Id give a -10 if permitted. The nightmare Ive experienced through this company is unreal. Neither their store or T-Mobile will honor the offers I switched to T-Mobile on. It is costing me $121.83 more per month than what I signed up for. I cannot believe Its horrendous that Adcomm and T-Mobile are screwing over a new customer like this. Filing my complain with the FCC tomorrow morning and filing my case in court tomorrow afternoon.
