The service was not ok at first.Techs did a sloppy job replacing the trim around window. Call Mr. Knox and he assured that the would return right away to fix the issue and they did.

Marcus always provides excellent service and at a GREAT VALUE! We needed a piece of glass with virtually NO notice and he worked late on a Saturday night just to make it happen for us. This small business came through for us in a BIG WAY. Highly recommended!

Good people. I made the appointment and they showed up on time. They replaced a broken glass within 10 minutes. They were transparent upfront with the cost. No issues at all. I would call them again.

Trash! Made an appointment in the 21st for the 25th 12-2pm no call no show! As a person who flips house frequently you have to be careful of people like this. Anyone can do a great job but the key is reliability and this company does not have that... I will now have to extend my closing date because of this company. BUYER BEWARE! Also my wife tried to deal with him before and he ended up putting all of her information on thumbtack...I suggest you keep searching because saving 20-30$ using this company may not be worth it...As far as the company I wish you nothing but the best and I sincerely hope you can fix your customer service and attitude. If I could give 0 stars I would. But I guess 1 will do!!!DO NOT USE!!!

I made an appointment with this company yesterday to hopefully have my shower stall door repaired. They were to come to my house today at 11. Last night, I got an email saying my appointment had been cancelled. When I called about this morning and endured quite the round-about, nobody could tell me why the appointment had been cancelled. So I am back at square one with this. Please try another company other than this one. You dont deal directly with the glass people, from what I could make out, but with Home Advisor. This is an international group that knows very little about what the glass business is doing. Save your time!
