Seems like they are closed more than they are opened. Went three times this week at different times and they were closed. It happens all the time at this location.I already know when I come here it is a 50/50 chance my drink will be made right and hot.Dunkin Donuts down the street doesnt have thus issue. I guess if I want Starbucks I will wait until I am in Peachtree City or Fayetteville

Honestly I’ve never been able to order a drink here because it’s always randomly closed—I’ve tried to visit 3 separate times now. It’s frustrating to show up during normal operation hours and have the drive-thru closed by blocking the way with a sign. What’s worse, when I’ve walked up to the door, it’s locked and the staff inside just stare with no explanation.Edit: added the photo as I’m once again foiled by this location’s irregular hours. One has to physically get out the car & walk to the entrance just to see the tiny notice they’ve posted on the door. The least they can do is edit the hours online so tired drivers stop wasting time looking here for a coffee fix.

AVOID AVOID AVOID at all costs. They are so slow. Stopped for my daughter and we waited FOREVER. went inside because the car line was wrapped around the building. Was excited as there were only 3 people inside. Didnt matter. We waited 20 minutes. Had to request that the employee wash his hands after handling the trash as he went right back to preparing orders.

Zero stars if I could. It’s always something with this location. They’ll be out of ingredients to make drinks for like a week but since you just sat in the drive thru and unable to get out of it you just force yourself to get something else. And that’s another thing 1 day you go and inside is open and drive thru is open, very next day it’s not only drive thru, then the next day drive thru is closed only inside open, and then next day the whole Starbucks is temporarily closed. They’re just ridiculous and completely unprofessional at times. It’s such a convenient location but not worth the hassle of their made up schedules, inconsistent menu options, and extremely long waits. Both inside and drive thru could be open and you’ll still spend at least 20 minutes at the location regardless of how you choose to order. Just go to peachtree city and save yourself the hassles.

To date this is the first 1 star review Ive ever given a Starbucks. I have a standard order that doesnt require much. I rely on the Starbucks chain for a consistent product and service.It was the nastiest order Ive ever had.I was unable to go back to get the order corrected due to the LONG line and wait at the drive through. Since the store was remodeling, the inside was closed. Hopefully this is not the standard for people who are regulars of this store.

This is by far the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been too & I’ve been a pretty good customer of Starbucks for sometime now. They don’t know any of the recipes for the drinks. Frappes are super watery. Half of the staff is polite the other half hate their job and it shows. They’re always out of something. It’s just poor quality overall. Not a good representation of the brand. They are always busy but I usually mobile order anyway. I was disappointed at how I did a mobile order and still waited inside for 40 min. Every time I asked about my order I was told it was coming up. I watched about 6 people come in order and leave before I was even given mine. Turns out it had been sitting in the drive they for 30 min and nobody bothered to check. Then they handed me 2 melted down drinks (after I complained three times) the that clearly had been sitting for half an hour. No apology for the wait, no sorry we lied, no nothing. Just two melted drinks, and some attitude

If there was a way to leave a review without stars I would not have given this location any stars. I went to purchase 2 Frappuccinos & the female employee said that she was unable to make any Frappuccinos because the machine was being cleaned for the night. I immediately repeated what she said to me & said dont you close at 9 p.m. and she said yes. My goodness! There was still 45 minutes left before the closing time. Clearly this is a reflection of poor management & not valuing the customers who are the reason you have a job and are still open. I will never visit this location again!

Very friendly service and good cold brew. Stopped here a few times on my trip and the drive though was either backed up into the road or no one at all. Ordered inside when the line was long . Service was good either way. They have a couple tables and chairs outside already to sit.

Waited in line 20 minutes, pulled up, the girl at the window was nice and friendly and told me the order would be out in a minute. I ordered a venti cold brew with almondmik, and 4 pumps of sf vanilla. The girl that made the drink handed it to the girl at the window. It was black, nothing in it. The window girl asked the other girl to put everything I asked for in it and she replies, why? Whaaatttt? Maybe because I paid for it! Honestly the whole fairburn exit is a plague. I never leave a bad review but this location was so dirty I thought corporate should know and I don’t don’t how much else to make it happen. Overflowing garbage, window so dirty you couldn’t see past the finger prints, the floor looked like a subway hallway. The staff were nice but clearly not trained to work together efficiently. Should give this place 0 stars. The manager is STILL keeping the inside closed for people that cant drive thru like us truck drivers that bring her supplies. Cant order at the drive thru as a walk up because there are cars from the drive thru all the way down the street and around the block. Nice to know the manager only cares about him/her self. Wow! is all I can say. I have been around town in the Vinings, Alpharetta, Midtown, etc. This location ranks high on the list! Great Service, good people and excellent management. Nicall Porter and Bryan Craig make me really feel good and at home. The Coffee is always great and keeps me going all day. Ya gotta visit this place!

