We purchased a charger at the end of 2020 for our garage, so we could charge out Tesla model y. The charger would not charge our vehicle, so we returned it. The first attempt to return it, the company refused the package. We were finally able to return it to the facility in March/April of this year. Today is 7/17/21, and we just got a refund, after countless hours of calling and emailing to get one. AND we were charged a 20% restocking fee. Yes, the fee is in their policy as at their discretion, but what awful customer service to take over 8 months (from start to finish of this fiasco) to issue a refund, and then still charge us a fee. My family would never recommend this company to anyone. Buyer beware!!

Ive ordered cee iec 32v adapter for tesla about a month ago. It was sent pretty fast from Hong Kong for some reason and, even arrived to my country in about 5 days. Though it was lost since it landed (3 weeks ago) and it cant be tracked as they sent it with some cheap shipping option. When i asked EVSE to check the status they just asked to wait 2 weeks more ( some template answer). Anyway, after a week i wrote them again asking for any solution, but they not even replying anymore .....Beware, your item could be lost and your money just gone. You wont receive any support from them. Stay away from them....Trully dissapointed customer

EVSE owner did the right thing and refunded my money when the NEMA 14-50 adapter I purchased in March 2020 did not work with my Tesla Model 3. I purchased adapter in mid-March just days before Covid-19 lockdown happened. Fast forward to Aug 2020 and my attempt to get a refund so long after initial purchase. John responded to my phone call and I returned item for refund. I ended up buying a Tesla adapter for $30 and it worked fine.

Scam !!!
