I just spent about an hour of my life playing around on hold with the print center! Due to previous mess up at this location, I called to verify my online order would be ready at the promised time. The young lady who answered the phone at the print center continued to put me on hold for extreme amounts of time. About an hour & 18 calls later, A fine young man answered the phone and was able to verify my order in under one minute. Upon speaking with a manager, she giggled and claimed that this is normal when helping other customers. Im confused as to why one would even answer the phone if you arent going to help the customer youre speaking with?!

I have never had a problem here. I love it and the printing service manager Ron is amazing. I had ordered a print job and lamination and unfortunately it wasnt done even though I got notification it was. Ron was very pleasant and did the job right away as I waited, he was extremely professional and nice. On a previous order I had on a different day, when I went to pick it up they couldnt find it because my name was not put on the sleeve it was in. Besides that no issues to report. Love the place, not too far from home and always has what I need.

This Office Max at this particular location is the BEST!!!! Extremely clean and very organized and the ultimate customer support! I always felt very good and safe here. I can easily find things and it’s the best convenient store for educational supplies!
The agent who works the service center, is terrible at his job. He is to busy talking and not actually doing the job. Either they need to find him help or hire someone else all together
The young lady that helped us out was very nice. And very patient with us as it was last minute and we didnt have everything together. The service was quick once we got our stuff together.
Just went in for a few copies, but Ron back in the copying area was fantastic. In the short amount of time that we were in the store, he made us laugh in a way that definitely wasnt expected. He greeted us with a hearty welcome, asked if we needed any help, and wished us well as we left. One of the best customer service experiences Ive ever had. Thank you Ron!!!

Though the website said they had the copy paper that I was looking for in stock, when I got there, though the internal system said they had it in stock, they didnt. When the sales associate asked the manager through his in ear radio if I could have the price concession on a other brand of paper since I traveled a distance under the premises that it was in stock, he said no. I asked to speak to the manager myself, who after rechecking the inventory, allowed me to purchase another brand for the same price of the paper that wasnt in stock, the price went from $13.99 to $6.00. Essentially the manager ended up doing the right thing, had he not said told the sales associate NO the first time, I wouldve given 5 stars. Overall happy with my shopping experience. Just know now to call ahead to make sure items are in stock regardless of what the website states.
Some of the employees need to be fired like the light guy with the thinning curly hair. He was very rude and unhelpful like he didnt want to be at work and didnt want to be bothered. Im the customer and I should be able to ask if Im in the right line for online order pickups without being spoken to rudely.
Only came to this location cause i was in the area, Terrible and slow service ESPECIALLY PRINT CENTER who came up with an excuse not to give a certain amt of paper just so he wouldnt have to count them! Now i have to go to ANOTHER STORE to get more!
Rep not really knowledgeable about 564 ink. I needed the house shape big cartridge ink for my 5 cartridge photo smart printer. I wanted the HP brand ink. He did not know about that. He brought out an office depot brand which he was sure the larger cartridge.
There was so many employees behind the printing station doing nothing only one of them was handling customers and the customer line was so long. A lady with glasses using her cell while customers waiting to be helped, seriously I dont think that management should let their employees be on cell phones. On the other hand they should be multitasking to be efficient.
The staff is great but there is always a line!!! They need to hire more people!

Not always the best when you have to wait for service. But they do have good service, you just have to wait for it. Overall I keep going back because of the quality.
I dislike dealing with anyone other than Ron from this location. I sent an email requesting an order, they could not find it. Ron found it everything was good. Placed 2nd ordering using same email they have no record of it. I tried calling the location on hold for over 26 minutes. Needless to say I hung up. This is so irritating. Ron gets 5 stars. The others get 1.

This place is charging prices as if they are the last place in the world to get office supplies. They want $5.00 for one ream of paper. And thats a sale. Ha! Not to mention its dark and untidy. I paid $13.49 for a three ring binder. They only get customers because they advertise a sale on popular item and busy moms like me just continue to get everything on the list even if its over priced. This is not the place for families on a budget or anyone who cares about being ripped off. Moms keep moving and look elsewhere.
Trying to get business cards. Day one the person doing the business cards was not there. Day two placing the order took forever and I paid said it would be ready at 7:00 pm. Day three no business cards said I didnt pay and I would have to come back tomorrow. Mind you no one called me. So here I am waiting for my business cards its been over 30 minutes. I asked to speak to a manager never did. If there was a negative rating I would give it. The service was HORRIBLE!!!!

