I wish there was a separate rating section for workers. The person I had dealt with was Diane. Diane is professional, kind, and very easy to talk to. I would give her 5 stars if there was a section for workers only. Overall customer service was great. Easy to access the property especially with their app. My only issue with the company is the hike in our rent. We had rented the storage unit back in May of ‘21 and had gotten an email saying our rent for the month of November will increase by $120. Luckily we were in the process of closing on our new home and would be out of the storage unit before November. I expected a rise in the rent, but was taken back by how much it would’ve increased. In short, I would use Public Storage Ewa Beach again if needed, but would like to see the rent increase not be so high.

M in the process of moving and need a storage unit to house my belongings. Public Storage had the best price for a 10x15 unit compared to their competitors on the island. The sign up process was easy and straight forward. Move in day was a breeze and hand trolleys are available to help with the move which made the process much better. I moved in 5 days after my move in day and when I tried to enter the storage unit my code was denied. I went to the front office and come to find out its for security purposes which I understand. Wayne was easy to talk to and very courteous. Great customer service. I really my experience at Public Storage was excellent and would definitely recommend to anyone needing a storage unit.

Honestly, it doesn’t matter whether we are in a statue a global pandemic or not; I have always been the type of person that I will pay the money to go where I am appreciated and respected as a valued customer/client. Well let’s just say I have been coming here since 2013 and don’t choose to go anywhere else and the main reason for that is Wayne. Yes the price is a little out there I will say that, but to know that I have a safe and secure place to have my items that I cannot have at my home is such a load off of my mind. No stress, no hassle, no complaints. The hours for the office is really awesome to be honest not like a lot of other businesses that close at 4 and you can never get there in time after work if you need to deal with an issue. I just want to take the time to say that Wayne is such an awesome property manager and I don’t know how things would be as organized if he wasn’t. Wayne has always helped me in any situation I might have been in and had just gone beyond the call of what I believed his duties to have been limited to. He shows you that he’s there for you to help you. For example, the last time that I had gone to my storage I received a phone call from Wayne to inform me that my storage wasn’t quite closed all the way, which opted us to go and have it properly closed. Had he not contacted me I can’t imagine what would’ve happened to my things in that storage. I saw that as Wayne being thorough and diligent at his job, a person who takes prides upon his work which anyone can tell you is rare these days. So a big much mahaloz to Wayne for being the awesome person that you are. Keep up the great work.

I’ve lived around the country and have used storage companies in just about every place I’ve lived but the Public Storage in Ewa Beach is hands-down the best. The personalized customer service is unmatched. They even call me to make sure everything is ok when they notice the vehicle isn’t in the spot I rent after a few days. I can’t say enough about my interactions with Wayne. He makes me feel like I’m the only person that rents a unit and I’m sure every other person that has a rental in there feels the same. During times like these. I chose to sell my house. We’re trying to get a bigger place due to the small place I already have with growing kids. But, I didn’t think I sell so quickly and haven’t found a place to move into yet. Plan B went into place. Moving in with my brother until I find out new home. However his place is an even smaller place. So we needed a storage unit for sure. Diane helped me. Super friendly when she first called to confirm my unit. She was EXTREMELY helpful. So nice too! Took me to ALL size units I was looking into after the glitch online. Found the right one for me. And a nice promo to help too! She was THE BEST! Wayne was another gentleman I met there too. She introduced me in case I ever need any help. Who would be able to help if she wasn’t around. And he was nice too! After a week in. I realized that I need to move faster as I calculated wrong. Diane helped showed me to a bigger unit. So patient. Showed me 2 bigger size units and so patient as my husband and I decide. Went with the biggest one. The transfer was so nice. I told her I’ll get everything transferred in hours. I sure did. The next day Wayne dropped by my old unit and inspected and didn’t even need me to come in to sign it off. I appreciate during covid I didn’t have to take the extra step for sure. The team work is nice too. I got an email that my transfer was complete. The facility is very clean and I saw Wayne spent all day spraying down the units outside to sanitize or pest treatment. That’s a great thing. Yes, I was in and out all day. I’ve only met these 2 and they are GREAT! They remembered my name and greeted me and ask if everything was alright. I love it here for sure. I had other places. This is the best experience I’ve had.

From initially contacting a customer service representative at the call center to the property representative, the entire experience was excellent. Moving is such a challenge and there is hardly a thing as an easy move. Mine was no different - I lost my u-haul keys, my phone and missed my check in time for the moving van. When Araceli at the call center assisted me, not only was she professional and compassionate, but she assisted me in getting a great deal on a storage unit. She was both patient and polite, a breath of fresh air for a stressed out individual! I hope that every call center representative treats each customer as well as I was treated. It makes a world of difference. When I arrived at the property, Diane was the icing on the birthday cake, pleasant, polite and considerate. She is very consumer-oriented, and was extremely helpful in suggesting alternatives to my short-term storage needs. As a Human Resources professional, both of these associates are the cream of the crop in terms of superior customer service. Wayne was amazing in helping me pick the right and suitable unit for me and my family. He was patient and courteous. He made sure that i got everything i needed for a smooth transition. A clean and awesome site to hold your treasured items.

I called the customer service number and went online to reserve a unit. The price online was way cheaper than the quote over the phone. Unfortunately, I checked the wrong size unit online. Wayne did the honorable thing and offered me the lower price that was online for the unit that I actually needed. The phone quote was $171 for a 7.5x10 feet unit. I checked the 7.5x5 feet unit at $136. Wayne checked the price and offered me the lowest price available which turned out to be $154 per month. The insurance which is mandated by state law was more than reasonable. Wayne was articulate, personable, professional and explained everything that needed to be discussed and made sure that I understood everything before I checked the boxes acknowledging that I understood that section. FYI, much, much cheaper than another competitor which I wont mention. Security is the best Ive seen at storage companies. I will be recommending Public Storage to all of my friends and family members. I wish I had checked Public Storage first. Thanks again!

She also walked us in the actual facility to show us what we had scheduled online for (5x5 storage). In the end we decided that the rental was far too small. Upon walking in we were a little skeptical given reviews for storage companies. But Paulette made the experience very easy and explained the pros and cons of storage renting. I am moving to Ewa Beach, HI, in the next few weeks but currently visiting for house-hunting. Since we had to go back to San Diego to complete our move, we decided not to take back things we werent going to use until after our move completed - like golf club and sporting equipment. We found the Ewa Beach Public Storage and made arrangements to store those items until we return in a few weeks. Silvia made the arrangements quickly and guided us on the right size of storage locker we would need. It was perfect for us and done very quickly without any hassle. The help she provided, along with her friendliness were awesome.

This public storage is the palace of all public storage locations. The grounds are locked with a wall surrounding the building. The road around the building is clean without any trash such as other storage locations. Since move in day, Kathy and Annie have been the best team members. Theyre always courteous and professional. More importantly, theyre personable and will always discontinue what they are doing in order to help you out. Go see them. Dont waste your time anywhere else. Ive been in a lot of storage units in the military and this is by far the smoothest location yet.
