I recommend this rug store, staff is very nice and helpful. Never tired to answer my question and help me with everything I need to know before decided I will go back again

I havent even walked in the door of this place and I dont plan on it due to the review responses from the owner. They keep threatning customers who left negative reviews with court. Im afraid to walk in, I may get sued. What a joke.

Have good quality carpet, all deffrent and flooring laminate will look beautiful house, or business shop. Feel like Quin when you walk on the orienter carpet and have good selections. Great sales going on.

Horrible people. Don’t give them your business. I left an honest review two years ago. After two years you chose to respond to my reviews calling me names. You clearly have issues, I wish I would have read the other reviews before walking through your door. Mr Salehi clearly does not understand how reviews work. The whole point of a review is to reward companies who do a good job, and warn people about companies that do not. This was not a large sum of money we were talking about. Had they just apologized we would have left well enough alone but they were rude and started calling myself and my father liars when we brought the issue to their attention. Look at their reply and judge for yourself.

I have used Carpet Palace 3 times and Paul and his team do a wonderful job. I can trust their knowledge and expertise. I have used them for both carpeting and hardwood flooring and I am 100 satisfied with professionalism and curious staff and I must give thanks to the installers at Carpet Palace, they are always on time and do a very thorough job. Lied to us about cutting the carpet. We picked up the carpet and they told us The smaller piece is inside, and we gave you some extra as well. We thought, great, this is so nice.The total size of the carpet was 40x14 so there was no way to unroll the carpet and check it, and besides, who would assume they are lying to us. Also to note, it took 6 days to get the carpet because they needed a few days to cut it for us.When we got it home and unrolled it, the carpet wasnt cut. We called them and immediately they started claiming that we didnt ask them to cut it. We stood there for 15 minutes going over the room measurements with the salesman and he assured us that it would not be a problem and that they would make sure that the pattern lined up. We went in to the store today to discuss it and they called US liars.Do not buy from these guys. Look at the bad reviews vs the good reviews and ask yourself which ones seem legit.

Carpet Palace provides friendly and comprehensive service from a family business. My wife and I were new to the area and first-time home buyers and needed to replace carpeting in several bedrooms. Wan greeted us quickly at the door, instructed us on our many options (actually recommending a cheaper option as being sufficient for our needs), and even showed up during installation to make sure the job got done to our satisfaction! That end-to-end service is what impressed me. We ended up heading back to buy a couple beautiful area rugs -- this is where Wans husband Paul is the specialist. Carpets and rugs look great in our home!

Wan provided an exceptional experience and customer service! Purchasing a carpet with various selections can be overwhelming. We showed her pictures of our rooms and she narrowed the selections based on our taste. Her outstanding customer service helped us immensely and we couldn’t be happier with the carpets we purchased.

I helped my brother furnish his very large house on the Chesapeake Bay with wall-to-wall carpeting and area rugs from Carpet Palace. The salesperson, Wan, was a godsend. She helped us choose the right rugs and materials, gave us a fantastic price and supervised the installation, which was excellent. I cannot recommend this store more highly for its quality, reasonable prices and customer service. They are quite simply the best.

First, We purchased carpet for our new home. The sales were nice and helpful. They helped us to chose the carpet which suit with our styles and not over our budget. They did install carpet for us and done the excellent job.Then, we decided to have our second home. We came back and asked them for the advice. The lady(sales) adviced us how to chose the carpet, pad and etc which suit for our kid room and other room even we didnt buy it from them.So after two time which they provide great service and advices. We r certified and recommend them with everyone, especially our friends and family.

