Friendly staff and have a ton of games in stock.

Friendly and knowledgeable. Good selection of most everything, and what this store lacks, the sister store (.7 miles away, 14 minute walk) typically has. The only issue I would say I have is the lack of Gen 1 console games. But the small footprint of the store probably lends itself to excluding those selections.

Good store! Clerk took the time to search all the boxes for a small size shirt for my daughter. Great customer service! Was a busy Saturday as well. Good foot traffic in the store.

This place has its ups and downs. For the most part I’ve had good experiences, but I bought a controller recently and it stopped working in the second week of me using it.

Its a fun place. Lots of things to look at. Lots of games, lots of collectibles, and yes they set stuff aside for you if you call ahead. We enjoy window shopping here.

My Story of three failed games:Took time to buy Mod Warfare 2. Did the usual 5-7 minutes in line.Brought game home. It didnt work.Brought game back. Asked for a discount on the new game. Didnt receive one.Traded for new game. Went to walk out of the store. The game had a crack in it.Returned to counter, it was their last one Mod warfare 2.They offered Mod Warfare 3 instead. I asked for a discount multiple times. I eventually recieved one. It didnt even have a cover on the case.I brought game home...IT DIDNT WORK.This review may change based off my next trip and their response.#hopingtheircustomerserviceisbetterthanthequalityoftheirgames

Staff was very friendly here, which is really all a single store of a large franchise has control over. Additionally they had what I wanted in stock, and were helpful in every way they could be.
