Topping were displayed magnificently. Customer service was fantastic! Frozen yogurt was spectacular! Highly recommend!!

Came in at 8:30pm, place was still fully stocked up. Excellent flavor selection. Can’t wait to see next month’s flavors. Employee also gave me a stamp card which I will be using on my next visit. Good customer service.

I ventured into Cups about a week ago to get something sweet. However entering the store front there was a bunch of teenagers sitting in a back enclove. No one in the front though. Usually there is more of a staff presence. But not here. Then suddenly a young girl rushed to the front from the back. She seemed a little annoyed when I asked her if I could taste some of the flavors. Like I had intruded with whatever she was doing in the back part of the store.We walked over to the soft serve, and she took her little cup which she took out of her pocket, seemed unsanitary she wasnt wearing any disposable gloves which if your super into hygeniene would be a zero on the ick factor.Anyways going forward I decided I would pick two flavors and be done with it since I wasnt impressed with her attitude.After I made my choice I asked her, what her name was and she said Abby. Well Abby your customer service skills lacked terribly especially when a customer can see how irritated you are that makes it worse for anyone about to purchase something, after they are treated badly.Because everyone knows good news travels fast but bad news travels faster.I then proceeded to let her know, that I would be writing a review. Not sure if that mattered on her rictor scale or work day. Anyways the frozen yogurt is good and thats possibly the only reason I would return in the future but definitely not for the service.The gelato was also pretty good. Abby however you were nothing spectacular. You get what you pay for. Customer service with inexperienced workers brings bad business.I think people will come here once and really think about if they want to return because, most places you go to girls or guys behind the cash register are pleasant, even smiling. Here Abby was miserable.. and thats that.Cups my review is a solid 2 stars..

Good choices for froyo + toppings. And they got ice cream too!

Place is almost out of flavors. We arrived at 7:20 after calling few times to confirm that they’re open as it says that they close at 9:00 pm on google search. The girl in side the store did not answer the phone and when we arrived with our kids she was not happy to see customers . Machines were all cleaned up and ready to go home while there was two hours left before 9:00 pm .My kids could not even find the basic vanilla flavor they wanted....Terrible place, poor service, and rude employee and customer service. Not sure why since we the customers do all the job. they only collect the money and give orders .

Nice place with good flavor selection

Expansive flavor and topping selections. Both frozen yogurt and ice cream is available, so theres leverage and choice. They are handling the pandemic setup well, and I appreciate that they only allow the workers to serve you rather than the usual self-serve... Though a part of me loves the self-serve aspect, Ive got to respect that Cups is making the right choice.

The frozen yogurt is good but i’m giving this 2 stars because the bathrooms are closed. i know things are difficult because of covid but you should really have the bathrooms open .most restaurants in the area do...

They have so much different flavor that I dint know it existed. They have so much dif topping so good I recommend it. When first taste it i was like *:･ﾟ✧(=✪ ᆺ ✪=)*:･ﾟ✧ best icecram store or frozen yogurt.

Came here for the first time while social distancing guidelines implemented. What you come to expect from Cups but staff was beyond excellent. Just so impressed. Keep doing your thang thang baby boos.

Awesome place with a lot of frozen yogurt and it now has ice cream on the other half of the store. A good variety of flavors for both which change frequently. So many toppings and things too add on which is my favorite part.

Unfortunately I need to update my review. Ive been supporting this business (Fair Lawn )from the day it opened.Today after waiting on line with my 2 girls ( 2 and 6) I was told I can not be serve because my 6yr old was not wearing a mask. I am all about following the rules and guidelines specially during these times. However, this is the ONLY establishment that requires children to wear mask and turns away their patrons. Needless to say this will be our last visit to this establishment or any Cups..

Says it opens at 12. Google says it’s open. Website says it’s open. Sign in front says it’s open. Doors are locked and no one is there at 1

Good flavors

Believe the hype when it comes to this desert parlor. CUPS Frozen Yogurt is incredible. Yes, the long line sucks but is always worth the wait. Their Thai Ice cream macaroon sandwiches are too good to believe. Get here early if you want to avoid a crowd.

They have dairy free options. I liked their watermelon sorbet! The seating outside is perfect for summer evening get-togethers

Its a great yogurt place. If you never been to a cups, you take a cup, fill it with whatever good stuff you want and weight it. Pay and eat away. You can keep it simple or create a monstrocity, its up to you. Parking could be a challenge for the most part, but its worth for light flavor, easy to eat. Its up to you to eat in moderation.Update 8.17.17: so now with gluten free cookies? This is getting better.

I went after getting a coupon in the mail for the build your own cookie ice cream sandwich. Loved it! Their homemade ice cream was delicious and the cookies didnt disappoint either!

Changed the hours to close at 8pmAnd they have closed early pretty much every single day. Sending people away at 7:30 pm

The kids love this place! Very convenient location with everything else around. It is very clean and they have a great selection of toppings. I just wish they had more choices for the actual yogurt flavors. Everything is very basic. They have no tropical flavors which left me really disappointed.

Good cultured yogurt and toppings they now serve ice cream as well. Lactose intolerant like myself can eat the yogurt. Every yogurt flavor has live and active cultures.

I love the frozen yogurt and it’s a great location but my girlfriend and I had a very bad experience with a rude “manager” who wouldn’t cut us a break on a coupon we tried to use that was only a few days past expiration. I used to be a manager at a Dairy Queen and that situation happened to me all the time and I never thought twice about honoring the coupon to keep the customer happy.

This CUPS Frozen Yogurt is way better than the one in Clifton all the yogurt machine works and is way less packed than in Clifton.

I love this place.. a loti like ice cream. i like macarons. this is the first place ive had ice cream macaron sandwiches and was blown away.. ive had ice cream macarons elsewhere after but this is still the place to beatice cream macaron sandwiches ive had:-red velvet-coffee toffee-grasshopper-neopolitan-rocky roadall are good and cant wait to try more-blue velvet cake: love the blueberries in the cake.
