. The last several times I have been in I cant find a cart, or if I do its broken. This last time I confronted the manager and she said they were all outside and there was only one person collecting them. I looked at the cart returns on my way in and they were empty. I mentioned that to her and she walked away from me! How do they expect people to shop without a cart. We are in the middle of a pandemic they should be limiting the store capacity to 25%. That means they are either not complying with the stay safe order or dont have enough carts for 25% of their capacity? Dont waste your time at this store take the extra time to drive to mill creek or 164th. Personally Im going to switch stores and go to Safeway right down the road.
Yeah, good stuff, has it all, and really appreciate that they have kept their public toilets open
This Fred Meyers doesnt seem to care much about masks but thats Everett for ya 🤷♂️Super weird but all the canned whipped cream I get from here stops working after a few servings despite there still being plenty of cream inside the can. Ive bought non dairy whipped creams AND regular ol dairy whipped cream and they were both a waste? It wasnt a lot and really just a minor inconvenience, but again, weird.
Tried to cash my EIP here but was denied.
Clean, well stocked. Has the wine & liquor section. Disinfecting carts and making sure customers are wearing masks courteously! Great staff!
Digital coupons are a new way for Kroeger to get a footprint on your cell phone and collect your personal information at no cost to them.
Not too busy for Casino Road location today! GREAT sales on now, meats, deli, bakery, dairy, freezer sections.
Every time I order for pick up, most things are out or cancelled. Employees use personal political ideologies to deny service. Everything is so over priced.
They changed the cashier lanes and now there are never enough cashiers because they thought adding more self checks was a good idea. They also set it up so that cashiers scan side ways which would be fine if they had a bagger at the end (which looks to be the intent but there are never any baggers). So after its all rung up the cashier has to go out of the register and walk around to the end to bag everything. The staff, products, and overall appearence was great.I just wanted to say my two cents about the Check stands and hopefully someone up high will take notice. It is also funny that the checkstand numbers are on the wrong side of the pole.
Sometimes shopping carts arent available, there is a long waiting line for customer service most of the time if you want to pay bills or use western union, because they dont have enough employees. Bathrooms are disgusting. Prices are high, yet most things are on sale. Clothes are over priced and are not for bigger beautiful people. Its convenient, but thats about it.
I was just waiting in line for self check out behind a person who was also waiting, when an employee sharply said to me Im going to need you to wrap around here now. I did not see there was a place on the floor to stand along the side of the registers, especially since I was following what the person in front of me was doing. When I obliged and moved, the employee then said Its not hard to follow directions in an assertive and annoyed tone. I let it slide because I am also an essential employee and have been since this pandemic started, I can understand the frustration but there is no need to talk to people in that manner. I live within walking distance from here and now will no longer return, Ill drive and take my business to QFC now.Edit to add: They do not care if youre without a mask here. I bumped into numerous people without one inside.
I like the french bread. The service is good
I cant believe that there are only 2 lines open every time I come... it does not matter the time . I pay good money to come here I should not have to always do self checkout, especially when I have a cart full. Fedmyers is making so much because of covid. #YOUSUCK # STEELINGJOBS
I broke down across the street from the Fred Meyer and move my car into the parking lot I left a note in the windshield giving my phone number if they needed me to move the next morning I received a phone call from their lead security person if you need to leave it immediately but after listening to me she worked with me over the two days over the holidays and allowed the car to stay until I found a way to move it safely kudos for allowing me to stay in your parking lot and making me feel that my car and I were safe
Dangerous parking lot dont take chances.
I have been shopping at this store for about 10 years and have never been let down in any way. Quick, efficient, friendly customer service. If you have a dog, Fred Meyers does allow service dogs that are licensed. However, you must have proof that it is a service dog or wearing a service dog vest. Also, they are good about recommending different stores if they dont have what you are looking for.
