Went here in March and forgot to review. Cant remember my stylist either 😔 But had an awesome cut, color and eyebrow wax. Very friendly staff and hardly any wait. Will definitely be back and recommend

Sorry I dont remember the name of the Stylist who did my hair. I was so happy with the way it was cut and how sweet the lady was I tiped her 20 dollars. I definitely plan on coming back and I hope I get the same stylist. Wonderful and relaxing too.

Very friendly staff! My hair stylist was very friendly and accommodating. They take your temperature before entering and follow covid 19 protocols. I had an all over one color and I paid a little under $100.

Showed up for an appt but after waiting 20 min after my appointment time with no communication, I left.

Went in to get a hair cut; hair cut was fine, but when washing hair (something I always look forward to), the hairstylist didn’t even get into massaging the scalp, she literally stayed at the surface of my hair and just washed the top layer of my hair. In addition, she wet my entire neck and back. Same experience my mom had but with a different hairstylist. Work ethic isn’t the same as it used to be.

Nice work on the haircut! Big shout out to Kim! Friendly shop and great Christian music to relax too. Good location. Guaranteed parking. Affordable and more than likely my new go too barber. And I live in town. Cheeeee!

Love this place!!! Precious has been the only person who I will let touch my hair since coming to the island. And after I moved to the other side I still go even though its a 25 minute drive one way.

Unfortunately have no idea what their service is like. Made an appointment at 1pm. They called me at 12:30 to reschedule me for 2 hours later, at 3pm. I showed up at 2:50pm and sat in the lobby for 40 minutes, waiting. There was 1 stylist with 1 client. After already being rescheduled once today I would have appreciated a little bit better time management from the stylist, or that their other stylist (who I was told was supposed to be there at 3pm) would have been on time. (She got their at 3:30pm)

Service is good. Appointments generally always run on time.However, every single stylist Ive ever had here has messed up my mens cut in one way or another. Theyve messed up placement of my part, given me a choppy fade, dipped too low in the back, and even completely trimmed my whole sideburn off. Im done with this place.

My haircut was done great, no complaints on that. However, my wait time was a little long (waited for nearly an hour). It was understandable for me as they looked rather busy, but others may feel a bit impatient with that amount of wait time.

Our stylist Natasha is super she knows how to cut our hair to perfection always come out smiling

Been here 5 weeks and realy starting to hate Hawaii. took my granddaughter to this shop and will never return. she has african american hair and the whole time she was there the girl whom worked on her was complaining about her hair. all we had done was wash, deep condition, blow dry and flat iron. took them 4 hrs. and the whole time the girl complained about the hair and that her feet was hurting her. she was making fun of my granddaughters hair to the other girls working there. I have never been to a place that was that unprofessional. been to many fantstic sams on the main land but will not return to any of them.after paying $ 83.00 even the girl at the front desk was rude as we were checking out. she was more concerned about going home.

Always get my hair cut here. The staff is amazing.

Absolute trash. My sons and I left after watching the entire staff eat at the reception counter for 30 minutes. Rude, and disrespectful. I will never go back.

Disappointed, took my kid to get his hair cut and for about ten minutes waiting, not even a word from staff walking around. It seems that staff gets charged for talking to costumers. Never again..
