They had what I wanted at a good price but. . . not in my size. They said I could order it but I like to try on for fit and make sure they dont rub. Also you loose the instant gratification effect :->

Theyre having some really great sales going on right now. The stock selections are pretty good too even at discounted prices. I purchased some good Nike & Adidas gym shoes together for less than $120.

Why is it so hard to return something that was sold substandardly? I understand the climate of your customers. But not everyone is trying to steal or gyp. I had to go through almost 30 min hold for the manager to address the 2 left shoes i purchased. It should be mandatory for the cashier to check both shoes. I will be calling corporate since I feel incriminalized.

I went in to find my sons some crocs and the service was wonderful. I love coming here. The young lady that helped me is a huge fan of crocs and helped me with everything. I dont remember her name but shes the one with the amazing curly fro.

Okay so i went there for some nikes and i got the wrong size so me n my mum went bk up there to get different shoes n when i got the other shoes they had scuff marks on em.

Never had any problem at any of the Shoe Carnival stores. Nice mens shoes at reasonable prices. Wider selection of mens shoes than other so called shoe stores. When the shoe I want is not in stock, shipping is just a few days. Can never go wrong with BOGO either. I dont buy shoes often, but when I need a new pair, theyre my go to !!

I went to find shoes for my youngest son and figured I get me a pair also but because I have large wide feet, I have to shop in the mens section because the size selection for women is limited. After looking for over an hour, I finally found a pair in the mens section that didnt make my feet look extra long and were a halfway reasonable price. I really wish theyd carry more sizes for women like me with oversized feet

The signs On the store door and the store online Hours state the store closes at 7pm.... i got there at 5:20pm and they told me to come back because they had closed!! Others are trying to come in to the store but are denied access! I had driven an hour, wasted gas and time for nothing! Stores please post the correct store hours to avoid people wasting time.I love this store but did not like the misinformation.

Never gone to Shoe Carnival before this was my first time visiting with the store and location. They had plenty shoes, different styles, special going on - by one and get another half off, the place was neat, the service and staff friendly, the lines were little long, but flowed pretty quick!

Got a great deal on 2 pairs of Mary Jane style flats. They were $20 each but they were included for the bogo 1/2 off sale. A nice variety of shoes for decent prices. Especially when you are buying shoes for your family.

Been here twice recently. The employees greet you upon arrival but after that if you need help finding something forget it. I spent like an hour in 1 area looking for something and just waiting for someone to offer help but they never did. Employees will walk by you like they dont see you or could care less that you need help. But I still like shoe carnival and their bogo deals so Ill still go. The employees at the register are nice and ask if you found everything ok 😒 they also help out with your coupons and make sure you save so thats nice.

When I got to the store manager couldnt find my order I waited 30mins till she decided that she would refund me my Money and suggested I buy the shoe of the rack. I went to look for the same shoes just for them not to have any. Really bad experience. I would say that the store was clean and neat. Not messy with shoes all over the place like most shoe carnivals. I would visit this place again I just dont order my shoes online anymore. 😊