They only have 2 cashiers even with lines backed up. Getto place
A few months ago I moved out of Lynnwood and closer to the Everett Fred Meyer. Consistently, the customer service has been less than stellar compared to North Lynnwood. Today was the absolute pinnacle of poor customer service as Mark from home goods tried his best not to help me purchase a lamp. Firstly, in the non grocery side of the store there was literally not a single person available. When I called customer service, Mark came. I showed him the lamp i was interested in and asked if he could check stock to see if there were more available. He looked at the shelf and said, Nope, were out. I pointed at the display model and asked if I could purchase it. He snarkily replied yeah, but its gonna take quite a while. When I asked how long, he said the last time I sold a floor model it took at least 20 minutes. Im not sure why cutting 2 zip ties and giving me a UPC was going to take 20 medine, but we opted not to wait. I can literally go to 2 other stores within 7 minutes that both have a home good section, so I opted to leave. I think it will be better to drive a further distance to get better service at the North Lynnwood FM.
Worst Fred Meyer ever.
I order my groceries online and barely wait 10 minutes in the lot for them to bring it to my car. Theyre always fast and very kind and friendly! Beats going in and spending over an hour shopping
The only reason this review gets 3 stars is that Ive had a lot of positive experiences at the Fred Meyer... this was not one of them. The meat department is generally good to go to. The selection and service are generally above par. Today the meat counter attendant seemed like he would rather be anywhere but there and thre cut of steak they had on sale in their ad wasnt ready. This was 1030-11am.i ended up having to pay 4 dollars more pet pound because they said they wouldnt have any easy for at least 20-30 minutes. Truthfully they werent sure when as they were behind on their day.In defense, as I said they are normally great and I have had far more positive experiences than negative so take this for what its worth.
There are days when fred meyers takes forever to open their doors at 6am. Just the other day we had to wait over half an hour just to get into the doors. I do not know what these managers are doing, but they need to start acting like they want their job because that angers customers when you say you are open at a specific time and and do not open right on time or even a little bit earlier.
Visit this place and the star will explain it all....
This location needs to hire additional checkstand workers ASAP. It seems a bit ridiculous that this location has eight or nine checkout stands but yet only has two of them open when there are 10-15 minute long lines at checkout and NO the self checkout stands are NOT the answer.
No masks on customers NOR employees. Very disappointed. Ill be heading to winco from now on
Fast lines plenty of parking. Great store unfortunately the bathroom are disgusting. Dont usually post these things. But I shop here all the time and really do believe the bathroom are in need for an update (broken sinks and paper dispenser, wierd blue light) and deep cleaning.
Very nice selections in all food departments compared to other grocery stores owned by the same company. The prices were noticeably lower here than those other stores as well.
Long lines!!!! Really bad. Also asked 3 employees ro help me find an item and they just said where it was rather than showing me where it was. Never found the item. Bad experience.
Cici in apparel was so helpful today. She was giving out coupons to customers and telling them how to save money and she helped my husband and I get some Levi’s unlocked from the racks to purchase. What a delight !!!
Pick up service is horrible if you need produce. They just grab the first item instead of checking quality. Ive received black and squishy bananas, over ripe cucumbers etc. Bagged produce is at the pull date. Im going to have to try a different store. Sad, this used to be best store, but now even inside is not good. Dirty bathroom, longer lines to check out and now you get charged to get cash back.
Good Fred Meyers!Lots of choices of things to buyIve never had any issues here and used to live very close by.
I bought a roast from here this afternoon, brought it home, put it in the slow cooker and waited. Noticed it didnt smell how it usually does and after the first bite 3 1/2 hours later, found out it was spoiled. This is the second time I have bought spoiled beef from this store. It will also be the last.
Fred Meyer has been around this area for a long time. When I was 12 and my brother was 10 they opened the first one I had seen, that was 50 years ago. Mom let us walk there, great memories.Anyway, last visit was good.
It would be helpfull if your emoyees had any idea what you sold in your store I have asked 6 empyees the same question and non of them had a clue what I was asking for so even tho I know you sell essential oils im going home empty handed because none of your employees know what an essential oil is. Its not a nutritional product so no its not found in nutrition
Middle of the day and only two checkers working. 10 people in each line and a long line at self check out. Absolutely ridiculous.
