I have bought a weed wacker and a chainsaw over the last few years. Always treated great. They are very informative on how to use the equipment and what you might need to go along with your equipment. Im a stihl equipment owner for life because of them.

Good Service.I made a mistake with my Stihl MS170 chainsaw. I accidentally put chain oil in the 50/1 gas/oil tank and 50/1 gas/oil in the chain oil tank. I realized my mistake before I tried to start the saw. While I waited, a Siskun mechanic cleaned up the tanks and put in a new filter (I think it was a gas filter). They charged me for the filter ($7) did the cleanup for nothing. (I’ve been a customer for over 10 years so you might not get the same break). The saw started perfectly and runs great.

Todd and team worked with me to get a new Stihl electric lawnmower in these times of shortage of everything. They were extremely responsive to emails and went out of their way to get me what I needed. Picked it up last weekend at their shop. Their shop is loaded with toys! I have found my local Stihl dealer and happy to be doing business with them.

I prepaid for some parts, they said it would about 2 weeks, they said they would call me. I called after 2 weeks, not in yet, they would call me. After three or so more weeks I called again, yes there in, we called. I said did you leave me a message? AH AH no we texted you. What would make them think my land line would take a text. My parts where there 25 days with no follow up!! And these guys handle power tools??? ha,ha,ha

They had exactly what I needed in stock. Lowered rating due to lack of willingness to give a break on buying several expensive items at one time. I took my business elsewhere and saved $30 bucks. Saving about 3% gained business at another store. Simple. They have good inventory and stock.

The most prompt, efficient and professional service Ive experienced in years in any sector. If you need In-N-Out quickly, done. If you need every aspect of a technical piece of modern power EQ wizardry explained because you know nothing, done. Ive heard from several folks their service is equally as good, but I havent needed it yet. I look forward to the time that I do.

Siskun has a decent selection of saws, but the salesmen are inept...I chatted with a gentleman on Thursday. He quoted me a price for $499 for a rear handle MS150CE. He said they were out of stock and to come in on Saturday. I drove the 30 minutes to Everett on Saturday, they said the price was $530...I had some questions about the MS193CE. I asked the red bearded gentleman if the MS193 was like the MS192, sharing an engine with MS170... He said the MS170 never shared an engine with the MS192 which is completely false. They both have a homeowner clamshell engine with a stamped connecting rod (instead of a forged one).Im looking for a new saw shop. One that doesnt change prices from salesman to salesman and one that actually understands its products. I think Im going to try Miller in Edmonds. The salesmen are just as ignorant, but theyre more than happy to let you talk to a mechanic.

Brought my weed eater and blower in after running bad gas through the machines in June.I stopped in August to see whats going on and they said the Weed eater is good to go and I paid $130. I get home and it doesnt start. I bring it back the next day.September 6 I stopped back in wondering wha the heck. They tried charging me another $140 for the weed eater that they already fixed. But they never took the bad gas out. Blower was $190 to clean the carb.Spend the extra time and go to Glens in granite falls.

Quality Stihl & Honda products as well as great customer service. They guys there are great. Friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful. They know their products and have taken the time to show me different equipment to make my jobs easier. As well as easier on my body. Ive been able to talk a mechanic via phone to help trouble shoot problems while on the job. This has been a life saver, I have sent many friends and customers to Suskun power

Bought a Stihl BR 600 backpack blower from these guys and what an awesome experience! Walked in first thing in the morning when they were having a meeting between employees and the manager assisted me right away. I had a lot of questions concerning the differences between the 700 and 600 and he answered every single one. He did not try and upsell me me on the 700 because he understood what I needed and the 600 was a better choice. If youre new to buying these items or a veteran who works with equipment all the time, they will help you. After buying the item he even helped me discuss future maintenance and I appreciate that. This will be used on my roof blowing company and I will come back to buy more.

Poor customer service, Read the fine print. ~$50 minimum just for a quote.New to town, have a non-working Stihl Chainsaw. Went in to ask if they did repairs, the older of the 2 salesman said they did and that I could drop it off and they would get back to me early next week with a quote to fix it. Ok I say, sounds good. He prints out a piece of paper says to sign here, I sign, hand over the chainsaw and he gives me a copy of the paper. I foolishly/naively didnt read the paper which I had sign assuming it was the fine print on if something went wrong. At no point did the salesman verbal mention the minimum fee or point to their fee board, which is off in the corner, not where one would be looking. Come next week I am in the area so stop in to check on the saw. The same older salesman tells me it would be more expensive to repair then fix (had taken off the muffler and showed me why was not good, nor sure how long it took him to diagnose that, didnt look like it would have taken long) then he tells me that that would be ~$50 ($48.xx). Taken by surprise, I asked if I could trade the broken chainsaw for the cost or a discount, answer of no. I paid, get out to my car, then feeling throughly taken advantage of a played a fool, I return inside to express some of my feelings. I begin calming telling them why I am feeling blindsided by them, the older salesman (who seems like the boss) curtly responds that the minimum charge was in the paper I had signed and been given a copy no that it takes man hours to inspect the chainsaw then turns away from me. I was not indicting that i didnt believe the charger, rather how taken back by it i was. The younger salesman (better customer servie), jumps in. I inform him why I am taken aback and surprised by the charge, how their customer service would improve if they verberally informed their customers of the minimum charge for a quote. He says thanks for the suggestions and says theyll add that. Its during this 2nd encounter that I am then informed that I could use the $50 fee towards buying a new chainsaw, which I dont want. I ask if there was anyway a discount could be applied to my fee, again telling them why I was shocked to be charged $50. Again, no is the response I get. Looking over the paper I sign I see that I could have waited for their phone call that week, been informed that the chainsaw was not worth repairing, and then been asked to come in, pick it up and pay the fee. I try telling them that I could have not come in or just walked away and left the chainsaw and then they would be stuck with a broken chainsaw and no fee at all. Using that information to try work a compromise with them, but to not avail. Ive had people drive out to me to give house work quotes before and not charge a dime, and here, I come to them, with what looks like was a quick diagnosis of a chainsaw and then they charge me $50! Had they verbally told me or pointed out the minimum fee at the beginning, I may still have used them, but to be blindsided at the end with a $50 fee, thats not acceptable and then with the older salesman curt and rude response, neither of them willing negotiate, having to return a 2nd time to be informed I could use the fee towards a new chainsaw, thats where I draw the line on poor customer service. Dont recommend using them. Stihls website list other Dealers in Washington.

Siskun Power Equipment rocks!!!!! I (by mistake) bought a lawn mower (less than 2 months old) from another place, out of the box ran like poopy. I spoke with the customer service (cough) what a joke, and after speaking with 4 people ranging from the salesman all the way up to the store manager,(and about 45 mins on the phone) all with the same response was we cant do anything for you and you are just stuck with it .Frustrated and at my whits end I took it to my good friends at Siskun (which is where I should have gone first). After running it and and listening to it within 5 mins figured out that from the factory it had a bad spark plug. They put a new spark plug in it and it ran great! I will never go anywhere else again they are the best!