Since covid started the hours of this store changes dramatically, the used to stay open until 9pm and now they close somewhere between 2pm and 6pm depending on how they feel. This Starbucks is the worst. I go to Starbucks every day... and I mean every day. Same simple coffee every day. The staff of the locations I frequent know me and my drink. We greet each other like friends... and I genuinely enjoy their employees. Every time I go to this Fairburn location, it’s either randomly closed, my drink is made wrong (which I’m not sure how they’re capable of that), or the service is rude and unfriendly. Every other Starbucks I go to has great customer service and knows how to make my drink and charge me correctly for it. I kept giving this location a chance and they have failed me too many times. After the last experience with the manager being rude and clearly miserable, I will not be back. Don’t waste your time here.

They always get my order right. One time I was having a mommy meltdown and couldnt remember my usual unnecessarily complicated order. The lady taking my order heard me struggling and asked me what flavor profiles I like in my coffee. I told her strong, cold, and sweet... I tell you no lies, they STILL got my order right. This location usually always has a really long line in the drive thru. Service is usually okay, not the best at all. Today I went inside to order because I was running late. There were only 2 other customers inside and they had already ordered. The drive thru was extremely long. The guy working the counter never acknowledged me at all. He didnt even turn around and ask me to wait until he finished. He warmed pastries in the oven while I stood at the counter for 10 minutes. I eventually turned around and walked out without making a purchase.

The worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I went on a Saturday morning and they were only accepting mobile orders, not sure why, but no problem because things happen. I went through the drive thru placed my order and waited 20 mins before I got to the window where they told me my order still wasn’t ready and I would get an alert through my app and would have to come in the store. I literally still had on pajamas but okay. I sat in my car for an additional twenty minutes with no such alert. I finally just go inside and there is my order nice and cold. This Starbucks sucks!

I love Starbucks and have no idea what is up lately with the location in Fairburn, GA. It’s my location, which had always been great. But, lately, there have been 2-3 times where delivery of sandwiches and numerous other items did not occur. I understand it was a weather issue they said one time. However, the next two I don’t understand. Today, someone said they didn’t get a truck last night. Now these things happen to other establishments, too, but not back to back to back with no explanation. No one thanks you for your patience or apologizes for any inconvenience. Staff members (mostly register individuals and those who heat the food) do not smile or even move quickly when there is a long line. If you go in, as I did today and order, you keep getting put behind the drive thru folks. A little is understandable, but it’s more than this. I asked if a certain lead still worked here, as I had not seen her in a while. When I asked a staff member about it, she didn’t know. However, she could have asked someone else! I can tell she must no longer be here or I would not be writing this. Also, the cream made my coffee cool, so I nicely asked if it could be steamed, like it has been with no problem many other times. But, alas, it was not doable today. What is up? I will likely go farther (and drive to Peachtree City GA) to bypass this one going forward. Thanks.

Service was horrible today to say the least. I did an online order like I normally do around 9:05am. The app let me know my order would be ready around 9:21am. I went to go inside around 9:30am but the door was locked. So I stood outside and someone came to the door. He told me to give him a second. I stood outside for about 15 mins just for him to tell me they havent made my order and asked if I could get in that long drive thru line. He also told me he would give me a gift card. I got in the line and waited another 15 mins. If I hadnt already paid I would have left. I received no gift card. I waited all that time just to receive a melted cup of milk instead of the drink I ordered. Back to the Starbucks in target I go. Will not come here again.

