I recently walked in and needed only 1 base cabinet for a bathroom. I was greeted and assisted by Selman, who was very knowledgeable and friendly. It didnt take long to pick one out after I described what I wanted. He ordered it and I had it within 3 weeks, which was much less time than most cabinet makers. I picked it up and he was busy with another customer so the manager walked us across the street to the warehouse to pick up. I would definitely order from them again

He was able to accommodate my timeframe despite the COVID19 delivery challenges. The cabinets arrived on time. We had a great experience and the cabinets are elegant and functional.

Great sample design but customer service needs improvement. Recently got the house and sadly the kitchen needs some renovation. I checked some kitchen remodeling company near the area and found this company. So I called this number before checking the display in person. The guy who assisted me was very polite he accommodated all my questions. I proceed to the store and found some great designs but they were not available. The sales person took my contact details and promised to call me when the shipment arrives. I didn’t hear back for a few months. I called them back to check the availability and was surprised to find out, the stock has arrived few weeks back and they did not even notify me. I don’t think I can trust this company so I did not push through with their service.

I felt like I needed a bit more TLC for my kitchen design than I was getting from Home Depot or Lowes. Its A LOT more complicated than you think to get all the details correct, trust me. I decided to head over to USA Cabinet store in Fairfax because they have the best reviews on Google. I met Anna that day and she was simply fantastic from start to finish. She really took personal interest in my project and tired to save me money at every place she could. She went above and beyond with helping me figure out sink sizing problems and appliance issues, all that had nothing to do with their cabinet sale. Sean the manager was equally responsive and great to work with. FYI- unless you have someone who really knows what they are doing, I would suggest you have USA Cabinet install the cabinets. Its WAY more complicated than you think and the small details of the finishing touches of trim, under skirts, etc.. are what is going to make your kitchen reno look the best. Avoid this company! I have had the absolute worst experience with them. We started our project in November and it is still not finished yet. Our customer service rep has provided the worst service I have ever received. He constantly provides false expectations and excuses. Ghosts us and takes forever to resolves issues. I could go on and on. Stay away from them!

Really unhelpful when it comes to determining what cabinets are right for your space, especially when you are new to remodeling

As gorgeous as the showroom is, I was highly disappointed in the customer service. When my family and I entered the showroom on a Saturday, it took a while for a salesperson to tend to us. When the female rep finally came our way, our questions were not answered well, showing her inexperience. I was transparent in my budget, as far as the cheaper cabinet models. The sales rep ended up having to get help from Selman. When he approached us, he definitely had a snobby air to him. I once again explained my budget needs. He helped us in a manner that truly made my spouse and I feel unwelcomed. According to his schedule, he would not be able to reach back to us with an estimated quote, until mid week, so a Wednesday. As we proceeded to filled out a form, and I got to the how did you hear about us section, I mentioned to Selman that a well-known, frequent shopper at that store, had recommended us. His mood changed 360, as he realized who my spouses boss was, and that she had referred us there. Selman then turned into the helpful person Id hoped he had been from the start. I was so upset, but kept my composture. Was the customer service experience a result of us being Hispanic, or that our budget was on the lower end? These questions still run in my mind. Nonetheless, a few hours after leaving the cabinet store, Selman reached back. He had magically found time in his busy schedule, to generate an estimate, that at first would not be obtainable until Wednesday. It is unfortunate that we had to name our reference person, in order to receive outstanding customer service. As a result of this bad experience, my family and I ended up taking our business elsewhere.

The whole renovation experience was excellent from start to finish. I walked into the showroom to begin my kitchen remodeling process for a beach property (1st priority) and also my primary home in Fairfax.Mr. Emin Halac spent the next 45 + minutes educating me about kitchen cabinets, as I know very little for instance, What is the difference between framed and frameless cabinets?He showed various cabinet lines offered and their price points, as well as the pros and cons. The literature/ pamphlet he gave me helped tremendously in organizing the information. He recommended the Fabuwood Line of cabinets for my beach property for quality but also for the lower price. Toward the end of our time together, I found out he was the owner! He was so pleasant and easy to talk with. I will be back!

My bathroom was remodeled nearly 10 years ago and the work was out of warranty. I had a problem with a soft-closing cabinet drawer whose glide needed to be replaced because of a bad piston, but my contractor was no help whatsoever. So I stopped by USA Cabinet Store in Fairfax because I remembered that is where my contractor had sent me, way back when, to pick cabinets. Sean at USA Cabinet Store told me they no longer carry that manufacturer (HK), but he offered to contact them and see if he could get a replacement drawer glide with piston. Within days, he emailed me to say he got a set -- and didnt charge me -- and also gave me the name of a handyman to make the repair. This was extraordinary. USA Cabinet could have told me sorry, they dont carry that line anymore, or simply ignored my request for help. They did the opposite. Thats the most impressive customer service I have experienced.

