Made a quick stop here for a few items and the had what I needed. Was easy to find them on the shelf and the checkout process was quick and simple.

They are always very helpful with anything I need. Whether you have a technical term or youre describing it. If you get the wrong part you can actually return it for the correct one. The one in Excelsior has always been the most easy parts store to go to. If they dont have it they look at other places that might. I would definitely recommend them to anybody.

Bought a seal for my cv-shaft turned out to be wrong the cv-shaft I bought was wrong when they ordered it the said itd be in on sunday wrong it was there Monday then when I got it it was the wrong one again very discouraged from this one wasted 3 weeks of work though them instill didnt get it done so. oReillys is going to cut me a deal since AutoZone couldnt sorry Autozone

I was looking for a trailer hitch and they had everything I needed and even installed the ball for me.

They never get it wrong! Of course I look up my own parts then give them the part # 😂

OMG Find myself stuck in Excelsior Springs with a faulty battery. Daniel and Mike went above and beyond to get us back on the road. Even drove me back to my ride and installed the battery for me. Felt so thrilled about the customer service I followed them back and they tossed in a free alternator test on the vehicle. Alternator was perfect and so was the service here in Excelsior Springs.

Couldnt believe they didnt stock an old style 12volt coil. Or maybe it was just the person I dealt with.

Needs a better staff that nos about vehicles and not be on there phone all the time

The staff are amazingly helpful from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. Rob a manager there is so dedicated to his work that he will not feel he has done his job unless you problem is fixed or been able to help find a way to fix it. Jonathon the store manager was there right out of the hospital working just to make sure the store was running smooth, Jim, Chad, and a few other men and woman that works at this autozone make having to visit an auto store a breeze.

Ive always enjoyed working with this AutoZone. The staff there are knowledgeable and helpful. They keep the store clean and are well stocked. Their tool rental is great too. It sure beats paying someone else to do the work.

I highly recommend this place I got my hood of my car open my son it told me I needed another quart of oil so I went out there to get some I still am bad about name so Im I apologize that the lady came out she checked my oil for me put oil in it for me to me thats going above and beyond service and thats why I like going there if I dont know an answer to something they they get it for me. When I was having trouble with my car they hooked it on a machine and check it and told me what was wrong so I could get it fixed and just little things like that are very much appreciated

Went to buy wiper blades, ask about which ones work on the car, were told that a certain set would work, got home and they didnt. They were helpful when we went back with the car, finding a pair that would work and installing them.

I stopped in here because my check engine light was on, staff was very helpful. The part I ordered arrived very quickly

I had them install a battery, they installed incorrectly the cables were very loose, it shorted out my throttle body over $700 to fix - would not help me out on the cost...still fighting. Do not use them, cant even install a battery correctly! I use to buy all my car needs from them - not anymore!

The staff on the night shift have been nothing but lazy and hateful any time my husband has gone there. refusing to answer any questions at all. the two fat old people at night are why you will lose some business. I will call during the day to complain because this is not the first time. far be it for them to help someone while at work
