Great service. They helped me fill out my NFA paperwork, fingerprints included. When the tax stamp arrived, they promptly emailed me and even keep a color copy on file in case I ever lose mine. They take the extra steps to show they care about your business.

Theres a family energy here. Youre taken care of as if youre family. Just came in for something simple and the next day I came in for something else I needed just to see more people that acted like family. Comfortable atmosphere, great conversationalists. NFA ARMS has some of the best customer service around. Emailed him asking if he had a specific gun in Stock or any ordered, along with a few other questions, and had a reply within the hour! Every time I have gone in to buy ammo or what be it, he always is very polite and answers any and all questions. Would recommend this shop before any big box store or other gun shop around! I picked up a few things during a slower period of the day. No wait, quick in and out. Unbeatable prices that make it worth the trip to the store. Definitely correspond before making the trip unless youre local, as the stock may be depleted before you get there. Selection is limited, but it works.

This is a fantastic place, I have made about 5 transactions here from purchasing a handgun, buying ammo, and transferring a handgun, and every time the owner knows his stuff! Hes probably the best price on a lot of things compared to everywhere else local to the Dayton area. Hours are a bit strange its usually after work for me anyways, but he projects and updates on his website and its never been wrong every time Ive shown up.

My first experience with NFA Arms was excellent. I purchased an AR lower from Palmetto State Armory. I saw NFAs name come up as a verified FFL. After seeing the website and incredible pricing compared to the others I went ahead and committed. The communication was awesome. There was a minor hiccup with UPS that turned out to be nothing. The transfer process was seamless. We talked for a good while and I learned alot. I also purchased some ammo and the price was unbeatable! I plan to utilize NFA for my future transfers and future purchases. Dont pass this store up. And the hours are nothing to complain about as well. Its hours built by a working man that works for the working man. You wont be let down doing business there. I just finished my 4th transaction with NFA arms. Each time I have went in, the owner has been more than happy to answer any questions I may have had. He is a small business man that you can tell loves what he does. Like others have said, his prices are very fair and with only $10 transfers, he is doing a great thing to help with the cost of guns purchased online. Also to expand on that, I just picked up a pistol today that I had transferred to him, and even though he did not have to, he went over the gun for me, inspected it and made sure everything was functioning the way it should before I left with it. Now mind you he made a whopping $10 from this transaction, but still took the time like he sold me the firearm to make sure it was ok. I have bought from retail stores prior to this and they just handed me the gun when the paperwork went through and took the money. Businesses like this are few and far between these days and I for one hope he is around for years to come.