I placed an online pick up order and I went up to the door at 5:15 to go in and grab my order and the door was locked so o knocked on the glass and nobody came even though I could see them looking at me. The hours on the door said they close at 6:00 PM. One of the lazy employees came around the corner and said “we closed.”He then said I had to go through the drive through for my pick up order (which totally defeats the purpose of a pick up order) had to go to the back of the long drive through line and wait to get a pick up order. At that point I could’ve just not gone through the trouble of ordering on the app. What a waste of time. these employees just wanted to lock the door early so they could clean and leave right at six. Real rude and unprofessional. I ordered (luckily the wrong size) strawberry lemonade with two scoops of strawberries (I had to order on the app), as you can see no strawberries (I was eventually offered black berries, yah right, thats exactly what I wanted in my strawberry lemonade) but what you cant see is its WATERED DOWN. After about 15 minutes I call them to see whats going on, instead of bringing it out (like told they would) I was informed it was ready and I could walk to the drive thru window to get me beverage.Theyre definitely a one and done hard pass from now on. I work close by and after attempting to get a drink on numerous occasions they will not have one third of their items available. You will not find out until youve spent about 15 minutes waiting in that LONG line and when is finally your time to get to the window, you learn your drink cannot be made. They will show open online just to randomly close for no good reason and then youll see a paper posted on the intercom with marker writing saying sorry were closed. For such a busy location whenever theyre open they need to do a better job advertising true store hours and the ability to order inside, as that seems to change from day to day. Some days they would be closed for in store orders, some days, they might be open. They also need to make sure to order more supplies to avoid being the McDonalds my icecream machine is broken type of business.. very very very upset with this location after months of dealing with the same situations. I have to warn people call before you head over there and waste your time and gas just to find out you made a trip for nothing!

BEWARE! My aunt and I visited this location while traveling on Christmas Eve. I ordered a Peppermint White Hot Chocolate, this item is not a coffee. I order this all the time at other locations without a problem. When we got to the window, the barista gave me an Peppermint White Chocolate Mocha. I tried to explain to the two workers at the window that the item I ordered is not a coffee, its a hot chocolate and they rang up the wrong drink. If you look at their menu the two items have similar names but are found under different categories. Hot chocolate falls under hot drinks, mocha is under hot coffees. I wasnt rude, I only pointed out their mistake. They argued with me and even went as far as saying that mocha means chocolate. The correct thing for them to do would have been to apologize and make the correct drink, they didnt even offer. At which point I realized that they really thought they were right. It was obvious that they were under trained, unfamiliar with their products and had terrible customer service so instead of holding up the already slow moving drive thru we left. I called the store and spoke with Sandra, the supervisor. She offered to remake the drink for me the next time I visit their location. I explained to her that I appreciate the gesture but that would be very inconvenient being that Im not from the area. I asked for a refund or store credit just for that one item, we spent over $30 so I figured that wouldnt be a problem. She tells me that all she can do is remake it for me. After speaking with her I went to their website and did a survey, its been a week and still no resolution.

Really not difficult to keep uncut cold brew on hand, it isn’t, Starbucks adds way too much water to the coldbrew and it taste like water. I advocated for months to have uncut cold brew at this location since I am a new resident To this area parentheses starting to regret it) and they actually have been carrying it for a while. The manager said there was a a demand for it by customers so they started keeping one on hand. Today I go and a manager say oh we don’t ever have uncut cold brew. We ordered mobile pickup and the front door was locked. The manager refused to step outside to explain why we couldnt pick up the mobile order Sunday 1/31/2021 at 4:55pm. Another confused patron and I decided to walk around to the drive thru window, where again the manager refused to speak with us until the gentleman I was standing with, refused to move until he spoke with her. She came out and explained we could not come into the store to pick up our mobile pick up orders and we would not be served without waiting in the drive thru line in our vehicles. We explained to her, that defeats the purpose of the mobile take out order and she should turn off that feature if she wishes not to let anyone into the store. The manager got short with us and I decided to walk away and leave this review. Its a shame, but she refused to even refund us at the window and told us to wait in the long drive thru line. I literally just left, employees are super rude and were screaming at me through the drive thru . I didn’t even order anything I ended up leaving if you don’t like your job you need to go find another one !!!!

The worst. I just wasted 25 minutes getting off the exit to try to get a coffee. The drive thru was taking forever so I decided to place a mobile order. As I went to walk in, I saw three employees leaving the store. They saw me walk up and try to open the door but it was locked. So one of the women says to me “you’ll have to go through the drive thru.” And I say “but I placed a mobile order.” Her response “yeah they won’t open it. You have to drive through.” So I say “can you please help me? You just came out of the store and I already waited 10 minutes in the drive thru.” (I didn’t want to get back in that line) And she says “No, I’m off.” Hahahahaha haha Amazing. I went to drive back around and the line was twice as long. Horrible service and just unkind to be so unhelpful.
