Variety of beads and supplies but just not enough. I was hoping for a lot more of particular supplies.An associate was friendly and helpful when asked to find another item. She took me directly to the item I wanted. The checkout line seems to be well organized to keep lines flowing. Cashier was friendly.

Store has been rearranged so u had to go through the whole store to find things which took time. I didnt see anyone to ask where items were now located. The jewelry section has been moved to near check out and the former section is all Halloween. If you want Halloween they have a great selection. The wedding section is almost nonexistent. Clearance is in far south corner of the store near restroom. Cashier was very pleasant.

Unprofessional and lacked enthusiasm; Im speaking of the store manager. I requested an item the employee said they didnt carry the item. She turned and asked a person nearby wh happened to be the manager and she said the same. I was advised to try Michaels. I said are you sure. She said yes. I then went to their website and they not only carried it, it was in stock. How disappointing 😞

This location has everything you need and more. The staff are friendly and the customers who shop there are very nice and tell you stories about their neighbors and/or exchange ideas on how they decorated something. Go here even if you are just browsing. You may just have a good time looking at everything for a low price.

They have any crafts and arts that your heart desires. Its so cute and full of life in there. Its huge. I love going in this place. I dont get much because I am not a big arts and crafts kind of gal. But, when I am in the area, I will go in and walk around. Love it..

Great for almost every crafters need

I hosted my 7 year old daughters birthday party here. Our party host was spectacular! She was very helpful and engaging with my girl and her guest. The price for the party is $120 for the birthday child and seven guest. All arts and craft supplies, invitations and thank you notes for the party are included in that price. All you have to do is bring food or snacks and enjoy your party. They even clean up EVERYTHING! This is one of the best birthday parties Ive ever given.

Asked sale associate an older Caucasian lady a question. The direction were not clear and she did not offer to assist me further. I felt as if she was trying to brush me off to get back to stocking the shelves. This happen May 31, 2021 at 11:50am cst.

Look I am going to say flat out Connie was the best from when I walked in the store to when I walked out she asked me what I was making and if she could help me look for anything after that she told me download the app to get points and it might take the price down and she was right it took the price down and I got points on the app and she is dope by the way she was also training another person and she was new and she looking like she enjoyed work with Connie as wellBtw it was a few workers there who sent really wanna be at work today but Connie positive attitude keep the place positive love it

Love coming to Michaels for those last-minute things... Im a fashion designer had no time to pick out flowers so I ran to my local Michaels to find material to make corsages and garter belt for the prom and wedding dresses that I create.

We are frequent shoppers at Michaels. This location isnt our go to location but they have the typical items that each store has. The store looks relatively new compared to the other locations we visit. The inside of the store is always clean and neatly organized. This location seemed to be short staffed compared to the others. There were only a couple employees on the floor and one or two at the registers. Furthermore, the staff isnt as engaging as other stores. But overall we had a good experience.

Love the bigger stores. This one is just smaller and has less stock. Staff is all friendly and extremely helpful. So living in the area in great, but still prefer the larger store out towards Orland Park.

My canvas order came in a week ahead of schedule, and they allowed a family member to pick the order up for me, as long as that person had my receipt and I gave them the persons name...it worked out fine!

The store could be more stocked, glass beads are very limited, however, the staff are very helpful they even have a UPS returns deal 😃

I love Michaels. The craft selections are great! I am able to get a teacher discount. The sale on holiday items are fantastic. Right now 50% off in another 2 weeks everything will be 70% off. You cant beat that if you like to get a headstart on the next year.

I called this store to find out if wet floral foam is in stock only to find out that it is not in stock. I was told “Yes, we have a bunch” when I’m reality there’s is none. Beyond frustrating.

This store is the reason people shop online. The store itself seems fine it is the checking out process. It is ALWAYS slow. The checkers have no sense of urgency. They dont open another register when there are too many people in line. I was in line today when the 2 cashiers were helping customers with issues and someone in charge was there, but did nothing to expedite the lines. I was on my lunch and was unable to run any other errands. Wont make that mistake again. I plan to do more online shopping. Why waste my time.

Michael’s is a great store to get my art supplies like oil paints, Turpenoid, and canvases. I was blessed to get a “3 for the price of 1” deal on 3 30”x40” Gallery canvases. I can’t get that deal anywhere else, and it wasn’t on Black Friday either. Michael’s is great, and their supply helped me paint an oil painting that I am proud of.

Had to find a helper, but experience was good and he was able to ask and find the item needed.

I came here back in November to get fall and Thanksgiving decor. I found everything I needed. Now some things were a bit pricey, but it was worth they have very nice quality stuff. The customer service there was good as well...

Apparently UPS drops parcel at this facility in the event they miss you at home. I like the idea. Its better than driving all the way out to Bedford Park to pick up missed deliveries.

I very much frequent this Michaels and I love it with a passion. I do a lot of crocheting, so I pick up quite a few spools of yarn at a time. This store stays organized, the employees are beyond helpful, and the manager, Mike, is absolutely great. Its refreshing to see such an upbeat atmosphere and a manager who is more than willingly to interact with the patrons and get involved where needed. Ive never visited a bad Michaels, but this is definitely the best one!

Spring 2020 is making me want to craft jewlery and paint walls in my apartment. Michaels was just the place to go They had theses super cute photo boxes along with lots of clearance items. I highly recommend it for your crafting needs, and needless to say I will be returning.

I cant remember her name but she was a very spunky older Caucasian lady. Absolutely awesome. I had recently had surgery and needed help with an item that was too heavy for me to lift. She got the item, took it to the front by the registers,rang me up and had someone to put it into my car. That is the way a customer should be treated.👍