What a great find!! This is an excellent place to shop for carpeting. The sales people are very helpful and there is a pretty good selection of affordable carpeting and rugs. My husband and I purchased carpeting for our master bedroom and guestroom. The installers showed up on-time, worked quickly, professionally. The leftover of the carpet, they also to the binding for us as a gift. We are very happy with all their service

My wife and I recently bought a home and needed some rugs as we have hardwoods throughout. We often pass this place to/from running errands, so we decided we would stop by. So glad we did!The store is really large and very open feeling once inside. There is a wide variety of rug styles to choose from (transitional, oriental, modern) and most are hanging from racks so you can look through them easily. We also really appreciated the customer service. The employees were willing to pull rugs from the bottom of piles and help us compare different patterns, color etc.We highly recommend this store to everyone and we will go back to buy more rugs from them

I usually dont write reviews but this is one of the worst experience I have had as a customer. Stopped by to get some estimates for replacing the carpets in the bedrooms. I was the only one in the store and there was a senior gentleman sitting at the desk (could be the owner). He looked up and did not seems to acknowledged my presence. Browsed through some sample carpets and finally went up to him to get information/estimate on one that was advertised. He gave me an estimate of $4,000 without even asking me about the sizes of the bedrooms or total square footage. Two other places had given me an estimate of $5,000 and $6,500 for a similar carpet and I wanted to get a final estimate to compare. When I asked him how can he quote a price without knowing the size of the rooms and jokingly said can I hold him to that price? Thats when he started being outright confrontational and angrily told me : Are you trying to hustle me? Let me know when you joke so that I can be in on the joke. I was completely taken aback. Who treats/speaks to a customer in that manner? Needless to say, I walked out and told him that he was very rude and would make sure others knew of this incident. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! This is unacceptable, we cannot condone this type of behavior.

This is the worst company I have ever done business with. We wanted to have carpet installed on our stairs and hallway. The carpet itself is good quality. The trouble began with the installers. They left the shoe moulding in place and put different metal thresholds in the doorways to the bedrooms. The screws were not installed properly and if you are barefoot it is painful to step on. Of course I called them and the manager finally came out to my house. (after cancelling twice) He said there was nothing he could do about the moulding but would replace the mismatched thresholds. Well that never happened and we did it ourselves. Honestly, I did not want to even see him again. Also, they didnt shave enough off the hall closet door, so we fixed that ourselves as well.

I am sorry I can not help you. said the sales staff Paul who was quite rude on the phone. $2.50 per sq ft installed is the lowest priced flooring they have + $35 measuring fee. The padding ought to have gold considering the same material at Home Depot is 75 cents per sq ft.

We were very impressed with the service we received here. Paul and Wan were very helpful and friendly. We were overwhelmed by the large selection but they listened to our needs and they helped us find the perfect solution.

Bedroom carpets installed - Carpet came loose in just few months. Poor installation work. We assumed it wasnt the owners fault.Decided to get a new job done from this store. Wanted a new carpet installed in Basement. The owner who is a senior guy gave us quotation. On the final day when we approached him to pick the carpet and told that the installers were waiting at our house, he overcharged us taking advantage of our situation and behaved arrogantly as if we were buying for free. This is unprofessional mannerism to handle customers. Very impolite person.

Rugs!! We purchase a beautiful oriental rug with wall to walfruit our master bedroom. The installers did a good job and they finish the job in a few hours. The orientals rug is beautiful and reasonable price. This is our second time purchasing from carpet palace. The staffs are friendly and helpful. We will go back to buy with them again, if we need any floor covering from them. They do have a large selection of oriental rugs and hug inventory of remnants and carpets.

The sales people were extremely unprofessional. The first time we visited they gave us certain quotes for the hard wood options we were considering. The salesman, Hamid, had clearly mentioned that the quotes he was giving us included material and labor, and gave us different quotes for different types of wood. After thinking it over, we went back a second time to finalize things. At that time, their quotes were significantly higher than what they had told us before. He claimed that earlier we had only talked about labor, even though we had clarified this before. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. Furthermore, this random saleswoman, who wasnt even part of the original discussion, also joined in and claimed that the earlier quotes were only for labor. Overall very poor service and no professionalism.
