Horrible experience show up at the location at 1000 and apparently they forgot log in a appointment at ten for another customer so they decide to put the person ahead of me after already waiting for 45 minute wth. Never coming to this location again.

Recently switched from another carrier. Had to get all my unlocked phones activated and numbers ported over. Employee was not helpful at all. Said he would call me back because their system is down. I went outside called 611 and all 4 numbers were ported over in minutes. T-mobile service is not want you expect. Remember you always get what you pay for. The service was super slow and spotty. Im stuck trying to find out what the type is joining this company? Anyways one week of horrible slow data service. I went to Verizon and it was the best decision I made. Super fast Internet.

Went to make a piece of paper for immigration as I pay 160$ in a month and they get paid. The manger micah and other female worker refused to help us. We called tmobile customers service they help. The manger at this location sucks. You should get different job or learn customer service

Convenient, close to home. The only thing i dont like is the wait. They are very busy. But jessica is really nice and answered all our cell plan/service question. They need more staff

Service is great at this store, but T-Mobile has the worst service on the island and i highly recommend Verizon.
