Bought a used spa ..... John had issues with staying heated since day one.... he claimed it was normal... after a year spa quit working and sent him multiple messages and called the business he has yet to call me back... when I bought he he said hey if you have any issues I’ll come check it out and you can just pay parts.... I have yet to get a call back horrible way to run a business in my book... especially a spa that was supposedly used in a Model home and “never really used”

John did what he said he would do and took care of delivery and setup. Very happy with this company and would recommend to family and friends.

John was great; affordable, quality spas.

Hopefully will have a swim spa for us.