Lady at the front door wouldnt let me walk out without showing her my receipt, I know that I am not required to do so unless they have evidence of me stealing something. She made me walk back and dig through the trash to find my receipt and then made me uncrubble and smooth it out for her before she looked at it. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had
I order my groceries online and barely wait 10 minutes in the lot for them to bring it to my car. Theyre always fast and very kind and friendly! Beats going in and spending over an hour shopping
This is the worst costumer service store.I just want to return a toy the lady in costume service, the moment she open her mouth discrimination is overflowing. Probably she think she own the store, arrogance is all over her face. I hope one day karma will hit you so bad. By the way she didn’t allow me to return my toy . She said “ oh we only accept 90 days return” the item I’m returning is just past 45 days only. When i told her that she said “ oh now we only accept 14 days return “, yay right .
Wow, what a way to feel embarrassed. I get that theres a virus going on but telling me to rush and bag my own groceries because they dont want to touch my reusable bag, insisting in helping me by wanting to use plastic bags just to get me to move along. I dropped my tomato for being rushed. I wasnt even able to put my bag on the counter to bag the stuff I had to hold it as it got heavier then rushed to pay. I feel more comfortable using self check out. Just get rid of the people if theyre too scared to work and are just there to rush customers
Staff are very customer friendlyI found most of the items u went to shop forVery accessible
It was good to go and get what I needed around the nighttime. Faster transaction and less shopper egress. It can change at any given moment however being that the store is positioned just off of a busy highway, community and environment.
I go to the deli for my lunches, Coco has helped me every time so far and she is by far incredibly cheerful and and willing to help. I love seeing people who still enjoy their job, and even if they dont they dont show it!! Coco is great and i will continue to go to that deli just because the customer service is great!!
A mall is a mall. Well maintained, clean and well lit. Several stores all of which are run well. Seemed a little empty but that isnt really to do with the mall as much as the foot traffic. A nice place to go!
Never have enough cashiers here long lines all the time I dont understand how a business this big has only two cashiers
I have been a customer here for over 30 years. I usually bring my very well behaved and leashed dog in with me and keep her next to me, her leash kept short. I have never had an employee tell me I could NOT have my dog in store. I came in today with my son and dog, walked past and interacted with several employees who said nothing about my dogs presence. We had a woman approach, who in no way looked like an employee (no name tag, uniform shirt, etc) who curtly asked if my dog was a service dog and if not, I needed to remove her from the store immediately. Mind you, there are NO signs at the entrance that prohibit animals, service or otherwise. If it is indeed store policy that non-service dogs are not allowed, it would be greatly appreciated if clear and proper signage were present at the entrances and if the employees would consistently enforce the rule.
They have some of the best customer service people. From the produce guy, I believe his name is Romero, to all the checkout clerks that I have had. Today, I had a (greeter?) who took the time to help me set up my phone with Fred Meyer app!!! Every single one of the employees have been very helpful and professional.
Staff was very rude. We spoke with 3 different people as we were waiting in line to check out. All three staff members were very short tempered, rude and very passive aggressive when answering questions.
Good selection of brands and good variety of produce. I love the bulk section. Not as busy as many other grocery stores at dinner time. Always multiple checkers and self check lanes
Great prices. Store well laid out. Good service. Handicap parking and electric carts. Sit down eating space. Service deli and fish with gourmet meats. Apparel, hardware.
Just got off work because I work the graveyard shift and I stopped in to get some cream for my coffee, as I walked in I noticed some level Junk Jewelry and some jeans on sale so I started looking around pretty soon I have security following me around the store. I work for King County Metro Transit and I had my work clothes on. if I cant walk into a store and look around what do I want to go into the store for anyway?
The best reason to shop at this location is the quality produce section with reasonable prices. Unfortunately, it takes some navigation and luck not to get gouged in any other department. When things are on sale, their prices are often excellent, but when not on sale items here are often one and a half to two times the prices the same items can be purchased for at other local stores. Waiting times at checkout are reasonable but my no means extraordinary, and security and safety is an issue as indicated by anti-drug lighting in the restrooms and a constant requirement of an on duty Everett police officer. Shop wise, be willing to go to other stores to pick up some overpriced items, and go only during daylight hours and you should have a fairly pleasant experience.