We recently purchased a home that had been remodeled with USA Cabinets. We had concerns with a drawer and a door in the kitchen but had no information on a warranty or when and who installed the cabinets. We went to our local USA Cabinet Store and they were very helpful in determining that the Fairfax Virginia store had done the installation and put us in touch with the store manager, Sean Yilmaz. Sean immediately came to our home, personally repaired the drawer and ordered a new door. He later installed the new door as soon as he received it.We have rarely experienced the prompt, courteous service and attention to detail that we received from Sean. It was pleasure to work with someone with such superb customer service.

This company is a joke. They designed a nice kitchen, then fail to deliver. We ordered custom cabinets, so it was supposed to be 4-6 weeks until we received our cabinets. Well its 20 weeks later, and we still dont have all of our cabinets. After the first delivery on week 6, we had a bunch of warped doors, dings, and wrong measurements. They have to contact the manufacturer and it takes 4 additional weeks to get the pieces. So now on our second delivery at 10 weeks, they send the wrong color cabinets. Now we have to wait another 4 weeks. At week 14, they bring everything in the correct sizes and colors, but still have yet to deliver the piece that was broken on our blind cabinet. Weve emailed multiple times and they keep saying we will get back to you. Dont order here. Its not worth your time considering there are plenty of other cabinet stores.

We decided to update our old kitchen with some new cabinetry and USA Cabinet store came in recommended by a friend of mine who is also a contractor. After a few days of negotiations their crew was finally ready to completely dedicate themselves to our project of renovation. They shipped the cabinetry neatly packaged, without a scratch, and did the installation job very quickly. Our new kitchen looks so much better than we expected.

My wife contacted several contractors about our kitchen renovation and we were not satisfied with their offers or their schedules. So, luckily on a recommendation of our friend, we have hired USA Cabinet Store to do the job. My husband and I recently moved into a new home and wanted to quickly renovate the kitchen before our baby was born. We couldnt have asked for faster and more friendly, reliable service. Everyone in the showroom was more than accommodating and so responsive to follow-up calls and emails. They walked us through options and then assisted in the design of our kitchen. Working with Adam was awesome! Within literally days they provided a schematic (with exact measurements and cabinet types needed) and a price estimate. One week later we ordered the cabinets and received them the following week. It couldnt have been easier. The final price for completely new cabinets (not just doors) was also very reasonable.The service was so good, were going back to them for counter tops as well.

What a great experience! We went in with some rough plans for a small basement bar and no appointment. We had our kitchen remodeled by USA cabinet store Fairfax location, it’s been a great experience! Initially we just wanted to update our kitchen cabinets and countertops only. We had a closed kitchen and they suggested to take down the walls, we loved the idea, because it gave us a much bigger and brighter kitchen, plus an island with sitting area and lots of extra storage, turned out to be our favorite! Recessed lighting on ceiling and pendant lighting over the island. Staff are knowledgeable and crew seemed very professional and detail oriented, the superintendent is always on top of the project and everything went as planned. Above all, they had a wide range of cabinet line and other material selection, which we could choose from depending on our budget.

We had a few hiccups in the transformation of our small DC condo kitchen but all issues were resolved and we are pleased with the final outcome. One of the strengths of Cabinets USA was the design and guidance in material selections. We had three quotes and three designs from three different contractors. The design was challenging since our space was smallish but we did not want to sacrifice certain features. Cabinets USA managed to create an open, modern kitchen while not sacrificing essential features. The before and after results were great. Recommended.

We recently had our kitchen renovated (completed August 18th) by USA Cabinet Store located in Fairfax, Virginia. The house is 50+ years old and has settled over time leading to an extremely difficult installation. Because of the complexities associated with the installation, we were concerned that the ceiling issues being uneven along with the settling of the house over many years would result in a new kitchen looking nice but not great. USA Cabinet Store sent there master craftsman to work on the new kitchen installation, the craftsman spent several hours adjusting the ceiling (actually fixing it for the 1st time probably ever), and installing the new cabinets. Wow....the kitchen looks amazing. The installation team members were polite, very detailed oriented, and fixed issues with our kitchen infrastructure that even we didnt know about until the team pointed them out and said they would fix them good as new (actually better than new). My wife and I can not express enough how grateful we were to the USA Cabinet Team on making this project amazing. We would highly recommend them for any of your remodeling needs, you will be 100% satisfied much like we are today. Thank you for the fantastic job.

Had problems with workmanship throughout the entire project. Electrical work was done incorrectly and had to hire an electrician to tear open the walls again and redo it all. Took 8 months to remodel a 9 x 11 kitchen. It was a very painful experience but USA Cabinet Store worked with me and Im finally happy with the kitchen now.
