UDF is always our number one choice when it comes to milkshakes whether we’re up here in Dayton or down in Cincinnati. The reason? They’re so customizable! You can have a basic vanilla shake. OR you can pick any ice cream you like, use chocolate milk instead of plain and turn it into a PB malt!!! That’s my personal favorite. Hubby’s favorite is the holiday season when he can get an eggnog shake with Oreo ice cream.And their ice cream is good all on its own. Some of my favorites are PB Oreo, 75th Birthday or any of their cookie doughs. So yummy!!Also, they’re always running a special. Check it out to get an extra great price!

Wanna give a shout-out to Noah at the UDF in Enon for this peanut butter milkshake! I have been getting the same thing everytime I go to UDF since 1993 and this one is the best one ever 💯 😁🤗 Hats off to you sir. It is truly amaze-balls! Thanx!

Oh my gosh I love this place. Stopped for Ive cream w my son and was helped by Tony. He made it even better of an experience. What a wonderful person!Also, Great ice cream!

Staff is ALWAYS awful and rude and disrespectful not to mention the place is usually dirty. We will never come back. Watch out for the short dirty one with purple hair, she has issues

Noah (the team lead) has absolutely no people skills at all. One of the rudest persons I’ve ever dealt with in a customer service position.

Twice Ive walked out of this place because the staff has no idea how to prioritize customers. The first time, 3 employees were getting ice cream for one family (a single paying customer) while 4 or 5 separate customers stood in line at the register. The second time was today. The store was almost empty when I walked in, and no customers were at the registers or ice cream counter. I asked for a milkshake and the guy started making it. As he was mixing it, another customer walked up and ordered some ice cream from the second employee. As the second employee started making it, the guy mixing my milkshake started talking about what was needed for the other customers ice cream, he then said, Ill get it he set my half-finished milk shake down next to the mixer and walked off to the back to get something for this customer that was not only already being helped, but order AFTER I did.I cant wait until Speedway opens up again. This place has terrible service. Although it is considerably closer to me than Speedway, I will gladly drive past it. It is actually a time saver to drive past it considering you likely wont get served once you get in there, and you will end up having to go somewhere else anyway.

I gave 5 stars because the customer service was fantastic I went to the store the other day with my kids, Jordan an savanna helped us tremendously they were patient an so friendly with all my kids I’ll definitely be coming back!!

Ive always had good service here. Love that they serve malts. Usually their gas is a little pricier, though.

We came here to get ice cream, and the staffs customer service was awesome, particularly the First Assistant Manager, Tony, who worked patiently with our tired 5 year old to help him decide on a flavor. Our kids also loved the little table for kids that they could sit at.

The last few times Ive visited this location the cotton candy ice cream has been replaced with something else, I visit weekly to get my cotton candy fix, but lately I have had to buy the pints instead... Please bring back the cotton candy!!

TERRIBLE service. The assistant manager is completely rude and has horrible customer service. Never again will I go to UDF here in town. The way he speaks to people is unacceptable, if he even acknowledges that youre in the building. The only reason Im giving a star is because I have to and I enjoy the ice cream, other than that 0-5 stars for me

Since new management has taken over, the place is well stocked and most of the clerks are very friendly and helpful.

Everybody is complaining but you can sit on their bench and watch trains go by...

Warning do not go to this location if you have a food allergen or celiac diseaseI was extremely embarrassed on Mothers Day I was trying to enjoy ice cream with my son on Mothers Day I stood in line I looked on their website to see if the specific ice cream had gluten or soy in it the information was not there so I simply asked the lady behind the counter does either of these 2 ice cream have gluten or soy and the UDF employee stated I dont know that we dont know that information I said you do have that information will you please let me know that she looked at the other lady behind the counter and stated no we dont have that we dont know if it does I said its a food allergen you have to know please let me know if either of these have soy or gluten in them then from the other end as a counter I heard a slam and a lady Ill have to go in the back and check take the other customer behind her she well have to wait when she did come back she yells this one has soy and I dont know about the other so I simply bought the ice cream for my son and explain to her that she needs to be a little bit more educated and understand that if shes going to be serving food then she needs to be aware of food allergens and if theyre not going to post it to where we can see it then they at least not make us embarrassed or ashamed I do not choose a fad diet Im not trying to be difficult if I eat either of these I will suffer from extreme medical conditions that I just simply do not choose to suffer from because of the ignorance of the employees at UDF just a sad UDF just sad I have called the complaint number I have tried to get someone to return my calls to Simply let them know and of course nothing sad UDF just sad

Ive been using this UDF for going on 7 years now and Ive personally never had an issue here. The attendants have always been friendly.

This place is a joke I should know I worked there for some time,only a few workers there I can even stand to be around.The assistant managers are more competent then the actual manager and the company itself is outdated.That being said the icecream,cheap gas and assistant managers arent too bad
