Good store. Items are not organized properly. Nice collection of items

Ready to check out.The lady up front is on her cellphone. I’m not sure if she’s talking to me or not. I found an item with no tag. She mumbled something, I don’t hear her, seeing that she’s on her cellphone I assumed she’s not talking to me. She throws my item on the floor. I say I’m buying that. She raises her voice at me saying “I need a tag”. I say I found it with no tag. Very disrespectfully she says “go find one with a tag”, like it’s my job to do so. I looked for a tag, finally find the same item on a different size with a tag under the messy shelves.I wait to check out with someone else because this lady was rude. I find out she’s the manager. Its my fault, definitely should have expected to be treated with no respect at a Five Below.

Terrible service, staff is no where in sight. very easy to steal from here because no one is around. the store is a mess and the staff (if you can find them) are not helpful at all and are not nice

I went to return a cologne that I purchased from another location. The product was purchased october 6th from the seven corners falls church location. The product had leaked in packaging and was a gift. I was in the fairfax area and decided I would return the product to this location. The cashier was helpful and had to call the manager as the receipt was wet from the leaking product. The cashier called for the manager named LESLIE. when the manager noticed the leaking product she asked why i had waited 7 days before returning the product and insinuated that i had used it all. In 7 DAYS?? She then refused to return the product and told me to take it to the store i had purchased it from. I then asked the manager for her name which she replied Teresa. So needless to say the manager acts as if she owns each product in the store and dictates what she deems returnable. as someone who works in customer service, this store is poorly managed with employees who are there for a pay check and not to fulfill the job requirement. I took the product to the original store i had purchased the item and returned the product no questions asked and apologized on behalf of the Fairfax location manager.

Nice store they sell a bunch of random item that I so happen to need. Good place to get chargers. This is a store you plan to buy a couple things and end up buying too much.

*Bad customer service* I just had to call the store and the worker or manager was extremely rude try asking her a question she gave me attitude and didn’t let me speak she act like she couldn’t hear me and then she just hung up on me. :/

Very rude staff, had to wait 5 minutes to find an employee to go to the register. It’s very messy as well, as shown in the photo.

Great products at low prices. I like to go there and get chargers, headphones, phone covers and more for my familys electronic devices. My children always find what they are looking for there. We go back regularly.

Got exactly what I wanted for an excellent price. And the cashier/manager was kind and friendly.

Five Below should now change its store name to Five Up. Cause I hate to break the news to you, but it seems that Five Below just jacked up their prices above $5 😱. While they still have some items below $5, but many of their electronic accessories are now above $5 by almost a one dollar. See picture. Certainly not a good news!

I would never in a million years recommend this 5& below. the store manager, tanesha, wanted to close early and closed the doors 5 minutes before closing which is than false advertisement....she then proceeded to be extremely rude to me when i came in talking to me in an angry tone when all i wanted to buy was a drink for myself....there were customers at the register i dont understand the issue. the cashier was very nice and asked me where i got my henna done and as i was going to give her the info, the rude manager tanisha came and scared her from getting the information from me. Please whoever sees this, do not shop here, do not let your kids work here, dont waste your time coming unless you want to feel devalued as a customer. Tanisha traumatized my experience here where i would rather drive 20 minutes now to go to a 5 and below than deal with the experience Tanesha gave me.

Manager was extremely rude and was complaining that I was paying with a large bill, most likely was just too lazy to change it, the girl that rang up my items was so sweet, she should leave that toxic work place.

The staff here is extremely rude and disrespectful. They need new management.

Love the place! I always stop by whenever Im in the area, even if Im not in need of anything. Its just fun to go in and see what they have!The staff is pleasurable to speak to and they always have some ideas of something they have at the store that you, like me, will probably end up getting!!! Like I said, just Love the place! You should give it a try and visit it whenever you have a chance! You wont regret it!

Very clean and well stocked with items for all age groups.

It was good service; the cashier was smiling all the time and respectful, and of course good prices.

Inexpensive items mostly for children. Good place to take children to shop for items they want.

Went to see the movie 1917,a wonderful movie with beautiful cinematography. Stopped by 5 below (one of my favorite place to wonder around) and bought yoga towels and a package of 19 assorted size plastic storage cups (for painting), a rare find.

Very few stores in this area follow CDC guidelines as far as social distancing but this store does. Shout out to the team members of this store.

Many great options here. Nice staff. I took off a star because my son bought a speaker here and within a few hours it completely stopped working. He was pretty upset about it. It was only $5 but at least it should of been built to last longer than that!

I give you 1 star because I don’t have the option for less. Very rude costumer service and disrespectful. They told us that they are going to close in 15 minutes and they turned off the lights right away and didn’t let us finish our shopping.

It is a great place to shop very clean and easy to find what you need. The customer service is also excellent. I would definitely go back and recommend this place to everyone I know.

There is always something interesting to find in Five Below. Candy to games, Tshirts to home decor. Need a charger for your phone? They got some, Nationals or Capitols shot glasses? Yep. Seasonal items? Yes in season. Go in, look around find something interesting.

Cute store.Thry stock alot of toys and household decor items.The cashier was very nice.

Its nice, clean and has variety of stuff for all ages. But the people who work there has no respect or experience. Bad customer service. They rather talk among themselves then help customers.

Teen-oriented variety store on Main Street featuring Fairfax’s top-notch games, jewelry, home décor and snacks. A well maintained store with fast customer service and hardly ever overcrowded. The best thing about this place is affordability with most of their products selling under $5.

Misleading name. There were way to many people in there that were above 5 feet tall.

Really nice place the employees are nice and its cheap but lasts a long time.
