My family previously used this company to replace garbage door springs and at the time was provided a 15 yr warranty ( which was notated on the receipt of sale) against the springs. The springs did not last this time frame and when the call was placed for service the man who answered the phone ( which is lucky it was my senior aged mother who called and not myself), not only would not honor the Warranty but was condensing and laughed at the price previously laid for the prior service and said it would cost much more now. Two things here; 1) poor Customer Service. I dont care what the Variance in pay was at the time and now. That is called inflation and thats typically how the economy works here in the US. If you provide a Warranty on your service you should honor it. Technically, I am pretty sure that since its stated on the bill of sale it would hold up in small claims court, but that would be a petty waste of time and would be solely based around principal because what your business entails of is not rocket science and are a dime a dozen. 2) stupid lack of business sense. I would think that smaller companies pride themselves in repeatative Customer business. But as you see, thats neither here nor there. At any rate, this was a disappointment to hear of and here we are with this written novel.The job of the Springs replacement is done and over by a much better company. So my Mother in Law had this company replace her springs on her door several years back. When she hired this company she was told springs had a 15 year warranty and the reciept she still has states this. Her spring broke again so she called to have the warranty work done. The owner stated her sales guy no longer worked there and he wouldnt honor even though she had the original reciept. He then asked how much it cost and laughed when she told him stating it would be way more now. Poor customer service and then to insult.. Do not use thes guys . Spend your hard earned money on better service. # cancel