Love shopping there. The employees treat me as family or a really close friend. I can be having a bad day and when I leave Im feeling better. The employees are cheerful and friendly!!!
It was a quick and easy shopping trip. I do wish they had more of a baby section as far as baby toys and baby swings go. Otherwise they have a good variety of items and sometimes youll catch a good sale too!
Probably the most disgusting bathroom Ive used. I have been coming here for years, and its never clean, it smells like every one pees on the floor, nasty stuff all over the walls, its horrible. The sink has been broken for years, the stalls are always out of order. What is wrong with this place. If thats how the areas look that the public is allowed to see, I dont want to know what the areas the public are not allowed to see. Years it has been like this
Pretty much has just about anything you need. We went for camping gear this time. Got a decent table top charcoal grill for $20. I dont like that they closed the back entrance, but understand why.
This is a very clean location, with a pretty large selection. It’s very easy to navigate and had great parking. The employees are very knowledgeable, only issue I encountered was attitude from a younger employee.
Had good. Experience. With employee. By name. Coco. Very. Nice lady good customer. Service she works in deli department. Thank youuuuuuuuuu
Its a good store, employees are usually kind and helpful. The check out lanes are rarely very long except on or around some holidays. This Fred Meyer is where I do most of the monthly shopping for my family as it is very family-friendly. We also get our medicine here as the pharmacy is usually quick plus I love getting a text telling me my scripts are ready for pick up. Lastly we use the gas station here as much as possible as we get our reward points and it makes shopping at Fred Meyer worth it.
Older store, sketchy clientele, but overall great customer service. Meats and fruits / veggies are fresh, store is clean, clothing selection is fantastic. Dont let the neighborhood deter you. The store and its employees are great!
Went to get steaks for the family. Was followed by security. Everett gotta love it. Paid for the steaks but still set off the alarm so the security guard could see the receipt to make sure I paid for it. Should have gone to winco
Went to shop here this morning before work. Store hours posted and on their phone line say 6am. I arrive around 6:50 and the door were still locked so i had to leave empty handed. When i called to verify their hours the person on the phone was extremely rude and arguementative when i told them about the doors.
The staff was very helpful service with a smile. Well see if Santa brings the item before Christmas. God is Good ...
The grocery prices are generally lower than many nearby supermarkets. They also carry a wide selection of general merchandise, from clothing to furniture, garden to electronics. I like that they offer gas discounts, based on dollars spent.
Helped a friend pick up a 50 percent of recliner and service was outstanding. Order was ready in minutes and waiting out back ready to go. Fred Meyer always has great items and find myself always picking up extra items not on my list.
For a grocery store it could use some improvements in the selection of fresh produce it carries. Overall the store is convenient and good in a pinch. I suggest not going late at night as the location is in the rougher hood and the evening visitors can be questionable.
Im visiting from Oregon and I happen to see how they lock the jeans onto the clothes rack. It tripped me out but then again I thought maybe its a high crime area. But the store in all was very clean looking and the workers were very polite and nice I would shop here again
Great service. The woman named Shawna in apparel was very friendly and extremely helpful
Welcome we have a large variety of heroin/meth addicts in are parking lot and store.. we even have complimentary blue lights in the bathroom so customers cant see a thing but at least they cant find there veins! Come and save some $$$ but get asked for it back in the parking lot! Best Freddys Around!!
They voided the transaction but didn’t dropped off my credit card. I called the manager Paul but didn’t helped, I think I will dispute the transaction now. Very bad
You can find pretty much anything you need here because its such a big store. I like how in the bathrooms, the stall dividers go all the way down to the ground so it feels more private. Theres a lot of cashiers so you dont have to wait very long, not to mention self checkout. Watch out for sketchy people in the parking lot
CATHY ASSIST MANAGER HAS VERY BAD ALTITUDE. I DONT WANT ANY EMPLOYEES OF FRED MEYERS TO YELL ON MY KIDS BECAUSE SHE TOCHED LOTTERY MACHINE. SHE CAN GO HOME AND YELL ON HER OWN KIDS.