Terrible. Just walked out. Two employees were talking and then left to take out the trash while the cashier ignored me while she took a phone call. I walked out and Ill never be back. Obviously there is no management, nor is there supervision or training of their incompetent employees. They just lost a customer FOREVER.

If you looking for supplies great to go to. But the coustmer service is bad and you are going to print or fax the service is extremely slow. I shouldnt have to stand in line more than 20 min to get help they need to put more people in the printer department.
Service is trrrible and extremely slow. EXTREMELY SLOW. Low on products. Takes forever to get attended to and has bad selection of computers. Good selection of pens/pencils/coloring supplies and desks but that is it.
Printing Center workers moved with zero urgency. Ordered and paid online but my order was over 2 hours late. I had to stand there 20 minutes waiting for the machine to warm up. Wont be using that Office Max again.
Kenrick was a super nice employee here who helped us with some very specific and complicated paper needs. He knew his products good, which is rare in todays world, where many folks cant be bothered to do their job.The store is clean and has a good stock, Im not sure why folders are not all together in one place, theyre literally spread throughout every aisle, but thats not a big deal.

The printing service is the worst
Customer service was hardly good. I wanted to know the price of a backpack, and so i asked an employee, and he told me it cost $40. After I bought it, i saw that they sold it to me for about $70. I then decided to go back inside and ask about this. The man I was speaking to started to discretely insinuate that I was lying. He kept saying that it was NOT $40. I then told him about the man who told us this and once he came, he was not interested in the conversation and did not care at all. There was also this other young man who was just standing and pacing around doing nothing and having no interest, and laughing and playing around with the other young man. The man I was speaking to, turned out being the manager. I then kept telling him that I will not allow for them to insinuate I was lying, because I am not. The manager then seemed annoyed and he just walked away trying to ignore me, and he shouted Go Home! I dont want to argue about a backpack I then became very annoyed at his ignorance and poor lack of thought. If he were the manager he should have helped me with the problem. I then set my daughter to record him. He was trying to walk away to make me shut up, and I just told him that saying Go Home is very rude and I wont tolerate his ignorance. If I had power over him, i would surely had fired him, and the other young men. They ALL lacked customer service. And as we left, my daughter told me, that she heard him say something extremely rude to the other young men. Saying it was stupid and something else. We left, and they didnt even help AT ALL.

Dont order from the copy print center! Very slow service. I called to make sure my order of 50 copies that I had placed online would be ready by the evening, giving them several hours to print just 50 copies, and it wasnt. The only guy doing anything is Bill, the older AA gentleman, white hair (no name badge, probably for obvious reasons) has been on a computer for half an hour now. Awful service! No wonder this place is going out of business, your ONE job was to print 50 copies and you couldnt do that. I was just given a flash drive and told to use the self service machine. Seriously???

Upon arrival at the service desk (for copying, etc., services), another customer was complaining that she had been waiting an hour for her services and complained about the two employees completing other jobs ahead of hers, causing her extended wait time. There was a very cavalier attitude about her complaint as the male employee asked if could he help me. I needed to get one set of papers spiral bound. It likely would take all of five minutes. I was told that since it was 2 minutes to closing (8:58 PM, and I arrived before this time) that I could not be helped and that I had to come back in the morning for my name to be placed on a list to be helped. I was told that this was due to the fact that the other employee was helping the other woman who complained, and she was the only one who knew how to spiral bind documents. I stated that I only had one item to be spiral bound. He replied that was the store policy. I went up front to the cashier and asked to see the manager only to find that the employee who had helped me at the service desk was the manager. I replied that explains the lack of customer service in the store. He stated that that was their policy. I replied that I had done my part by being in the store before closing. His very clever management retort was Whatever. Shop in the store only if customer service is not important to you.

Sorry to say that Customer Service is not the high point of this locaton.The only saving point is that Im the type of customer that doesnt need their printing services, so everything else is pretty much self serve for me. Plus I have a technical background.For the non-tech experienced shoppers out there, I would look online for what you need and see if it is available in store. If it is, write down the description and sku# and find it yourself. (cause thats what you will probably do anyway) If you cant find your item and are forced to ask for help and told they can order it for you, go home and order it yourself. You will be much happier! You wont have to deal with the personalitiies again and your items will come directly to you. Hope that helps!

Its been so long since youve done basic maintenance that the lines for parking lot have faded away so nobody knows how or where to park.
The shopping was fine, Friendly staff, but the owners need to attend to the water hydration outside on the east wall the bolts are sticking out to far someone can get hurt on them.
