Very nice and professional associates that work here they went above and beyond to meet my expectations my husband got a new watch here and he absolutely loves it when it comes to good watches this is the place to go 😊 we highly recommend this place and we definitely will be returning again we also wanted to thank the associate who took the links out for my husbands watch so it wouldnt be too big on his wrist we will be returning soon to get some for items from here 😊

Had my watch battery changed. This is what I wanted. But with batteries, I can’t just judge right away and let me explain. A few months later, my watch is now dead again. Unfortunately, we moved. So I just can’t get it changed. The job was quick but also the lifespan of the battery.

The girls here are lovely and so nice. They take their time to show me rings that I like without pressuring me to make a decision like most stores. They genuinely care for you and want the best for you. LOVEEEE this location!

Went in for a wedding band and didn’t see any in stock I liked. They told me if I find something in their website it can be shipped to store for free and I can try it on. I found one online which I liked, it was half off too! Ended up getting the lifetime warranty for less than it would be if I had one repair on the ring, so worth it. Great service and products.

I went in to get my wifes ring cleaned and walked out with an upgrade. The girls there are super helpful and didnt make me feel pressured into buying anything. They took the time to explain everything that I was getting and even taught me a little about diamonds. Definitely coming back for future occasions.

I bought a set of rings and was told it would be around 800 and turns out it was that plus a thousand more. I found out because I went to make a payment and my total was 1800 instead of the 850 I was told I owed. I went into the store and I said I felt mislead and there solution was to turn my payments to 36 months instead of 12 months so I paid less but for longer. And top it off the manager from Hawaii was there and making my payments longer was his idea. Id think if anyone would fix it, it would be him. I once quoted a customer a certain price at a past job and was wrong but my job held that price because it was the right thing to do. Nope not here.

Employees are rude, was in there with my husband and they were laughing at us behind our back. Will not be back. Thanks nyasia.
