So sorry I took so long (this was on October 8th) but let me tell you about my lovely experience with this tmobile store. First... the staff there are a group of AMAZING people. I decided to switch to tmobile and did everything online including ordering my phone. Unfortunately they were on backorder with no known delivery date but my current service was set to cancel...so i called around and this store was the only one who had the iphone 13s available. A young lady named Alyssa said she would hold them for me until I rushed to the store. Once I got there, there were all types of problems with canceling my previous order but a lady named Allison came to my rescue!!!! She was pleasant, confident, knowledgeable and ensured me that she would not give up until I walked out with my new service and phones. I told warned her that my fiancée would not let me back in the house without them haha. It was a lengthy process but she knew exactly what she was doing the entire time. Thank you Allison!!!!!!

First, this is not a T-Mobile store, this is Express Store LLC, even if they say it is. You can get much better deals from the original T-Mobile store, not here.Second, they are very racial, or whatever you call it. Waiter 30 mins in line, 2 reps, 2 customers, im next in line BUT moment Asian couple showed up, store employee just ignored me and started to working on them, not me, even that i was next in line and asking them WHY ?????P.S. I love T-mobile, have 5 lines with them and all great, just dont do this LLC

I Purchased an I-phone 11 from this store. Without setting up the phone, I returned the phone in 4-5 days because of my family plan change. The store asked me to pay $70. When purchased, I wasnt informed or provided any paperwork about the policy and this charge. The person front desk said that only manager can waive this charge. The manager (Ms. Pacheo) came but with a fixed mind set. I requested the policy, then they provided. They earned $70 that day, however they lost a customer but I dont think they care.Result : I joined Verizon as a family.Question : It is worth it for the sake of $70?

Some of the people at this branch come off as rude and aren’t particularly helpful. They made a ton of mistakes that lead to massive confusion on my bill. I went in to purchase a new phone purchased my phone outright and denied insurance multiple times. I then purchased my wife a new iPhone and returned it within a few days. They not only charged me for the insurance but they never fully returned the iPhone which lead to multiple charges on my bill. I will not be going back to this T-Mobile branch.

I was here few days ago, worked with a representative named Felix, another rep. named Kim who was new was present during the transaction the whole time. I wanted gold color iphone which the did not have in store at the time. Mr. Felix suggested that he might get small amount in few days and that I could take the black one and he would call me when he gets the gold color and I would exchange at no cost as long as it happens within 14 days. Of course he did not call. But I did and someone told me that they do have some available. I went there to find out that I had to pay $50 restocking fee. I asked their rep. several times when buying if it would cost me anything or if there would be any fee for an exchange and was assured that will not be. Yet, once they complete the transaction they never call and if you do there turns out to be fees which you were lied and manipulated about

Worst customer service, the reps are so rude, i called them to inquire about the refund the manger promised me while enrolling in new service. The agent hanged two times and said that the manager Andrew no longer work here and whatever he promised has no value and disconnected my phone.I have no idea how these people are hired and trained.Worst customer service.I wish i could rate -1.

If you like Problems, Incompetence, Ignorance and the worst customer service, go to this store.I was at that store last Friday evening to switch my Verizon Plan to a T-Mobil Plan, 2 friendly young ladies assisted me and my wife. The switch-over was already very complicated. During the waiting period I looked around and saw the iPhone 7 on display, I asked if they have one in stock with 128GB, which they had, so I was told !! Half an hour later, finally the sales lady told me it was not in stock, but she can order one for me, I have to pay shipping and handling though, and extra $50 total.,! but since I was already here, I though, lets order it, especially since she promised to upgrade it to 256GB for no charge, which did not happen. The order was made online, now we were waiting for a confirmation from the T-Mobil warehouse,.. and waiting... and waiting. It took almost an hour, going back and forth, between the store and the Warehouse, did they get or not, till finally the sales rep, decided to re-enter the order !!!!! AGAIN we waited,... no confirmation with the signature page was received, as I was told was needed to complete the purchase, After a lengthy call from the store to the Warehouse/MainOffice, I was told the confirmation would be sent in about 6 - 10 hours. Soon as I receive this e-mail, I would need to sign the signature page and send it back, ONLY THAN the order would be shipped.I asked about the second order that was made, being told that its not a problem, and if I dont sign the order nothing will be shipped.THE NEXT MORNING, I received 2 order confirmation from T-Mobil USA.No signature page was attached !!I called the Fairlawn Store # 517D immediately and asked what to do, and that they should cancel the order all together, that it is way to complicated for me just to get a lousy phone . I was being told not to worry, that nothing will be shipped without my signature !!I told the store Person to make sure that the order was cancelled.I was getting several more e-mail from T-Mobil USA confirming the order, with tracking numbers, ??? So I checked the tracking number and got a pop-up page : OOOOPS! Sorry we run into a problem processing your order... As late as early this morning Monday the 21st. I received these messages.Well, sometimes late morning today a package arrive on my doorstep, with 2 iPhone 7Plus inside !! .. and my credit card had been charged with $1,955.78 ??I called the Fairlawn T-Mobil Store, millions of excuses were made by the lady on the phone for what happened. I asked her to send the carrier (UPS) to my home to pick up the box containing (TWO) iPhones, and ship it back to where it came from. Answer: I cant do that, and I have my manager call you right back2 hours later - still no call from the Manager so I called again, spoke to Chris, same lame excuses for everything, I requested again to speak to the manager, and was told by Chris, he is NOT in today ???, but he, Chris, will call me back within 15 minutes to resolve the issue - still waiting.After calling T-Mobil USA Help Nr. I was told by a helpful representative, that the company is very, very sorry for all the problems they caused, but I have to call UPS to have them pick up the package.This whole ordeal cost me several hours of frustration and leaving me without a phone.I am 66 years old, I normally do not write reviews, certainly not negative ones, because I do understand problems in busniess can occur. But this was just to much !So if you like to experience incompetence and ignorance by snotty sales people, who probably were never taught what service is, having an attitude and who dont give a damn about a customer, go there, visit that store.Peter

They are corrupt or seriously dont know their job. 3 months back, I bought a samsung tablet from this store, returned it back unopened, paid all taxes, they still call me every month that I owe some more than 100 $ to t mobile. It means the person at Shop ( fair lawn ave) did not straight up the records when i returned the tablet.

It was horrible my son and I went to buy a phone we arrived at 4:00 pm and the two employees had two clients inside there were 5 people and we were waiting outside and they gave us 6:00 waiting outside that is we spent two hours standing there and in the end the people did not come out they had no intention of serving more clients, but they did not have the courtesy to go out and tell us something
